Im giving it 4 stars for the way the donuts came out. The donuts looks rushed and messy. I couldn't tell what was what and they didn't look like the picture on the menu. But the taste was amazing. Like I don't know if I'll eat a reg donut again. They had a nice little crunch to them and they were so soft on the inside. The inside is cute and they have tables you can sit and relax and enjoy your donut.

I came here a few days ago and thought was a fun experience. My friend has a glutten allergy and this place offered more selections than other places. I do like the design and setup of the place. Very nice and clean and plenty of spots to sit. We were greeted by the staff and all off them were kind. They explained the menu and what my friend could order so she didn't get sick. It didnt take long to get our stuff and was very excited. I liked how they separated the donuts from regular to the glutten donuts. The donuts all looked pretty and fluffy so was very excited. I had the coconut stuffed donut and was my favorite. It wasn't overly sweet at all like I expected and plenty of cream in the middle. There was also chocolate cream donut that was good as well. I tried the French toast donut (vegan) and tasted good just not as fancy as the other ones really. My friend really like the donuts too except the blueberry one (said maybe needed to be cooked a bit longer for her). Overall was a good experience and not bad place to try if want something new or want glutten free options.

Service: friendly and welcoming as you walk in.! Ambiance: nice and clean, love the menu as you walk in and the doughnuts displayed. Doughnuts were bigger in person, online they looked small. Glad i seen them in person. By the time i got there most of their doughnuts were unavailable, goes to show how popular they are. I ended up trying three different ones, Sandy Beach, Turtle Cheesecake, and Coconut Cream. So delicious, fresh and soft. Toppings are great adds a nice touch. I'll be back to try the other flavors for sure!

Cute donut shop-overly hyped-overly sweet-overly priced. Sweet crew of teenagers running the shop by taking orders, picking up dirty dishes on the table and making coffee. I didn't see an adult in sight-not that it's a bad thing. In the entire case there were probably only 6 donuts in the case. I asked the young man in taking our order if they were out of donuts and he said they'll make a fresh one for you! Whatever donut you want! I thought that was pretty sweet! We tried the French Toast, Maple Bacon and Lemon Bar (sorry if I got the name wrong). I got the Maple Bacon and it was sooooooooooooooooo sweet that my teeth hurt...mind you I love sweets...I just could not for the diabetes in me finish that donut. The Lemon one didn't have much of a lemon flavor but rather artificial taste. French Toast was sweet -too sweet. The donuts - if you call them donuts is more of a hybrid between a Churro and a Beignet. Definitely not a classic donut. Different but not my taste. Pricing; for 3 donuts a small iced coffee, small cappuccino and a small kid's milk was about $28 s tip. Again, it's on the pricey side but I think this place is more of a one in a long while to go to-not an every Saturday kind of deal. Overall ok.

I just got a 12 pack today, and it's only 3 people in the home.

Holy hell. I didn't know I was living under a rock. These are the best doughnuts I've had in my life! They are light as a croissant but with flavor you couldn't imagine!

Wowwwww! This place definitely met the expectations of the hype on social media for the other location and was happy to see this location, which was closer for us. We went around 5pm and was sad to see empty display cases but I figured it was because of the time we visited. BUT they made my day when I was told any of their doughnuts can be made fresh! We got the Maple Pecan, Maple Bacon, and Churro! These were pretty big! And so good! Definitely going back for more!

Peanut Butter Cup and Blueberry Hill donut

Heard about Parlor Donuts from a family member who fell in love with them in another state, so we had to try them out - they are excellent layered donuts in a variety of flavors! We tried the peanut butter cup and blueberry hill donuts along with a chocolate milk - both excellent choices. The peanut butter cup donut seemed to have a buttercream chocolate icing with a peanut butter swirl on top. The shop had plenty of employees on hand to help us with our decisions and made the ordering process simple. Be sure to download their app for a $5 off coupon!

OMG! My new #1 donut in the US. Up to this point my husband and I would drive out of our way in Colorado to have Amy's Donut anytime we passed thorough. Now we don't have to drive that far! Try Parlor Donuts and you won't be disappointed. First don't get scared when you talk in and the shelves are empty in the afternoon. They empty out from the morning rush, but they will fresh make you whatever you want on the menu. I tried the Keto donut and better than 90% of thr keto snacks i have put in my mouth. The regular fresh made donuts are just downright SINFUL. A complete indulgence and mouth-watering flavor. Hats off to Kristie and her team, what a spectacular donut shoppe and will be back for many many many more!

Very cool flavors!

We went bc this may be the only donut shop in SA that sells gluten free. Thank you! It's a treat for those with celiacs disease. The only downside is that for the same price, the gf donut is half the size as their regular donuts and shaped differently. They gave out free mini donuts if you dressed up for Halloween. That was a highlight for any kid's day! The flavors all looked very tantalizing and unique!

The donuts are just so good! I wanted eight donuts but they recommended a dozen since it would come out to be a few more dollars in total. I got a dozen of whatever I wanted and it was so difficult to nail down what you want because they all look and taste really yummy. Don't forget to grab the naked donut with no glaze or anything. They just melt in your mouth. Excellent service and so affordable considering the high quality gourmet donuts!

Delicious! Located just a short 10 minute drive from the very busy Rim shopping area, Parlor Doughnuts is a must visit for anyone who loves doughnuts. Based out of Houston, this is the very first San Antonio location (which is cowboy-themed)! According to the staff, there are plans to open a location in Stone Oak as well! I'm stoked to have one closer to my side of town! The doughnuts are light and flavorful--definitely not dense like most doughnuts I've tried. Super flakey and buttery! The iced Mayan Mocha coffee was tasty and went perfectly with the doughnuts. Staff was very helpful and patient! They were open to answer any questions about the menu, seasonal doughnuts and coffee flavors. Great vibes all around. Also love how they're open later because it's never too late for a doughnut!

