I went on a Friday morning. I stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. It was not packed, but each person there (3) was working with someone. I was finally acknowledged and was given instructions after I stated what I wanted. Kelly came over to complete my service. She didnt speak much at 1st, but she warmed up. She noticed I wasnt having a good day. It was very kind of her to be concerned. She did a good job on my service with correction, but a couple of things were not done that well. The building looked nice and clean. I used the restroom. 2 things stood out. #1 My pet peeve in ladies restroom, no hook for our purses! #2 spiders of all shapes and sizes were in cobwebs in there. I got out of there as fast as I could. I think I may return to see Kelly. I just want to make sure she doesnt feel the pressure of completing my services quickly to help someone else read more

This was my first visit at this nail salon and the parking lot was empty. There were three people inside this huge salon and one guy on the phone the whole time. The older gentleman was the one that was going to do my nails. Everything was going fine until he kept put that drill on my nail and had the acrylic super thick that he couldn't paint it correctly. So I mentioned it to him after he got upset he tried to fill the thick nails down and the lady offered to paint my nails. Hours wasted in this empty salon and she painted my nails to only look horrible still. Please close down this shop or hire younger people that know what they are doing. Would never come back and recommend you find a different nail salon too. I came here as it was close by and still open and seemed to have decent reviews. Came in on 9/6 and saw Susan for SNS. She was clearly irritated that I was the last customer and was very aggressive on my nails. Did a poor job from the start but I still tipped, of course, as that was proper. By 9/8 (just two days later) the SNS started to separate from my nails, and one you can see from the photos had a very weird dark bubble underneath one of the nails. I came back in on 9/11 when I got back into town, with more than an hour and a half left before closing. The two owners and one nail tech was working (not Susan) and only one customer was in. I asked for a refund and showed them my nails. They agreed it was a poor job but refused the refund. They said they would redo them, but that I had to come back the next day. There was no reason to have to come back - there was plenty of time before closing and they had three workers but only one customer. They told me Susan would have to redo them, which I also refused. Why would I have an employee that clearly did them poorly the first time do this again? They made this a horrible experience and gave me no other options for a resolution. I left and went to Anthony Vince to have them redone there where it's always a fantastic experience. Won't make the mistake of not going there again in the first place. The technician at Anthony Vince was shocked at how poorly they were done. So, not only will this business not stand behind their work, they won't make it right, have rude employees, and run an improper establishment. Hope they get replaced in this shopping center soon. Take your money elsewhere. We all work too hard to spend it here. Zero stars. read more

2nd time here and just can not get enough of how fabulous this nail salon is!!!! 1off they are open on Sundays ( such a big plus, as 99% of nail salons are closed this day), second of all the staff is always in a great mood, third of all there are just so many colors how do ever choose just one . This is my second time here and Mike knew who was I the second he saw me!!! Great customer service, pricing is right and I have paid Way to much at other places in the past. My SNS never picked up from the back (if you get this type you know what I am talking about) I had it for at least three weeks and everything g was still tacked in except for the fact that my nails grew out. I am pretty sure I have found my new home for nails!!! So happy I found this new gem. Thanks again Mike!! I look forward to seeing you again. read more

Very nice salon, it's brand new and very clean. I was happy with my pedicure overall. I think it would've been a better experience if they had maybe some music playing or the TVs on. It was dead silent while I was getting my pedicure which was kind of awkward. They also have a huge selection of gel and powder colors which was nice. read more

I had my second gel mani/pedi here today and the quality was fantastic again! The service was also top notch - Jackie did my mani and was very friendly and had great attention to detail. The salon is very clean and they are adhering to all COVID protocols (masks plus screens, plenty of room to spread out). My only complaint (if you can call it that) was the final color wasn't an exact match to the swatch. I still like and will just make sure to ask to see it on my nail first in the future. Just finished my second trip and pedicure with Kelly. My heels were an absolute mess from camping and wearing sandals all summer. She scrubbed and filed them down better than anyone has ever. I love getting pedicures during my travels and she's the best in Charlotte!!! And so, so kind. I can tell she takes pride in her customer's satisfaction and that's something I haven't run into often. I'm going to be back in three weeks and will be visiting Oscar Nails (and Kelly) again. The facility is also worth noting, too - it is clean, looks brand new, and very clean. read more

This nail salon looks amazing! They have every gel polish matched with the same color dip powder on the wall for you to choose from which was the first thing I noticed. They took our temperature as soon as we came in. All of the staff is wearing masks and gloves. Everything is distanced out and they have protective barriers. We were helped as soon as we walked in and seated as soon as we chose our colors. My pedi and mani were amazing and my nail tech took his time with my ingrown toenails. My best friends had the same experience with her nail tech and we both left happy. This was my first trip to the salon since March and I felt safe as well as pampered. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They were completely empty and I asked if they would include a longer massage of my feet as part of their treatment and they said no and turned me away. There was NOBODY even in the salon and they turned down business all because I offered to pay for a longer massage. I would NEVER recommend them. read more

Very nice and clean, people were friendly but when it comes to pricing they have lost their ever lovin' minds!!! I took a 12 year old girl for her first ever manicure. They pushed back her cuticles, cut any hangnails, gel painted her nails and used some cuticle oil and then charged me $32. I had to ask them to put lotion on her hands! I was sort of scoping the place out to use myself but there is no way I would ever pay that amount for the small amount of service and attention given. read more

Went in for a pedi, Mike greeted me. He was very dry, told me to pick a color as he finished his current client. Another lady walks in, for SNS. He finished up grabs her and said the next nail tech would take care of me. He failed to mention the "next nail tech" JUST started a pedi and had to do a full set on their client. This left me wait for at least an hour. They had my patience but it grew thin when he took another client over me... I requested an update on time and he didn't acknowledge I was speaking to him, he called out to his team (I guess asking them an update on time) and he says "10", it was super shady... I went and sat down but shortly after I eventually left. 2 hours of my day wasted and still no pedicure. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt despite what my friend said, but I'm UTTERLY DISSATISFIED with the customer service in this shop... they weren't busy when I got there and with the way they keep up they won't be for a long time..
