Great options on the menu, amazing brunch, but more for young couples, friends night out I was invited to try Parkerz new brunch menu. The place has a party night out ambiance with hookah and unique decor. If you don't do hookah, I highly recommend the closed off room as there's higher chances of not having smokers in the room. However, if someone does request it, they do bring it in the room. I would suggest going during the day. I tried their Mediterranean brunch menu, hibiscus lemonade, strawberry lemonade, chai, lamb chop platter, and mixed kabab platter. First off, just thinking about their brunch menu while typing up this review is making me hungry. It was just so delicious. It was so delicious that I kept on going back to it even when I got my mixed kabab platter. Everything is fresh and exactly how it should taste. There's not one thing on that brunch menu that I don't like. Out of the drinks, I suggest rhe hibiscus lemonade if you want to try something slightly different. I'm not much of a chai person, but their chai was good. Lamb chops was also one of the best lamb chops I've had. I usually avoid lamb chops outside because they tend to be gamey or tough. This place is super cute. Love the floral vibes. We tried a variety of teas and Turkish coffee. Really like the Moroccan tea. The house pasta was a Cajun flavor not too bad. The salmon with rice was fresh, clean flavor & lightly seasoned. The hookah was smooth. We sat out on the patio. Way more room because the inside was packed. Almost an hour wait for the inside so consider making a reservation. The parking is valet $6 or self parking up the street. They also have a parking garage. read more

I like this place. It's a very chill laid-back vibe. They play uplifting vibe music. Not all of that hip-hop and hard-core heavy bass. The hookah is very affordable and the best so far. They do not serve alcohol. However, they have other mocktails and special juices that you can order. The one thing I did not like was the lamb chops. $35 for three very small pieces of lamb chops. The rest of your meal is filled with grits, toast, and some type of tater tot. Full of carbs. They were cooked and seasoned very well, but for $35, I was probably expecting more or a larger portion size. In addition, they do have Wi-Fi. Splendid afternoon spent here! Every room is unique. Thankfully we had the restaurant to ourselves. If you're hoping for quality photo with less people pollution, try booking in the weekday afternoons. Jessica is a fabulous table host! We never needed anything, she was always on top of it! I've gone to Parkerz already twice this week, and I'm sure I'll be frequenting this spot - Wouldn't be shocked if I make it a 3rd time before the week is over. I just particularly love the low key vibes Parkerz has to offer. The decor is very interesting and pleasing to the eye, the music is the perfect volume, the service is satisfactory, and overall I'm just very pleased with my experiences here so far. The first time I came, I ordered the Cajun Pasta with chicken. It was good, but I wasn't personally wowed by it. I also ordered the Tiramisu, which made up for the pasta.... It was sooo sooo delicious! I'll definitely have to give some of their other entree dishes a try, but I will note after having their Knafe this evening, I was also impressed. So far I can say the desserts are delicious, the hookahs are solid and normally/reasonably priced (Try the Mesmerize flavor), service and ambiance are top notch, open late (kitchen closes at 12 though), and I was able to get a lot of stuff accomplished here work and pleasure wise. This place is a very chill spot to hang out with friends. I had the falafel and some hummus. Falafel 10/10 recommend. Hummus was 8/10, very plain which is fine but I like more flavor in mine. The best thing about this place is the decor. It's very Instagram-y which is probably how you found out about it lol. They didn't serve alcohol, and we didn't know that before arriving unfortunately. The food was good but there is better Mediterranean food in Houston. I think it's a little bit overrated, I mean the place is cool to take pictures and all but the food in itself I think it's lacking a lot, and NO ALCOHOL I mean I know that some places are like that but to be honest it was a total let down. We came here to celebrate my friends birthday and they sat us in one of the pink rooms so cute for pictures and all, there was someone there working I'm guessing it was part of the staff or maybe the owner that's what my friend told me for what we could hear in conversations and it's not like we were eavesdropping it's that the guy was yelling laughing and talking so loud while working on a computer and eating I would suppose he has an office to work at instead of being there just a thought. Food was good and while it was a little pricey, depending on what you get it's worth it. Vibe is really cool too. Unfortunately they charge for water for some reason, and the drinks are all very pricey. But it still tastes good. Also the service was not good. Took awhile for dessert to come out while other tables were getting theirs. Probably won't come back tbh. read more

I am not huge on Mediterranean food but we gave this spot a try for girls night out. They have beautiful decoration for pictures all around the resturant. It was plenty of parking and no reservations were needed for a small group of 4. We were sat in the pink room which was pretty cool. Service was okay, nothing over the top. I was surprised to see the automatic 18% gratuity because I'm used to only seeing it at BOBs. The shrimp and cauliflower Appetizers were good but the spice was hitting! The girls had the shawarma, the Philly sandwich, and the wrap. All said it was pretty good. There was also the beef kabob and it was awesome. I had frenchfries. They were good. The biggest downfall is the no alcohol. They only serve mocktails, bottled water, and canned soda. So if you want to drink and eat, this is not your spot. The hooka seems to be big there though. The only thing worth my $25 (MININUM FEE) was the ambience. Everything else looked like some frozen reheated garbage and the service was piss poor. Go to any other mediterranian spot in houston and i promise you will thank me later. Or better yet, just go to chilli's. read more

The hostess wasn't the nicest but we'll chalk it up to it was busy. I also think it's weird that it's proclaimed to be "the most instagramable restaurant in Houston" yet they don't serve alcoholic beverages and they aren't a BYOB establishment either. It was my friend's birthday and they didn't do anything special for her and they sat her late to her table . That stuff being said , the food was very good and the prices are reasonable and it is a pretty restaurant! I doubt if I would go back on my own merit though, I wouldn't be upset if my friends wanted to return! read more

My only gripe was the bathrooms, the ladies room needed attention (and could use a spruce all around). It doesn't help that it is a bit small, but yeah, they need to focus some efforts on ensuring it's upkeep. As for seating and parking, there is a bar area and limited seating toward the front of the restaurant, but it does extend to back of the house with additional seating. There is also patio seating as well. Because this place seems popular, it is best to reserve ahead to ensure your seating. Parking is very limited! They do however, offer valet (but at $20+). There is off-street parking, but be careful since this is a residential area and nothing is secure. All in all, I really had a great time and left with my belly full! Definitely worth checking out! We walked in and nobody was at the front so we asked the first person we saw " do we sit ourselves" , and she said just wait by the entry door and the host will seat you. We moved inside to the bar and asked a waitress "can you let the bartender know we are here, we think she went to the back for something". The waitress looked at us and said " oh, she know y'all here. She gone come". Instead of letting her know we moved to the bar. Anywho, Bunny took great care us. She literally made our experience go from 1 to a high 8. Ask for Bunnnyyy at the bar!!! Nice music playing. Risk was also a major thing to be mindful of, the coals can be extremely hot and give damaging burns, people can also get sick from the hookah so be careful of the health risk and also use caution around the hookah to avoid coals!
