Along with that, the bright LED light was on the entire time of my facial making it difficult to relax since it was so bright. The specialist also kept leaving the room and coming back during which was distracting. Lastly, there used to be a nice steam and other facial features during your visit and I didn't have that this time. Just seemed expensive for the length of time and a cleanser+mask treatment.
