And when my boyfriend was also considerably upset he said "it's an experience". I paid $9-11 for an experience of missing half his drink in a smaller sized pour of a normal 14-16 oz mug. He gave back the drink because he was so unhappy with it and he did nothing to remedy the situation. I get you let drinks settle but that's not how your pour a pint at least not in the USA. He asked if it could be filled the remained and he said absolutely not. lol. Ridiculous.
