The food was not good, loaded with butter and the hash was wet (how..?). We just got pancakes and even those weren't good. We've driven by on 390 many times but never stopped - today was the day! Lots of parking, watch for potholes and puddles. The building has no steps, but two sets of doors to go through to get in. Gender-specific bathrooms are located in the waiting area, and the ladies room would be tight for a wheelchair. It was busy inside, people were waiting, we signed up and were told 10 min but it was not even that long. We were seated at a cute booth for 2 and the wait staff & hostesses were hustling to get food out and clear tables. Alaysia was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor! We mentioned we were in a hurry and our food and drinks came out super fast! She dropped off the check too but also stopped back to make sure our food was good. She was great! The food was also great. Hubby's eggs were over easy and we both like the red potato home fries & sour dough toast. I asked for a spinach & feta omelette, and that is what I received but the baby spinach was not cooked. I ate it but I've never had uncooked spinach in an omelette, it was kinda funny. Oh well.... The atmosphere was your typical diner. The staff was friendly. The pancakes were thick and tasty. The egg was fried over easy to perfection.

Was not expecting this place to be so good!!! On the way back from Canada, there was literally no where else to eat early in the morning except for this place. The parking lot was full and I was worried we would be waiting a long time. They seated us in 5 mins. The whole place had a great vibe, food was fantastic and came out quick. This was the second or third time we hit Brian's diner on our way home from Buffalo. This time was just ok. We didn't realize they closed at 2pm on Sunday and showed up at 1:30. We asked if it was ok and the waitress said it was fine. The food came super quick but was super cold and not tasty. We had to flag down a waitress to ask about getting our food warmed up but we were told the kitchen was closing. I'll definitely eat elsewhere next time. read more

Ordered simple meal extra hot chicken fingers and was brought the most awful fingers I've ever seen...being from Buffalo I know a good finger,the sauce was rancid no heat..mind you I took only one bite it was so bad..on way out I mentioned they should be using franks and not save a lot chicken fritters "disgusting"..and the brunette got snooty lol do better..stop buying cheap cuts of meat...fingers should be thick and juicy... I'm giving 2 stars because the food was technically edible and the staff were nice enough. Clean enough diner too I suppose, but I do not understand how this place is so well rated. It must not be for the breakfast. You can see in the pictures how my eggs Benedict came out (2nd attempt at that). Looks like they use packaged hollandaise and still managed to break it twice so I just settled with the separation. Even a bigger head scratcher is this particular Benny had Brian's name attached to it. Might want to rethink that, Brian. The potatoes on the side were completely flavorless. Cinnamon bun pancakes had way too much cream cheese frosting. The Italian bread toast on the side with my wife's breakfast was actually rather good, but the bagel with cream cheese I ordered was a grocery store bagel with literally a travel thing of Philadelphia cream cheese on the side. Coffee was standard quality. Not a great overall experience. read more

We finally tried this diner for lunch after driving by many times on our frequent trips between Philly and Toronto. Quite an extensive menu. Friendly staff. Very clean facility. Had a great breakfast burger - it was huge and medium-well cooked as ordered. They carry Pepsi products. I also liked the store T-shirt one staff was wearing n tried to get one (not in stock until summer was what I was told). We will be back to get more lunch n a shirt for sure! read more

I came here with a friend under his recommendation. I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal so I'm basing it on a typical diner fare meal. In terms of diners-it's one of the better ones I have been to. We split mozzarella sticks. Good. I had a Turkey melt?? Turkey, ranch, Swiss, bacon. Good. He had Chicken Parmesan. Good. Needed some parsley sprinkled on it. Peanut butter pie. Good Caramel chocolate cake. Good. A tad bit dry. In the fridge for too long. There were a couple of fruit flies buzzing around our table. For me personally, I wonder what's not being cleaned that they are in the dining room. I don't often go to restaurants in January that have fruit flies in the dining room. That's gross. The server also brought our check before asking if we wanted desserts. We each ordered one and I got two to go. This will be important later... I got the check and I had my friend use my card to pay. He asked how much to tip. I thought my check which was hand written said $51.xx. Listen, I don't math or look at checks I just look at the total. I thought I was tipping 20% by telling him $10. He looked at the check too and thought the same thing. BAD HANDWRITING IS GOING TO COST YOU TIPS!!! The check was actually $81.xx. I would have given a $16.00 tip!! At first I felt bad but she didn't ask about desserts and it was her handwriting not closing the 8 completely making it look like a 5 that cost her that extra tip. With the way prices are she probably could have used another $6. I am not going back in that direction (it's an hour from where I'm staying!) to drop off money to Chelsea. She was a very good server!! Let this be a lesson-some people like me just look at the total on the check and if you don't make your numbers clear you might be cheating yourself out of money. read more