What a different kind of donut! We tried the Bourbon Caramel and it was delicious. The place has a very cool aesthetic vibe to it. The manager was very nice and mentioned an Easter event. I would recommend.

Birthday cake and bacon doughnut

Omg one of the best doughtnut fought its I've tried. For me they rival Sidecar, a famous doughnut shop in LA . They were served warm which was amazing! The dough was soft and pillowy and tasted very nice and not too sweet. We tried the bacon, birthday cake and the infamous French toast. Wow the French toast was indulgent but delicious. The birthday cake's frosting was nice and sugary and vanillay. Bacon doughnut was also not too savory. Loved it!

Five stars Thirty…read moreGrind is such a great breakfast spot, especially if you're staying at or near the Eilan Hotel & Resort. Everything felt fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully put together. I ordered a latte and was a little worried it might be overly sweet, but it ended up being perfectly balanced--smooth, flavorful, and not too sugary at all. For food, I had the turkey, egg, and bacon sandwich on a brioche bun with arugula and chipotle mayo, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors worked really well together, and the brioche added just the right touch of richness. Overall, it was a really enjoyable breakfast experience, and I would definitely come back!

Reason why I'm giving this place a two star and not higher is because when we ordered our…read moresandwiches and I noticed the white part of the egg was a little runny and not fully cooked, I took it back to the front to request it be remade, the manager and cook ensured me it was. Despite me SHOWING them where the egg was NOT FULLY COOKED THROUGH. I cook eggs for myself everyday. And being pregnant the egg must fully be cooked through. They were telling me it's bc of the cheese melted on top. Which has nothing to do with the egg. You could see the clear distinction between the cheese and egg. I wish I had taken a photo to share. They would not take it back to be remade. So I just said forget it and we ate them anyway. Since I'm in my third trimester I figured I should be fine. However a great manager would have made sure they were remade. I use to work in the restaurant biz and the customer is always right. And I was showing them their error and they were working to convince me it was cooked all the way, again when you could clearly see it wasn't. Also my hubs strawberry lemonade was not even filled up all the way in the cup. I would expect if we are paying for something that doesn't have a refill, at least fill it up all the way. Oh and my BIGGEST disappointment is that there is NO BURRITO!! We actually came here for that specifically, only to find out that it has not been on the menu for over a year, yet that is the one review and promotion that pops up when you look at this establishment. So it's false advertising and should be taken down since they no longer make the burrito. Also if you're coming here to work, it's super small and cramped. I did see a ton of people sitting with laptops and having meetings. However I wouldn't come to this place to work, unless it's the only option in your area. Overall, next time I'm in town, we won't coming back here, primarily bc it's close to the Eilan hotel we stayed at and we definitely won't be staying there again. Already wrote my review about that place, and I don't recommend it.

Last weekend, I decided to wait in the line and it went by much faster than I thought it would. We ordered the iced cookie butter matcha with an almond croissant. This might've been one of the best almond croissants I've had too, it was flaky on the outside and soft, sweet. I'm for all things cookie butter and this one did NOT disappoint. It was a perfect balance of sweet with still that lovely matcha flavor. I went with a friend who doesn't like matcha and even he was enjoying it. The second time I went is when they were running a matcha promo that they announced on their instagram (definitely follow the there!) and so I went for my midday pickup and there was a small line of about 7 people. It went by pretty fast. We were intrigued by the horchata milk and the employee let us try a bit and we were convinced that was the one. We got the horchata matcha and the banana matcha with banana cream. I definitely loved both of them but if I had to pick a favorite, it would def be that banana matcha. Perfect balance of that real tasting banana flavor (I dislike any of the artificial fruit flavorings) with the well-balanced matcha. The employees were all super friendly as they even encouraged us to ask for modifications after we got our drinks. Overall, i'll definitely be back and I 1000% get the hype now!!

There were very limited fresh selections available, and many items were still being baked during opening hours. In my opinion, a bakery should open with the shelves fully stocked and ready for customers, especially those of us stopping in early. Clearly, the restaurant was stretched way too thin with too many reservations. We arrived on time for a 12 o'clock reservation, but were not seated until 1215. We were offered a high top bar table which we rejected along with three of the next customers that came in with reservations. A high top table is not the optimal Mother's Day brunch seating. Our cocktails were very good, and we are very happy to see Mark as the new lead for their drink service Our waiter was a bit inexperienced. He was very friendly and took our order right away. The prize fix menu included an appetizer, and entrée and dessert. We ordered everything right away, but asked that it would be coursed with proper timing. Unfortunately, we had barely started our appetizer when our main dishes arrived. We ordered a bottle of wine since the wine menu by the glass is less than optimal. By the bottle is a slightly better selection. Unfortunately, our waiter broke the cork in the bottle, yet still served it to us. We dug the cork out and asked for a new bottle to be opened. The Management and bar were very friendly and apologetic for this mistake. Our food was not quite what we had hoped for. My wife's short ribs Benedict had overcooked eggs. My Chilaquiles were soggy and not very tasty. Dessert, strawberry shortcake quite dry We watched the wait staff scramble, bring food to the wrong tables, clearly overwhelmed by the large number of guests on this occasion. We have great hopes for this restaurant. However, for a large occasion such as today ñ, limiting the number of reservations and maximizing customer service, food, quality, and attention to guests would be optimal and we hope they take that suggestion.
