My grandma and I came in for Mother's Day! We got manicures and pedicures, they turned out so well. I'm glad we came here, the girlies and the guys were all so sweet. Went in to get a pedicure with previous gel on my toes.. she didn't take off all of the previous polish before trying to repaint and I was very concerned with the cleanliness of the tools she's was using on me.. even down to the pumice stone she was using looked like it was already used by someone else.. I am editing my review and giving 4 stars instead of 1. After I called them and asked to have my nails fixed, they stayed an hour past close to fix them. They were very kind and fixed them properly. I will give them another chance. I requested a specific length and even asked for it to be corrected while she was doing my nails but she said she would have to start over and didn't want to. She left polish all over my fingertips and didn't clean up under my nails when she was done. I never have the extra money to get my nails done and I finally got the opportunity to treat myself and my little girl and I am so disappointed. Nail technician didn't prepare the nails for paint after the pedicure/parrafin wax. The paint never dried and 2+ hours later, the paint on my toenails looks like this. When I called to let the salon know, the man who answered was really nice and understanding. His manager however, told me she would NOT refund me for the pedicure and I could come back in tomorrow to get it fixed. Problem is, I fly HOME to CA tomorrow and don't live in Tulsa. About 2 minutes on the phone with her, I asked to speak with the man again and she told me he left, went home and she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and the nice man answered the phone. I've been going to Passion Nails for 4 years, at the time it was owned by Tina who has since retired and sold the business. Even though Tina no longer owns the business, the service provided by technicians like Donna, Bonnie, Kasey, and Brian are still aligned with what many customers are accustomed too (they pay attention to the smallest details.) I always receive compliments on my nails, and receive exceptional service from Donna and Bonnie. I've been going to this place for several years (every few months when I can get away to get my nails done). Today I went for a basic pedicure and a very basic manicure (no polish on the mani). I was there for over 2 hours with all of the waiting. Then she cut me 3 different times while doing my cuticle. Her technique was to cut and pull, cut and pull... that is NOT how you trim cuticles. It was horrible. Then she squeezes some "cleaner" on it that burned like crazy without asking me first. It's been 2 hours since I left and my fingers hurt so bad still. They're all red and inflamed. I am cleaning them well (with peroxide) to make sure I don't get an infection. On top of that, she doesn't even cut the nails straight or even. She said "I'll charge you $20 instead of $15 since I cut you." Yeah..... it was bad enough that I will not ever be back. read more

Took my girls for pedicures. We have gone to Passion for years always happy with them. But we will never go back again. Tonight a cockroach was in my daughter's chair, crawled on her leg. We told the lady and all she did was get a paper towel and kill the bug. NO apology or anything. I mentioned when we left that I thought that they should have at least apologized, told the manager or something. I was simply given an "ummm, I'm sorry". I did talk to the manager and she did not say anything either. The level of service there has also declined significantly. Well, just wanted to let people know that salon left me a compliment note saying that they wouldn't want me back there and it was pain on a butt!!!!!!! Funny huh? No apologies or trying to fix horrible service or anything like that .... I guess it is pain on a butt to deal with unhappy customers, it's a whole lot easier to spend tiny 15-20 min on them( instead of 45-60) and kick them out , hoping they will not complain. They charged her $60 for Acrylics with a few swirly lines of regular Polish that will match her dress, absolutely a ridiculous price for what she got. I went in, picked a color for SNS Dip and sat down. After one coat the lady said, "This color isn't working, I'll get another one and do lots of coats so it'll be darker like you want." After three coats it still wasn't dark, I told her this and she proceeded to do two more coats on my left hand, one more on my first three fingers on my right hand, and none on the last two fingers. Very polite employees. Open until 7pm M-F which helps if you work. I was offered a complimentary beverage immediately after being seated. This was my second visit but first time getting a shellac French manicure. I'm very happy with the results and would have given 5 stars but $35 was a little expensive. My favorite nail salon in Pryor does the same quality work for $25. Nevertheless, I'll definitely be going back if the manicure lasts the two weeks it's supposed to.
