Today I arrived at 10:03am, and by the time I worked my way up to the counter, at 10:10 am I was told I would need to come back in an hour to see Lana since she was already with a client. This is common and fine, especially if you have a preferred tech. So, I was more than happy to return. I returned under an hour later at 11:05am and was told she was already with someone else and I mentioned I was back in less than an hour later. That's when the receptionist could have cared less. She stated she didn't tell me that, and that it was someone else, which it was. The lack of communication and care clearly relayed we don't want your business, or you can just keep trying. The dismissive attitude was clear. So, time to move on. What a shame. I have come here for years and now none of that matters.

It was decent. The tech was OK. I dont care for flowers, this I requested the green tea but got rose instead; fine. My face isn't down in the bowl. They tried to have me get my nails done simultaneously but I declined. I wanted a relaxing experience vs a rushed one. I went simple bubble bath on nails as im interviewing. For my fill-in appointment, I arrived on time for my 5:30 PM appointment, but my service did not begin until 6:00 PM. I showed the same nail tech the design I wanted, and she confirmed she could do it. Unfortunately, she struggled throughout the service, repeatedly removing and restarting the design. By the time the salon was closing, my nails were still not finished. After nearly two hours, around 7:45 PM, I politely asked for the design to be removed and a plain polish applied instead. I did not raise my voice or cause a scene, and I even apologized for the tech having to stay past closing. I paid in full and left calmly, although I was unhappy with the service. The following morning, I received a text from someone claiming to be a manager, stating that I was BANNED from the salon like I'm some kind of criminal. I found this unprofessional and disappointing. At no point was I rude or disrespectful. I was patient, communicative, and understanding, even when the service could not be completed as agreed. I would have appreciated an apology or accountability from an incompetent nail tech rather than being dismissed for calmly expressing dissatisfaction with a service that was not delivered as promised. I was very excited about the job she was doing, however, near the end, I noticed one nail on each hand was missing a detail, and when I politely pointed it out, she said she couldn't finish it because she was running behind, adding that other clients had already been waiting. I left feeling the service was considered good enough even though it wasn't complete. A more customer-focused solution could have been offering a quick touch up later that day or the next morning. Two days later, the polish began to chip, and I didn't feel comfortable returning. I really enjoyed my experience with other technicians there previously and I'm sad that I won't be returning due to this experience which left me upset and disappointed.
