I've been getting my nails done for well over a decade so I think I know a good salon. I went in yesterday with a group of my friends to get our nails done. I got an acrylic set with French gel on top.The set came out OK but then I went home later that night and noticed my thumbs were completely different sizes, so I called to explain that my nails were different sizes and if I could come later that day to fix it, they obliged. The front gentleman took me and tried fixing it up and seem to have an attitude the whole time. I went in to fix ONE nail and it took over 55 minutes for them to fix the nail. I eventually asked if the women who did my nails originally, if she could fix the paint on it. Danny seemed to get very annoyed by that. I was getting tired of them practicing the nail art so I called it quits trying to fix it. They nails aren't the worst , but IDEFINITELY wouldn't recommend this place. Not polite - and never even apologized for messing up in the first place. 10/10 don't recommend. The atmosphere wasn't great either - may I also add that Danny called for the other girl and rudely said " she wants them to look the exact same ".... And to that I say YES! - for $75 I would like my two thumbs to look the same. read more

I went in last night with a group of friends and while I waited on my nail tech I chatted with my friend beside me and her nail tech. I showed my friend the design I was looking to get and her nail tech rudely made an annoyed noise and face. I asked her if this would be an issue, for her to then to ignore me. Strike 1. Once my nail tech finally came over after about 10mins of waiting she barely spoke and was in a rush. I booked the appointment for a manicure and fill in. I didn't get the manicure, she only cut my cuticles. I was already irritated so I let it slide. I guess they didn't want my money. We made an appointment for 5:45, if they wanted to leave on time then they shouldn't have accepted the appointment. All 4 of us felt rushed, and not care for. We were not offered any beverages like other clients were. Strike 2. After finally finishing my nails, they were not what I hoped but was overall okay. It looks sloppy and if she couldn't do it I would have rather been told and chose something simpler. I paid $72 for this. Now a day later the corner of my thumb is peeling gel polish, this should happen a day later. Now I have to go to another salon to pay and fix the polish. Strike 3. The staff is rude unless you are a regular. They do a poor job on nails. If I could give a 0 I would. Everytime I leave here I'm DISAPPOINTED to say the least. I have never written a review in my whole 19 years of life but I believe this warrants one. I went to get my nails done two weeks ago and they looked decent enough for the price but the woman cut me w the drill and i had a gash on the side of my finger. When my nails started to grow out they were no where covering the sides of my nails. I went to a nail tech today and when she was doing a soak off on my nails she discovered the monomer this place uses is MMA which is super harmful to your nails and is only supposed to be used in dentistry. You'll know when you have MMA when the soak off ends up being super sticky and the cotton pads they use stick to your nails. The issue is MMA IS ILLEGAL and shouldn't be used period but these places will lie and say they are using EMA which is the safe monomer that all nail places should be using. Just be careful when booking at this place and all nail salons in general!! read more

This is a large nail place in the Sun Valley area. It's right next to Publix and currently near a mini shopping area. There is plenty of parking. Came on a weekday and they were crowded. I was shocked considering, but upon entering I was greeted and offered a beverage. I was checked on a few times and give an approximate time of wait. I picked my color and the prices were clear in the front brochure. The prices are decent. Danny did my nails. He worked hard and was focused. It didn't take long. The place was clean. They had some horrible music playing in the background so I suggest bring headphones to play music you enjoy. They had some soap opera on on another language. It was different. They have a variety of colors to choose from. Following my appointment I paid they accept cash and cards. They have a WiFi passcode on the table and it was easy to access. I have been going here for almost a year (they just turned 1 year old this week) and I have never had a bad experience. I usually bring my son or daughter along for company but I have definitely seen solo guys getting their feet did. I pretty much always get the hot stone pedi. It's a good hour in a super comfortable massage chair and an amazing leg massage both with and without the hot stones. Oh and somewhere in there they cut my toe nails and do that cuticle stuff. I have not done a manicure but my wife and daughter have both done the SNS and they do a great job (that SNS is like armor plating for your nails!) It is super clean and all of the staff are exceptionally friendly. You can also get complimentary beer, wine, soda or water. Had a very mixed experienced here but unfortunately the negative out weighed the positives . Was kindly greeted and had a nice relaxing pedicure. the same lady started to do my manicure and then 5 minutes in is where it all went wrong . I was redirected to Danny and he was moving very fast and seemed distracted. He kept looking around and trying to get other peoples attention and was very quick and rough. Instead of the normal pad they use under your arms he had my arms propped up on plastic tubs which was extremely uncomfortable. He painted my nail polish on extremely thick and after he was done I assumed would bring me someone to dry my nails. I started to get up and he said no stay there. I've never been to a nail salon that didn't have nail dryers? So between painting my nails extremely thick and nowhere to dry of course my nails were half messed up by the time I went to pay. $57 for a basic mani pedi is absolutely insane pricing to have left with a lumpy manicure. read more

