I really enjoyed my pizza! Now it wasn't the best damn pizza of my life, but it was a solid choice for 12am in NYC. I have no regrets I'd come back here for a late night pizza run, I thought it was better than Joes pizza. Service was quick and there were minimal seats inside. Super casual spot.

Good pizza, fast, plenty of seating and standing area. Lots of variety. Tried a buffalo slice but dang, gone are the $4-$5 slice days lol. It's expected, I guess, in today's economy, but I think they also do a cheese slice and soda combo here. Either way, easy walk and stop from port authority.

The square pepperoni slice was the best one.

The line for Joe's Pizza in Times Square was obnoxious so we gave Carnegie Pizza a try. There was hardly any line and the selection of pizza by the slice was excellent. We tried a pepperoni slice, a sausage slice, and some kind of thick, square, pepperoni slice. They were all very nice, especially the square one. We also tried some garlic knots which had a ton of garlic flavor. They were decent but not essential. There is limited seating but plenty of ledges for standing. I can't compare the pizza to Joe's but there is value in not standing in a ridiculous line. And the pizza was definitely solid.

There's no way to have guessed that the pizza place closest to our hotel would be such a hit. It's a cute spot with a few tables for dining. The service is very New York (take with that what you will). The pizza did not disappoint. I went with a traditional cheese slice (well two to be exact). They were good and filling without being greasy. At only $4 a slice, it was also reasonably priced. I recommended this place to several other friends as well.

Delicious! Must stop in! Less tourist and more locals. Pizza was delicious, thin crust and crispy and a perfect crust. The ham and pineapple was delicious and there is not any red sauce on it. The pepperoni and mushroom was excellent but the jalapeño and pepperoni pizza took the cake! The place does have limited seating so if you see a table grab it quickly! Enjoy!

I absolutely loved Carnegie Pizza in NYC. The menu was a full display of different pizzas, which made it fun to choose. There were four of us and we all ordered different slices every one was delicious and perfectly cooked. They also have a great selection of drinks, including sodas as well as beer and wine, which was a nice bonus. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to explain the options. The environment was clean, though small. The only downside is the seating. There are only about three tables, so it was difficult to sit down during a busy time. Thankfully, someone was kind enough to let us share their table. Overall, great pizza, great service, and solid options

Right next to Joe's Pizza but better service and pizza. Cheaper too. No line and limited indoor seating but they had a lot of interesting flavors. The calzone was large and tasty. Our hotel staff recommended this place too so definitely check it out if you want an authentic New York pizza.

We were in NYC, and of course we had to have some pizza. I tend to like the holes on the wall where you buy pizza by the slice. Carnegie didn't disappoint. The crust was perfect, and the toppings were on point. What else is there to say? I recommend. The only drawback is that as any small establishment, there isn't a lot of seating. The pizza is worth it though.

This was the first pizza stop we took in NYC and it was great. The price was not too expensive which is always a plus and the workers were great. Spanish speakers so I felt at home, the place is a little small but you are in and out quick so it's fine. Great eats.

I didn't get a chance to eat as many slices as I'd hoped on my trip to New York, but Carnegie was the final slice and the best I tasted. You know the drill - order your slice and they'll chuck it in the oven. When it comes out, it will melt the roof of your mouth with the molten cheese, but you won't care because it's New York and it's a great slice and you're about to see something weird go down in Times Square. Make this a stop whenever you're in the area.

As an out of towner, I definitely wanted to make sure I had some New York pizza. Went to two places and I definitely preferred this over the other. I had the pepperoni mushroom. I liked the crust - thin and not too crispy. A little greasy to be expected. The garlic knots had good flavor. Staff was nice. Overall good experience.

    Greasy, salty and not flavourful.

This definitely didn't taste as good as it looked. I had the Square Sicilian pepperoni slice. Looked great. But it was so salty I could hardly finish it. In fast if it didn't have salt there would be no flavour. On top of that it was greasy. I would for sure skip this place.

While in New York, I had to grab a slice of pizza, and this spot in Manhattan did not disappoint! As you can see from the photos, they offer a variety of options, including deep-dish and New York-style pizza, as well as calzones and garlic bread. Everything is heated up in the oven when you order, ensuring it's fresh and hot. There was nothing particularly special about the place, but the pizza tasted amazing--definitely a must-try when in New York! I had the pepperoni and mushroom slice, and I had no complaints. The slice cost about $5, which is pretty standard. The space was small and crowded, typical for New York, but I was impressed by how clean it was, especially given how busy it gets. You can choose to dine in or take out. I'll definitely be back!

Bland tasting pizza, crust not thin enough nor crunchy enough, sauce not enough flavor, it can also use a tiny bit more salt.

The staff have always been friendly and extremely knowledgeable; it is really handy when you can say you live in San Francisco, what do you have that I can only get out here? You can tell it is a good place in Hell's Kitchen/Times Square when stage hands and actors actually come by after (definitely not between) their shows. They also have whiskeys available here as a sidecar; definitely do not try and order any other liquors, the back of their staff shirt makes that clear. For food, I've only ever had the cheese curds because I obviously have a problem and can't get them at many places in SF. The portions are large and the prices reasonable. My only feedback to them is maybe offer some large format bottle pours on busy nights so people can try some of the more obscure options.

Yesterday reminded me exactly why we keep coming back. Our server Xavier was, without question, the best service we've had at this location. He was attentive without hovering, genuinely warm, and kept the whole meal moving at a perfect pace. In a busy Times Square restaurant, that kind of presence is rare and it doesn't go unnoticed. Xavier, if you see this: you crushed it. Food-wise, the poke nachos were a hit as always, and my tacos were delicious. Adrian's mac and cheese, however, landed completely flat. No seasoning, no depth, just nothing going on. We swapped it out for another pasta dish hoping for a turnaround, and unfortunately that one missed too. It happens. We weren't upset about it and nobody made a scene. These things are part of dining out. What really stood out was how the team handled it. The general manager came over after hearing we weren't thrilled with the food and was genuinely kind and gracious about the whole thing. That kind of hospitality, especially when it's unprompted, is what separates a good restaurant from a great one. At the end of the day, we're giving this five stars because Yard House Times Square consistently delivers where it counts: the atmosphere, the drinks, and above all, the people. Xavier and the management team are exactly the kind of crew that keeps regulars coming back. We'll see you soon.
