While walking around Little Italy, we looked for a place that had gf pizza. We got here just as it was opening for lunch. The serve was awesome. I wish I got our host/servers name. She was knowledgeable about their gf pizza. It's homemade pizza dough but cooked in the same oven as the other pizzas. I was okay with that. It was the best margherita pizza I have ever had. My husband couldn't tell the difference. She said they'd been perfecting the dough for a few years. Obviously, they got it right. We also had the Pasquale chopped which was so flavorful and delicious. I know many reviews show this as being an expensive restaurant. However, compared to subpar gf pizza I've had in the past, this was very reasonable. The service was spot on too by everyone who worked there. We were braving the crowds the day after Black Friday, and decided to grab a bite to eat before shopping. We are new to the app inkind and decided to check this place out. We were able to get a late lunch reservation at 215 on Resy. The restaurant was at 80% capacity. We were seated right away and even though we were close to the door, they had large drapes over the door to keep the heat inside. We got the Pasquale Chopped salad which I thought was very good. I asked to put the meat on the side since I'm vegetarian. We also ordered the margherita and spicy coppa pizza. The pizza came out very hot, it was your traditional wood fired pizza. My pizza was good and I loved the dough. The spicy pizza was unique and my partner ate the whole thing. Since we had to spend $80 to get $40 off thru inkind app, we opted to get the cheesecake dessert which was good, but slightly burned to where you couldn't eat the crust as it was too charred. There is an open kitchen and we were seated in a curved banquet. The menu is streamlined with Pizzas, small plates, salads, pastas, and a handful of entrees, plus sides. There is a pizza oven on site and service is aware and very strong. This is a serious restaurant and all items were cooked or prepared to perfection. It was pricey but the quality is evident. The littleneck clam pizzas with Broccoli Rabe, Cream & Lemon were a hit as was the DIAVOLA Pizza with Salumi Napoletano, Provolone Picante & Mint. A single meatball was excellent. THE TAGLIATELLE BOLOGNESE With Heritage Pork, Veal, & Parmigiano was as fresh as can be. A snide hamburger helper for grown-ups comparison was just a snarky joke. We scored the final Diet Coke and skipped desserts. An occasional visit to a restaurant with beautiful décor, sharp service, and cutting edge food preparation is a special treat so kudos to the team at this establishment. read more

Been here a few times and it's usually good. Disappointed this last visit because we ordered the pork that came with habanada peppers and romano beans. The only problem was when the pork arrived only cauliflower was included. We ordered the pork because the sides sold us and was the tiebreaker over another dish we were looking at. Don't get me wrong I love cauliflower but it's a sad substitute when you were expecting the other especially for a $37 dish. Went here for dinner on a Saturday night. Our waitress whose name is Alex was wonderful. She was thoughtful in her recommendations of the wine that pair well with our dinner, very knowledgeable. Stuck between a 3.5 and 4. Had a reservation for 7:30 but arrived around 7pm. We waited for a table since we were early but off the bat, the restaurant is LOUD. Tables are cramped. You're basically sitting elbow to elbow with the ppl next to you and can't hear the person sitting an arm's length in front of you. So if youre thinking of bringing a date here? Maybe not. But...if youre here for dope pizza and chicken liver mousse, this IS it. They know how to make their pizza. If youre into thin crusted pizza, this is as NY as it gets. Considering they do have takeout, that's what I would probably do. I ended up leaving with a noise induced headache but a belly full of pizza and delicious bread. Ya win some. Come here for the pizzas and the pizzas only... I came here for dinner specifically because my husband was craving pizza and the wait times were crrrazy as usual for a Friday night in SoHo. The hostess was kind of nice to rearrange for us to get seated during prime dinner time. We ordered the clam pizza that tasted fishy despite a healthy dose of lemon juice over it, what really complemented it well was their hot chili oil infused with loads of chili peppers. We also ordered another entree which should very well be an appetizer due to its shockingly small portion size for its high 20 something dollar price tag. Though our ragu was tasty it was definitely not worth it when we could've gotten something more filling such as another pizza. The waitress gave us a fair warning but will not be back given NYCS plethora of Italian restaurants. We all thoroughly enjoyed the warm braised leeks with walnuts, shaved fennel salad with yuzu, castelveltrano olives, and pistachio and the ricotta with honey and fennel pollen to start. The crackers that came with it had crushed red pepper (which I can't eat), so they brought me pizza Bianca that was delicious (basically pizza dough with rosemary). We had an excellent Neapolitan style Margherita pizza and cacio e pepe white pizza with Brussels sprouts and onion. The people I was with also enjoyed their wine. Cute cozy restaurant in Soho. I wanted to love it because I picked this place after watching a reel a good reviewer posted for my own birthday with best friend. Walked in at 6:30pm on a Thursday and the place was already packed. We managed to get a seat at the chef's counter and got a view of their open kitchen! Love that they make everything to order and we could tell the quality was there in the food. We ordered a diavola pizza and a cappelletti pasta - the pizza dough was thin and crispy and made fresh in their pizza oven (def our fave dish of the night)! They also give you calabrian peppers to eat with the pizza and this made a great combo. The pasta was also good but a little bit salty and some of the cappalletti was slightly hard/not cooked enough in small areas. Would love to be back for their fresh pizzas! read more

Overall it was a great experience! The hostess allowed us to change our seats bc it was chilly outside. Seating is tight, but that's everywhere in NY. We sat at the bar which was so cool bc we got to watch them prepare and bake the pizzas. I didn't make any reservations, so we can only sit outside in the enclosed patio or by the chefs counter. The chefs counter it was, and that's where you see all the action. It was great seeing them make the pizza's from scratch. The service was great. I didn't know who our server was as it was always a different person. But they were on top of everything. My friend and I decided to order pasta and pizza since that's their specialty. Got the diavola pizza that came with this sweet pepper on the side in a tiny bowl. The pizza was really tasty, I put some chili flakes on it for good measure. The pasta we got was called the Amatriciana, which was a tad bit expensive, I wouldn't get that again as it didn't meet the price point. Walked into Pasquale Jones on a Friday night around 6:30pm and were seated immediately without a reservation. They have a number of indoor and outdoor tables and were about 50% full when we arrived. We ordered a few items, and everything was okay. What makes Pasquale Jones a 3-star in my book is value. We ordered a $20+ pasta (before tax and tip), which came in an extremely small portion and was only enough for each of us to have one small serving (approximately 5-6 pieces of pasta each for 3 people). We also got a pizza which was fine but again, quite pricey for what we got. Service was fine, albeit a bit pushy when it came to ordering. Ambiance at Pasquale was so-so; the space is modern and decorated well, but the tables are so close together and it gets quite loud inside. Pasquale Jones had been on my list for a while but since my husband has a gluten allergy we never got around to coming since the restaurant doesn't have that many gf options as it's mostly pizza and pasta other than a few appetizers. I finally came with a friend though recently and overall I found the food to be good and well priced though small portions - we ordered the stracciatella, which was tasty though a little runny - would've been nice to have some bread to use, tortelli, which was good but a pretty small portion, it also had a hint of citrus that I wasn't expecting and we also shared the fairytale eggplant pizza which was delicious. The pasta was delicious, but portions are extremely small for the price (about half of what you would get anywhere else in the city). Recently, I made a reservation to dine inside, since it was about 90 degrees outside. A relative of mine wanted to return because of our positive experience in December. The host walked us directly outside since the restaurant was full. Service was significantly slower and food wasn't quite as good as I had remembered. If anything, go for the ambiance in the colder months, but you can definitely find a better deal and a better meal elsewhere. read more
