They charged me for the builder gel removal- $20 I should not have paid. Then Michael worked on my nails to do Gel X. The whole experience was 2 HOURS, a very long time. Under my nails is still very gunky and unfinished. At the end, Michael was extremely pushy about me DELETING my previous yelp review. After explaining that I would not be deleting but rather updating it that they fixed my nails I eventually left the store. They did fix my nails, however I am extremely upset with my experience and do not recommend going here. Do your research and look at the reviews on google and yelp- this place is a scam.

I booked the appointment hoping it would lift my spirits a bit -- and it did so much more than that. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. The atmosphere felt different from other nail salons I've been to. I never felt pressured into services I didn't want or uncomfortable asking for adjustments. Every request I made was met with patience and genuine care -- you can tell they truly love what they do. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was so sweet and personable. I had accidentally gone to the wrong address at first, and she and I even worked together to help get their Apple Maps listing updated. It was just such a refreshing experience all around -- great people, great energy, and excellent quality nails and toes! Swan Nail Boutique has definitely become my new go-to spot. If you're looking for a place that not only gives beautiful results but also makes you feel cared for while you're there, this is it.

I also recommend Kay's pedicures if you want to walk out feeling like you have new feet. If you're looking for somewhere reliable and friendly, this is it. An added bonus is you can book appointments online.
