This was my first time here. I am pleased with my experience. Prices are fair overall kids mail combo is $35 dollars and my pedicure was also $35 with regular nail polish and w calus treatment. If you'd like to add design they charge $25 for 10 fingers even if it's for kids. However even though it's a bit pricy in my opinion they adjust the price per nails so I chose to have 2 designs and they charged $6 and they even added two more nails just w little dots on so they made it worth it. - my daughter was so happy. I wish I had gotten the name of who actually took care of her nails to give her a shout out to her delicate hands and my daughter never complained about any pain or discomfort and that says a lot because my daughter is extremely fickle even with me when it comes to cutting nails or brushing her hair to truly a big deal here. She also kept saying she had such a great time at the salon after we left so I'm a very happy costumer there. Also thanks to Pinky who was kind enough to add us the additional dots to her nails I liked my nails I would say I would've enjoyed a rougher massage and callus scrub but the one I had was still very nice - also the color was close to what I wanted but a little too dark I wish it was more like the picture I showed. No worries there since I will return and hopefully get it right next time. If you are looking for a mother daughter experience and kind service I recommend this place. read more

This nail salon is the best! They are friendly, and really take their time to make sure you are happy. When they finish filing, the make sure to stop and ask that you like the shape. When you choose a dip color, the will dip one nail a few times to make sure you like it. I have never been to a Solon that takes this much time to ensure their customer is happy. I always make appointments, and never have an issue, but they are always busy. I suggest making an appointment if your time is tight. Gonga is the absolute best. She does a great job, really takes her time and is so incredibly sweet! I have brought friends an my mom to this salon because I love it so much. read more

Great service, wonderful technician who aimed to please when I asked for an ombré kind of gel manicure for Halloween. I always schedule my appointments not that's it's necessary but if you want THE BEST then make one! I might add they fill my nails. It kinda hurts me to leave a 2 star review but it feels necessary after I came here last week. Employees are super nice there but that still doesn't make up for the poor experience I had. I made an appointment for SNS nails for my first (and last) visit here. I chose a dark berry color for my nails, and because the technician left it on my fingers for sooo long, it stained them. My fingers were very red. I had to do a scrub on them twice and then another tech had to use acetone all on my hands Also, when my nails were done, the nail color was all over my cuticles and under them. They didn't look good. I couldn't believe the tech would let me leave with them looking like that! I had to ask for someone to clean them up and then I had to ask more forcefully when I was told "it would just come off at home." I think my nails should look great when I leave the salon and that I shouldn't be expected to clean them up myself. By the time I left there, I'd been at the salon for 2 hours and had at least 5 different techs touch my nails. It was unnecessarily stressful. In addition to improving their actual work, the management needs to deal better with walk-ins. They kept allowing more people to walk in and wait and promised quick service when they were clearly overworked and the space was way too full inside. Yes, this salon is a bit cheaper than others but it isn't worth the savings to me. read more

The vibe is good. The ladies are nice. But this isn't a place where everyone is good at manicures. I received a SNS from someone named Susan. She didn't even give me a manicure she just started dipping my nails. It was the worst experience. She left dye all over my hands. I don't know if she was tired that day or what, but Pinky had to go in and fix what she could and she could only do so much. read more

I came here based off reviews. Upon entering, the staff was super friendly. Immediately got me sat and I explained to my tech that I wanted ombré (pink and white). During my discussion with her, we decided to go with the nude vs the pink. Not only was she detailed-literally took 2 hours, but she made sure everything was perfect before I walked out the door. Now my 3 star explanation. I left there with nude and white nails. No different routine than when I normally get ombré and this is the next day in the pictures attached. So upset that I paid $63 plus tip to have brown nails literally 24 hours later. Would I go back based on my nail tech? Yes- if getting a different color but never again for an ombré. It looks like I finally found a local place to get great nail service! The people are so much nicer then several of the other salons I have been too. Honestly, I think it's the fact that at Paradise they understand English better than other places so the communication is better. They offer soda and water to customers. They sanitize between customers and have plexiglass barriers between the employee and customers getting their hands done. Everyone is socially distancing. My pedicure was excellent. She was very detailed and asked many times if I was comfortable or if there was any pain. I will definitely be back. read more

I took my daughter to this shop recently for a manicure pedicure with gel. Seem pretty new. It wasn't expensive endeavor at $200 with tipped included. They did do a great job on our nails. We got gel on the hands and regular polish manicures on the feet. read more

I have tried this place three times hoping to love it because it's close to my house and a little cheaper than most. The first and second time were mediocre, but the third was awful. I had a different person each time. Six of my cuticles are so sore it hurts to type or wash my hands today, and they have marks where they were knicked enough to bleed a little. Not one or two, but six. A couple are red and puffy and I am worried about infection. I got an SNS manicure and it's bumpy and uneven and not rounded like it should be. read more

First let me be clear I was a walk in and this was my first visit. As I was being seated at the table waiting for the tech to get started another patron walks in. The woman who I am assuming is the owner/manager then walks over to me and says "this woman called in and said she was coming but I wasn't sure if she would show up but since she's here we are going to take her first." I asked if she had an appointment because based on the explanation she just gave it didn't sound like she did so I didn't understand why I was being told to wait for my service. She then repeated she didn't know she was coming and asked me to wait. I told her I wasn't going to wait and proceeded to leave. She offered to take my number and call me once they were ready for me but I refused. I have never been to a place where a person who did not have an appointment and arrived after you was serviced before you. Customer service is huge it's what keeps people coming back and unfortunately because of their lack of customer service they have lost a potential regular. read more
