Fried Shrimp and Mac & Cheese and Turkey Collard Greens

The food was good but they need to get their website fix. I ordered a couple things thru their online website and when I got there they didn't have the items because they were out of stock. So I ended up reordering at the place when I got there.

Turkey Mac & Cheese Burger was on point. Service was amazing! The shrimp and crawfish dip appetizer was the best I ever had. All around 5 stars for this spot!

Its has nice spots inside for pictures.

This was my first food experience in Houston and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing...the grits and that fried chicken . One downside" - you had to pay for parking and it was $20

Parking is no joke, had to park on the street because the paid lot was full but was able to find a spot within a reasonable distance walking distance. We arrived around 7 ish and were surprisingly seated immediately, server came over almost instantly once we were seated. We asked the server which drink was the best, he recommended the Golden Cadillac... 10/10... I had 2 and she had the DGK which was also good. I had the fried salmon and added grilled shrimp and she had the lamb chops..the food was delicious. The Mac had a lil kick to it, I wish the greens would've had the kick but no complaints. First time ever having fried salmon and they def set the standard, the sauce it's served with was fire. We got the lamb chops cooked medium well, they were cooked perfectly, seasoned just right. The vibes were cool, the music, food and drinks was all hittin. I'd def recommend and go back. I was thrown for a loop when I seen it but wasn't pissed, there was a 20% service fee added, a heads up woulda been cool but aside from that no issues.

First time checking out Lost and Found in the 4th Ward, and let me just say... I get it now. When you see a restaurant with a 4.8 rating and almost 16K reviews, you already know it's gonna be something special--and this spot did not disappoint. From the jump, the vibe was right. My bartender, Ace, was super friendly, gave me recommendations, and every single one hit. Food came out in under 10 minutes too--like, how?! That's when you know the kitchen is locked in. Highlights: $4 Wing Night - Are you kidding me? Eight wings for four bucks. That's a steal, and they were grilled perfectly. Side Salad - Fresh, crisp, light--like it was just pulled out of the garden. Collard Greens - Straight up reminded me of my mom's, smoked turkey and all. Just needed a splash of hot sauce and it was perfect. Hot Honey Lemon Pepper Chicken - Whew. THIS was the showstopper. That drizzle? Top tier. Sweet, tangy, spicy--basically everything you want in a chicken dish. Between the food, service, and prices, this was one of those meals that sticks with you. Lost and Found is definitely on my "run it back" list.

Came here with my bestie after doing to wedding errands and we're craving soul food! The weather was perfect so we sat outside! We had these mocktails that were yummy! Our waitress was very sweet! Would come back especially because the food was fantastic! Everything was delicious!

One of my favorite Houston brunch spots!! I always recommend Lost & Found to my friends from out of town and they always deliver! My favorite dish is their Cajun pasta and this time I paired it with their Golden Cadillac cocktail which is also fire! They have a pretty large patio with plenty of TVs and fans for the summer time, but there is indoor seating as well. Hookah is also available here. Now this is a well known popular spot in Houston, so prepare to wait to be seated, especially if you do not have a reservation (highly recommended you do). Lines can be long and wrapped around the parking lot during peak times. However, once seated, their service is pretty quick for how busy they get. Parking can also be another issue because their small lot is valet only, so if you don't want to valet you will have to find street parking which can be a real task in that area. Otherwise, this place is always a vibe with their music and I always enjoy my brunch here!

I've started coming here less and less. This night my sorority sisters were in town so we took a chance. They were out of a few of their staple items so we kind of had to piece a meal together. The drinks are always good so the really saves the day.

I was craving a nice frozen drink on a hot Saturday in Houston & decided to stop by Lost & Found since it was on my list. The aesthetics throughout the restaurant are really nice & you can get great pictures. There is also a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside since that was all that was available at the time and Aspen took great care of us. She recommended we try the frozen Golden Cadillac Margaritas & they definitely were one of the best frozen drinks I tried. We saw these pineapple upside down shots as well. They had a deal 3 for $11 so why not. Y'all they tasted just like the dessert. My cousin and me weren't hungry so we just listened to the music being played during brunch & caught a vibe off the cocktails & hookah we ordered. Thank you ASPEN for making sure our first experience was great. I will visit you when I return.

