The menu is fabulous in giving you plenty of options. Food takes a while to get to you & that's expected. 1st thing we notice the cheese pizza my daughter ordered had pepperoni. We simply removed the pepperoni not a huge deal. My BF made sure to ask for his food not to be crispy, well toast had black edges. My chicken tenders were dark brown (overcooked) instead of golden. Ate there yesterday 2/24/26. Very disappointing. I ordered the chicken wings and my wife ordered a Western Omelet. I had to return the chicken wings because the meat was black as were the bones. I believe the fryer grease was old as well. I chose not to have a substitute meal. My wife's omelet was questionable as well. Some of the ham in the omelet was gray in color. Ok so the meat was so overcooked (burnt) you couldn't tell what it was. Toast was overdone and cold. They did replace the toast but only after I was finished. Servers were doing the best they could but I watched one of them pick up a slice of cake with her bare hands and put it on a plate. No gloves, no utensils just her bare hands. read more

This place is literally the best place I've been to. We're on an RV road trip far from home but I wish it was close so I could be a regular. We went for breakfast and lunch bc it was so good. The food was special, everything had an elite taste to it, even if basic in title. And what put the cherry on top was the service. The women who were waiting on us both breakfast and dinner were so kind and caring. I have three young kids and eating out is an adventure and I felt like they really got it! I've never wrote a review before but I had to!!!! The setting was also lovely. Like it looks crowded but everyone has their own space and even with kids we could eat and be comfortable. I hope we're back there so I can hug these ladies again!!! read more

Service was great, our server was very nice and attentive! All of the food was very flavorful. We got the fried cheese curds which are a must! The sweet potato fries are good with the honey and the maple syrup mixed together! Buffalo chicken quesadilla was amazing and exceeded expectations. The blue cheese that came with the quesadilla had a great taste. The Genesee River burger was cooked perfectly and the egg was just the right touch. Cannot wait to go back! read more

I wasn't planning to leave a review until the following happened: the server set down a giant carafe of syrup in anticipation of my French toast. I mustered up the courage to ask if by chance she had had real maple syrup. (I'm always willing to pay extra for the real stuff!). She responded, This is real maple syrup! And then she produced the original jug. Picture attached. so yeah, this place gets five stars right off the bat. Food did not disappoint. I highly recommend you check this diner out. I've come here several times and the food has always been good. My biggest issue is with the service. The past several times it's felt like it's taken forever to even get an acknowledgment from the servers. I get that it gets busy at times, but to even greet customers and tell them you'll be with them as soon as you can goes a long way. The past 2 times I've come here it's taken almost 20 minutes to even have a server greet us and take our drink orders. The first time it happened I figured it was just a fluke, but after the second time it's starting to feel like a pattern. Truthfully, it makes me not want to return despite liking the food in the past. read more

I was lucky to come at off peak meal times for both breakfast and dinner so I got a table. The server said they weren't always that busy but the leaves were changing in Letchworth so they are packed all day at this time of year. The cars were backed up at the entrance to the park so we turned around and decided to grab a bite. Breakfast servings are large and the server was attentive bringing coffee, to go boxes and the check without any delay or complaint,; glad to find another little hidden gem. The salad bar was very good at dinner, the waffle fries are yummy and the burgers are AWESOME..will return for that again when they don't have a line out the door of hungry people waiting to be seated. The fish fry can be ordered with hard cider from a local brewery. I still want to try the French Onion soup too as a comparison to what is available around town. read more
