I finally told her I had to leave because I had a doctor's appointment in Charlotte at 4:00 p.m. and I live in Gastonia, so I needed time to get there. At that point, she said, "I'm ready for you now," but by then it was too late. I had booked an appointment for a reason, and my time wasn't respected. The lack of honesty about Kathy and the long wait despite having an appointment made for a very disappointing experience. She didn't even offer me a discount so I give a neg start I would. This was the first time I was seated immediately and serviced. Tin is professional, engaging and friendly. He respected my requests for the length and shape of my nails which I appreciated and he was accommodating as I searched for the right nail shade. I was extremely pleased with how he cared for my nails and polished them (yes polish...unfortunately, not all technicians are good at polishing). I will request him as often as I can. The spa's atmosphere is always relaxing and everyone is friendly. There's plenty of parking too. I recommend this nail salon for sure!

The paint job is a little sloppy honestly. I had to get her to repaint one . I washed the paint off my skin once I got home . She barely spoke so I didn't know when she needed me to reposition unless she would tug at my foot or leg. That may be due to the language barrier, not sure . I had to wait some time to get a color change for my sns nails . I waited for a while. Finally I was told to have a seat . The young boy who was about to start me didn't even clean his station . I had to ask for him to get a new towel . The towel was clearly used with nail clippings. He did apologize and place a new towel down . He removed my previous powder color so I could get a color change . That was a $5 charge . Next I was told the lady would do my nails but then I was moved to a different chair with another young man. Apparently it was only his 3rd day in Charlotte but we had good conversation and he made me laugh . I would honestly come back for him lol . Overall it was $50 to get a color change for sns powder . Seems like a lot but idk . The shop is clean from what I could tell. It's spacious and the music was good. They have lots of colors to choose from .