Just a quick little search of the area turned up this little gem. And boy let me tell ya what. This place is no slouch. Tellin' ya right now. I wish I could clone this diner and take it to my hometown. I just don't know if I can sing it's praises well enough. The staff weren't just friendly people. They actually treated you like friends. I'm a talker and very social so I like that. The food was freaking excellent. Way better than your average diner. I ordered the southwestern chicken wrap with curly fries. It was wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla that was warm so flavorful. There was an exciting burst of flavor the way the hot chicken and cold tomatoes melded in my mouth. My wife got a Cesar salad with topped with steak. She wasn't too keen on the steak but it made it's way to my plate and I scarfed it down. This is the kind of hotspot I'm always looking for. They should be nominated for Michelin star. ;) The food quality, service and cleanliness was USDA top shelf. My first thought walking in was, "Wow! This looks neat!" Did I say the place was clean? This diner was very clean. Nice accents on the walls and what looks like EVP flooring that contrast very well with the walls and tables. I thought the dining room was very picturesque. Warning - You must come here extremely hungry. Do not eat the night before. Skip dinner if Brian's is on your schedule for the next day's breakfast. In fact, you may want to skip eating and just fast the day before you go to Brian's. We walked in for a table for 3 around 11:30am on a Saturday and had to wait for about 5 minutes at the most. They have the tables spaced out and the booths have a plastic wall separating each area for COVID. The place is cute, very Americana, which the name suggests. It looks freshly painted and very clean, which I greatly appreciated. I ordered the Belt Buster and it truly was. It contained two eggs, which I got scrambled, corned beef hash, you choice of meat, which I got bacon, and your choice of toast, I ordered sourdough. My mom ordered the breakfast quesadilla and her boyfriend ordered the breakfast burrito. While waiting for our meals to be delivered to our table, I watched as other tables received their orders. My eyes were wide each time with the amount of food being delivered to the tables surrounding us. I knew I was leaving in a food coma. When my order was delivered I couldn't believe the pile of bacon on my plate, along with the other sizable food. I wasn't going to even remotely finish this. The toast was perfectly toasted, and they had marmalade on the table, which is my favorite. The eggs were great scrambled. The corned beef has was done how I like it, with some crispiness on top. Some of the pieces of bacon could have been done more, but some pieces were perfect. I didn't finish it all and wanted to take it home with me, but we were still on the way to our destination and it would spoil in the car. My mom liked her quesadilla and also needed to take it home. Her boyfriend likes his burrito as well. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, it is near an entrance to Letchworth, so it is worth a stop before or after hiking. Meh, Dropped in for breakfast/lunch. They didn't have any of the syrup for the blackberry tea that was advertised on the placard on the table. I got raspberry instead buy that was probably from the fountain. I usually get a greek wrap and fries which are awesome. This time I tried the chicken cordon blue wrap and onion rings. Seems like they charged the highest price with the cheapest ingredients. Frozen fried breaded chicken, cheap ham and cheaper Swiss. Onion rings, I took a bite and spit out, very lady like, I know. My boyfriend had the meat omelet. He was not impressed, lite meat, greasy undercooked veggies, lite cheese. I tried my boyfriends, greasy home fries that looked like they had been on the grill a little too long, some were burnt. The cost of the meal was more than I would ever consider normally paying for at a diner. Fun fact, I worked here once upon a time, when it was The Loaf In Tree, back when it was a truck stop and local favorite with a counter that has since been removed. We had broasted chicken, on the menu and we served old fashions and there was even a drive thru window for soft serve ice cream. Further back I would stop with my Dad as a child when I was 4-6. Returning home from a ladies trip in Pennsylvania, the dinner hour put us in range of Brian's USA Diner. With raging hunger pains, we devoured the extensive menu with our eyes! Soon, our plates landed on the table, looking every bit as good as the photos on the menu. Mine, a "Brian's Steak Salad" was a bowl of fresh romaine and mixed greens with grilled steak, black olives, tomatoes, peppers, croutons, blue cheese crumbles, and balsamic vinaigrette. Totally delicious and perfectly fresh. A companion ordered a sumptuous Hot Meatball sandwich (in reality, on a loaf of French bread). Another companion chose a Chicken Caesar Wrap, a dependably delicious meal. Brian's USA Diner dishes up a huge array of American favorites with a side order of USA Patriotism. Imagine the horror when a western New Yorker arrives home and opens a box of chicken fingers with NO BLUE CHEESE. I cried a little. That, and the fingers were rather small (pro-tip: up-charge 50 cents and buy the good stuff), and the fries were scant. It's hard to use words to describe my time spent at Brian's USA Diner in Mt. Morris. The only words I can manage to utter are "mmm", and "ooooh", and "nom nom nom", because those are the only words that come to mind. There is something to be said about great home fries. Not the ridiculous, tasteless mini-cubes you get from the "other guys". Brian's give you hand cut, flat top fried, lightly seasoned golden brown goodies, and they'll even throw in some fried onions at your pleasure too. There are so many omelets to choose from, and of course, you can build your own. But build it wisely... there is only enough room on your stomach for so many wonderful ingredients, when you still need to throw down those world-class home fires, equipped with fried onions and then the toast... Quick clean and well done food. They are located along the main route which made it the perfect place to stop on our family road trip.

We had a great lunch here today. My husband had the Black & Bleu burger & I had the Dam huge Chicken sandwich both were "specials." The food was excellent & I took home half my chicken sandwich & fries. The reason we gave it 4 stars was that cleaning up while people are still eating is unexceptable to us. Yes clean the tables but not floors & bathrooms. We are guessing it's a management thing to get the work done but it's in poor taste. read more

My oh my.... Now I looked up the closest breakfast spot near me. This place popped up so I thought hey let me check it out. Upon arrival we immediately smelled the aroma, I thought to myself oh yeah this is it... group of six we were sat immediately. Drink orders taken right away and the place was loaded. Food came out in a swift also. Very surprising with the amount of orders we had.
