The staff here is SO kind and professional but when I tell you they DO THEIR THING!? I went in with some MESSED UP nails from a bad SNS job at another salon and my girls Rachel and Mia did such a beautiful job. My hands and feet are STUNNING. Even my husband thought they looked amazing. Everyone there is so sweet too. 10/10. I didn't get the name of the woman who did my brows but she did them EXACTLY how I like. Below is some helpful information for you to determine if this is the place for you. They open at 9:30 but people showed up at 9:45AM. They play techno music and appear to give off a modern vibe. They offer beverages to guests. They appear to not follow COVID safety protocols. Some staff have mask on but they are not on correctly or not on t all. So if you have a week immune system or care for someone who may I suggest giving this place. They could benefit from an intensive cleaning company. It appears a bit dirty. Windows are clean the floor may need to be swept. When I use the restroom there were no paper towels or items to dry your hands on. They have the cleaning supplies but they weren't used. Decor is pop funky like they have many white seat cushions on the wall which is unique. They offer a variety of shades in colors and brands for polish. They do not use the same top coat and base coat as the polish they offer. For some this may be a problem as I have been told it can influence chipping. I will probably not return as my no chip was not great. The technician left polish on my hand it looks uneven on the sides and ends. read more

Thus far, Divana Nail Bar is the only salon that does chrome polish with proper posh. Other spots--and trust me, y'all, I've been around the block and then some--either don't offer chrome or fail at actual execution. Ask for Tin, who is both friendly and commendably knowledgeable about color. He was able to help me find a shade comparable to my Pinterest board "Nailin' It" pins. In-your-face shiny, mirror hues that go with everything while still popping--and nails that LAST. I am not delicate with my hands, and appreciate the strength of these bad girls. This is a newer nail salon in the Dilworth area off Providence. I believe it's the old location of Polished and many of the staff just turned over to work here when it moved and reopened as Divana. It's much bigger than you expect seeing it from the outside. It goes deep in there and there are over a dozen chairs and nail stations. They take both walk-ins and reservations. I would suggest making a reservation, as you probably know you'll likely have to wait a little bit even if you have one. No exception here. However, regardless if they get you in right away or you have to wait... IT'S WORTH IT!! I decided to try this place out since I needed my nails done for a wedding so I made an appointment, grabbed a picture of an ombré SNS color/style I was wanting and headed in. They asked me to pick my color, but I asked them to look at the picture and pick the colors that would be closest to that look. Tin nailed it! I was wanting a few sparkly nails, but they looked so good as is, I didn't even want them at the end. They are in the middle of making some renovations (changing the floor, working on plumbing, etc...). They are really trying to make it into a space that will attract customers for years to come. MOLD UNDER NAILS...Both big toenails have fallen off and I need to go see a podiatrist! Do not get service here, will be contacting state board of health to investigating this nail salon. Since I was threatened by business for posting this...allow me to add more detail! -I have been getting my nails done with this exact service for years and I have NEVER had this happen before -I have exclusively been going to this nail salon for over 6 months -I do NOT have blood circulation problems, diabetes, poor circulation, swam in a public pool between this happening, nail injury, skin injury around nail, no moist fingers or toes, no weakened immune system and am not genetically predisposed to mycotic nails! Your company must feel threatened because when I came there the first time you were very apologetic and said that the nail would grow back from this happening and did services for free to try and help. You could also clearly see the mold between my polish and nail. Leaving reviews is to help others steal clear of business's that do not practice appropriate healthy standards! I STRONGLY encourage you to investigate my Information and file a complaint to the court if you feel that I've taken MY time to create a rumor about my toe nails falling off after getting services from your business! TL is the absolute best! Professional, friendly, and does AMAZING work. These are the thinnest SNS I've ever had, and the technique he used has prevented cracking that I normally get (I'm a bit rough with my hands). My favorite color is OPI Cajun Shrimp, but I wanted a little sparkle too so, TL found a sparkle SNS that he carefully sprinkled just the right amount to make my nails look perfect. Not sure what's going on with this nail salon, but this was the worst experience I have ever had! I made a 1 pm appointment, I was seated right away, however, I waited 10 mins before someone started my service. That wasn't bad, but the nail tech rushed through my pedicure, and I had to tell her to go over the cuticles again! Moving on to the manicure, my nails were uneven, and she skipped the lotion with massage, I asked her about it, and she walked away and then came back with a bottle of lotion after she already polished my nails with the clear coat, so was she just going to just put lotion on my arms? I decline because I just wanted to pay and leave at that point! I felt like because I got a basic mani and pedi, I received mediocre service! I am very disappointed with this experience, and I will not return to this nail salon, but I'm sure it doesn't matter if I did anyway. read more

Really wanted to like this place since it's so close to my house. Went in today to get a gel mani and was sat promptly. Was given the colors, which were very very limited compared to other nail salons I've been to. After I was given colors I sat for 15-20 minutes and not acknowledged by any staff that were walking by. Took 2 HOURS to get a dip manicure done (no wait, and I had a reservation). That was literally DOING my nails. I had somewhere to be, and she was soooo slow despite me reiterating that I needed to be somewhere. I was late to my event, because I thought budgeting 1.5 hours would be enough for a manicure. I've always had a great experience coming to Divana. Everyone is always so nice. Plus the complimentary wine or mimosas are a lovely perk! Once I find a nail artist that works for me, I'm loyal. I was crushed when my nail artist moved away, but have since been beyond satisfied with Joe! He does amazing work, will keep you laughing the entire time, and is always happy. My SNS sets last anywhere from 3-4 weeks when he does it, half the time if someone else does it. I would suggest making an appointment if you have a tight schedule or be prepared to wait if you're a walk in on a busy day. This place is wonderful, and my manicurist, Tin, was phenomenal. With no appointment I only had to wait a couple of minutes. Definitely needed that time anyway to ponder all the colors. They have sooooooo many. I couldn't decide on just one shade, so I opted for a tri-color SNS dipping powder set. The results couldn't have been better - just stunning, and Tin was professional, cheerful, a delight to chat with - and speedy, too. Although it did not feel rushed at all. I was a walk-in and they were able to take me right away for a regular manicure. My technician was Lana and she was so sweet and did a great job. I also witnessed another walk-in with a repair need from another salon. This customer was blown away by the customer service and so thankful, especially since the issue was from another salon. had the absolute worst experience at Divana. I went WITH and appointment on Wednesday for Full-Set Acryllic nails and Pedicure and after finishing my toes (which took an hour and 15 minutes) they said no one could do my nails and I would have to come back. I made an appointment for Friday morning (since the event I was getting my nails done is Friday afternoon), went home and had to REDO the entire polish on my toes because they were so poorly done. I arrived for my appointment at 9:30 on Friday morning - and they were CLOSED, not opening until Saturday. They totally screwed me over for my event and made me an appointment for a day they were not even open. Am never going back to Divana. read more