So, I've been coming here since they opened. Typically, I can't complain about the service (I will this time) but I CAN complain about the prices. They started out competitive enough but they are prob one of the most expensive now. I wanted a mani-pedi. I asked the girl at the counter if they had a package- she said sure, $65 for gel hands mani and regular polish pedi or $75 for gel and gel. I said oh ok I'll do that- gel and gel. I picked out my gel and was seated for the pedi. The girl said which pedi - which I assumed was part of my pkg. I picked the next to cheapest one (nu skin)- $40. My polish was gel, cats eye. She couldn't get it to work at ALL on my hands - whatever the color is still nice. When I went to check out - $95! I questioned this and was told, $75 pkg plus $5 extra for the nu-skin pedi and $15 for the cats eye!!! I sad but it's a gel- she said no it's a design. I'm sorry - ladies- lets be honest- this is not worth $95. I won't be back. Cmon Party Nail you can do better. ...and btw I do not appreciate my technician abruptly answering her phone every 5 minutes during my service- put your phones away! At one point she stood up- without saying a word- answers her phone and the goes outside to get food from a friend who pulled up in a car. If I could give 0 stars I would. Danny did my nails and was very rough with my hands and fingers he made me bleed twice . And he put some stuff that was supposed to go on my nails on my fingers and it BURNED for a long time . He was in a rush and had an attitude. He continually moved my fingers around in unnnatural ways instead of asking me to move them a certain way . Instead he bent my fingers around with anger . My nails have never been filed so hard in my life he literally cut my finger from how hard he was filing and I pulled my hand away and he didn't even apologize... he got mad when I asked to change my nail color since he was rushing me to pick. He was filing so randomly and pushing my hands around. Never coming here again I haven't had this problem ever . It's as if he was doing it on purpose. At around 5:30pm some people arrived I assume his appointments and he greeted them kindly and offered beer . I was never offered a drink or treated kindly . Just had the most painful and horrible nail experience ever . I cannot believe what I experienced today. And yes I did pay full service . I was not rude and did not do anything to be treated this way. Before I left I simply asked him to get a nail fixed that had some debris under the polish and he did in an even more rough manner I paid and left . I was in a pinch and NEEDED a manicure for a surprise trip my husband had planned, so I stopped in here since I was in the area. I looked up reviews as I was in the parking lot and almost didn't go in, but I did. What I got was the WORST manicure I've ever had in my life. Below are pictures of what I asked for (I didn't want the design though) vs what I got. They're so thick, lumpy, and to be completely honest, the glue on nails from Walgreens are more professional looking. My cuticles weren't clipped, there's acrylic on the underside of my nails, and the shape isn't at all what I wanted. I kept asking her to round them more and she'd brush me off and say "I'm not done". I thought that meant she'd eventually fix it, but she never did. When I went in about a week ago they were very friendly and clean. I waited probably 30 mins for them to be ready to do acrylics. That aside, the polish was nice and I liked my nails. However, the shapes were a little off and he seemed very rushed. He kept making mistakes and not bothering to fix them. He made my nails very thin which was odd to me because I've never gotten acrylics so thin. I got home and went a week without a problem but a couple days ago, not one, but TWO of my nails broke off because they were so thin. Almost all of my nails are different shapes. Horrible experience. My stepdaughter came in for a full set of acrylics. She complained twice during the appt, the shape was incorrect and acrylic was too thin. They IGNORED her. She texted me, I called them and also complained. I also complained when I got there. I have had acrylics myself for over twenty years and have never seen such shotty work. I called and spoke with the owner. He was rude and disrespectful...telling me to "Stop Talking" "Go ahead...give us a bad review" I asked them to please fix the acrylic and I would pay difference to put on gel polish. He first told me they would do it but it would be $25 dollars. I asked him why since gel polish was only an additional $10.00. Come to find out after I pushed....he was charging me to fix the shotty acrylic work as well. I was also told unless you get gel polish we don't guarantee the work. Unacceptable. What a horrible business practice. There are too many quality nail salons in this area that do guarantee their work to give this place your money. I filed claim with BBB as well. We did not have time to go back for a fix for several days. Even so, the manager graciously re-did the polish the next week. This last time however, a friend and I had an appointment. When we got there it wasn't super busy, however my friend got a trained person, but I however did not. This person, I feel certain, had never had any training and had NO IDEA what to do or not do. I finally asked quietly and politely for someone else, which they finally did. Isn't it illegal to have someone untrained and uncertified working on clients?? If you go to them, I suggest you ask to see your persons certification. I'll not be back however. Been here several times for pedicures and have enjoyed each one. Sometimes the wait is a bit long due to the crowd as they are often busy and it doesn't seem having appointment means too much.
