    Mortadella pizza!! Must try
    Renata G.

This Neapolitan style pizza is to die for! Chewy charred edge crust is just perfect.. And whatever toppings you like is what you should go for. I'm obsessed with mortadella so that's my fav pizza there. Mortadella e Pistacchio is just the perfect pizza!! I've tried others though and they're all uniquely tasty. Diavola, funghi, bufalina have all been devoured without complaints. Their meatballs are very soft too, it's a great starter. The Italian accents of the servers are also adorable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Feels very cozy and welcoming there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd advise to make a reservation.

This is obviously a neighborhood favorite. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place was packed and buzzing with patrons.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were seated immediately and our waitress popped by instantly. Food also arrived really quick and was so yummy. Pizza and pasta both were very yummy. Caesar salad was one of my favorites I've had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you don't like loud music and noisy environment then skip this spot. It's very lively.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My only complaint was our server never brought our water. She started off strong but we had to flag her down every time we needed anything. However, she managed to visit with our neighbors table at length. Perhaps they were a regular but we left a little annoyed with the service. Pizza was great though!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Walked in at 12:20 PM on a Tuesday for lunch during Xmas week, and the place was almost empty[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - but the lunch specials are a great deal. Margherita pizza and eggplant parmesan were tasty if nothing too special. Service was good.

Came to eat here on a work outing. Tight fitting with the seating but I think that's expected in NY. Service was a bit slow after initial ordering as well but the place was packed so seems expected. The food itself (got the Primavera pizza) was really good and I'd recommend it. But price to taste, I'd say I'd rather hit up those dollar pizzas you can get walking around. I also can't give 5 stars at this place cause randomly it turned into a club with loud music for some bday people. I guess cool for the bday folks cause they looked like they were having fun but I'm sensitive to loud noises so couldn't stand it and was relieved when they killed the loud music. I saw a lot of takeout happening for it so if anything I'd recommend that.

Pizza Parmigiana & I think the Porcini?
    Vivek D.

I've been on a gourmet pizza hunt in recent weeks, so I've made it a mission to try some of the best NYC and even Jersey City has to offer. Unlike some of the fancier spots, I was able to secure a reservation easily at 7:30pm on a Friday evening. The place is pretty cute in both the interior and exterior. Definitely gives the vibes of a pizzeria in Italy, definitely Naples. Knowing the style of pizza and the sizing, we opted for two pizzas. We got the pizza parmigiana and what I believe is the Porcini, but could easily be wrong. It's the white pie with mushrooms and I guess some basil. Pizzas were awesome. Very easy to eat as the pies were very light. The pizza parmigiana was one of my favorites as eggplant is my favorite gourmet topping. Marinara sauce was also wonderfully tasty. The white pie was good too. I just think I butchered the actual item I ordered. The service is relatively fast once you place your order too. I think we finished in just under an hour. Pricey, but worth a visit once (or a few times if you can)

Very very good neapolitan pizza like that crust is fluffy af omg. Got the margherita just as a litmus test but saw they have a deep fried crust which sounds interesting so I may return to try that. Also tried the White Truffle Cream Gnocchi which was veryyy rich but so yum. Also even dipping my pizza crust in that truffle sauce was bombastic like yummmmmmm

food was soooo good. idk why i was expecting to be average/touristy but it exceeded my expectations! service was quick. [[HIGHLIGHT]]only con about this place is that it's super crowded. they really pack the tables in. feels like you're sitting on top of/part of your neighbor's conversation[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Truffle (Tartufata) and Napoletana (with anchovies)

3.5 stars Got the Truffle (Tartufata) and Napoletana (with anchovies) pizza + calamari. Skip the calamari as it's very dry and napoletana (not because of anchovies but because the anchovies are extremely salty)! The crust/dough is AMAZINGLY fluffy and soft. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute tourist-in-Napoli vibes, good for date night![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Very good Neapolitan pies paired with slightly clubby vibes ostensibly geared towards the NYU crowd. (Read: birthday celebrations entail the lights being shut off and "In Da Club" being played at top volume.) The best components of the pies we ordered were the dough (naturally) and the succulent mashed eggplant on the parmigiana pie. Those two items alone are enough to warrant a return visit!

    Christopher W.

Awesome Naples style pizza in NYC. The crust is crispy but the rest of the dough is very soft. It feels authentic. The pizza could feed two, but I could easily eat a pie. Good attentive service too.

Pizza Burrata, black truffle, prosciutto & porcini mushrooms amazing.

Hands down the best Italian restaurant! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff makes you feel like family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A true Italian experience--can't wait to come back!

    Fun decor
    Louis H.

The food was recommended to me by a NYC pizza expert. It did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and fresh. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And the decor is super fun--I felt as if I were back in Naples.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My favorite restaurant and location to eat at! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes and quality of the food are all there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food is super authentic and reminds me of home. I literally bring all my friends and family here. I highly recommend it!

This location was super busy and there was a line outside the door, even at midnight on a Thursday. However, the line did move quickly inside. There are not any chairs inside, just bar tables to stand around, although there did seem to be a small table with a few chairs outside. Some of the bar tables had shakers with extra chili flakes or parmesan. The pizza slice gets put into their oven to be warmed to the crisp (if it has been left out for a while), so I would say that the service was excellent for that consideration. My friends and I shared a slice of the Supreme. It was SO good! I had heard this was an overrated spot, but the taste of the onions and sausage on a thin and crispy crust was fantastic. It was pretty large in size and could be shared with others. I would definitely come back to try their other pizza slices. Very solid spot to me.

Iconically known as the workplace of Peter Parker in the original Spider-Man movie, I knew it was mandatory to pay a visit during a very Spider-Man focused weekend. Now I'm sure there are cheaper slices available elsewhere - these range about $5-6 per slice, but they're really delicious. I'm a big fan of the thin crust and simple yet yummy toppings. We went 2 times during our trip - first ordering 2 pepperoni and later a Caprese, White, and Supreme. They were all great, but my favorite was the classic pepperoni. If you're going with a group of more than 2 people and don't all mind getting the same flavor, I recommend waiting in line next door - which is where they sell by the pie only. Both lines move relatively quickly, but some times are definitely more popular than others (weekend nights). You can honestly expect minimal eating space because there's so many people trying to be in there, but we got lucky and were able to eat at one of the countertops on the side. They also have additional seasonings available such as parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Definitely willing to come back next time I'm near Times Square!

RIGHT BY THE DOOR. Do people not realize that putting a bar near a door on a freezing cold night benefits no one? Good thing I did not order alcohol or I would have froze to death. Seriously, none of the pies stood out in grand memory. All I can think of is, well, nothing. Nothing positive anyway. The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. Part of the problem I feel is they are trying to go for a vibe that has a New York and modern feel. It does not work. Stay true to one or the other. Or at least look at other business models. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble. There are no strobe lights and no obnoxious, skull-rattling bass in this joint. Instead, the room is wrapped in a blanket of incredibly chill music that matches the pulse of the room perfectly.