Lost & Found has been pumped up all over Instagram so I had to make a stop. The parking was a bit sketchy and we got charged when we parked our own vehicle just for the parking attendant to move the car. Next, we were seated fairly quickly and we got a great seat with high tables and booth located near the bar. The waiter B, was very kind to us and gave a couple of food recommendations... the music was a vibe and we even stayed for Happy hour! This place I would recommend for quick service and great food especially on a holiday like Memorial Day weekend!! Thank You to the Lost & Found crew.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was really good. The cajun pasta was full of flavor with lots of veggies. The service was accommodating. He explained the items and answered questions. I would definitely return to try additional items on the menu. We had reservations on a Sunday afternoon. Please make a reservation.

Lost & Found was a great spot to hit up after visiting the Museum of Fine Arts. They've got limited parking so valet or be mindful of where you park your car (thieves in the area, tow trucks, etc.) The patio area is great, the whole place is decorated nicely. Lots of tvs towards the back if you want to watch the game. Love how many booths they had. And the best part? The FOOD. I wasn't even hungry - but my family was. My god, I'll be dreaming about those cheese smothered fries with fried chicken until I go back. The hamburger, chicken sandwiches, even the regular fries are anything BUT regular! So perfectly crispy & well seasoned. The service was terrific - a dark haired gentleman with stretcher earrings & black nail polish served us. Probably one of the most thoughtful servers we have ever had. There was an automatic 20% tip for our group of 5 which I get & support. Only problem is I definitely should've tipped even more so I'll have to get him when I go back. They play loud rap music with plenty of curse words so if you're delicate about these things maybe don't bring the kids. But mine are teenagers & we didn't mind. You want to hang with the awesome people who season their food? You embrace the music & have a good time. I will be going back, no doubt about it.

Is there any drinks for people that's under 21 besides water? Like any juices or fountain drinks?

Yes there are plenty options. Even in house lemonade.

Does the restaurant serve beer (draft or bottled), wine and champagne? I only see mixed cocktails on the menus.

    Yes

Would you recommend reservations on a Wednesday or Thursday night?

I thought I would have needed a reservation on a Thursday but we went about 8pm and did not. It did get significantly busier later, but for dining it seems like you dont really need a reservation.

What's the age limit for hookah?

    21 years of age

    Is it only 21+?

Nope. We are kid friendly all day + night

Is this place dog friendly and has casual atmosphere?

    I would say no

Do they have a dj for brunch on the weekends?

    Yes

What's the biggest party y'all can host? Looking for accommodation for a party of 15

You should have no issue with 15

How long would the wait be for 2 people to get seated on a Saturday night around 8pm?

Saturdays tend to be one of their busy days, I highly recommend a reservation (call the restaurant), I went with a party of 2 and waited nearly 2 hours. Good luck

How long is a wait for party of 8 on Friday around 5 pm?

Hello, The wait will be roughly 15-30 minutes

How old do you have to be to do the hookah?

    What are Monday nights like?

it’s amazing All day happy hour and exciting food that makes you go mmmmhmhmh that’s some good eating

    Are they dog friendly?

No ma'am. They're also overpriced and the quality of food isn't that good.

    Is there an entrance fee?

no but be prepared for a (well worth it) wait.

    Is it kid friendly?

Based on my last visit, YES (7/25/21). I went on a Sunday for brunch and saw children dining in the establishment. Safe to say during the day, kids are allowed. Keep in mind- hookah is still being smoked while they're around.

This night I went with one of my close sorority sisters and ended up smoking hookah with her. This location was dark and very easy on the eyes. It showcased a heavy middle eastern influence since hookah is heavy there. The variety of options are given in a menu style and allow you to pick whatever fits your needs at the time. You are also able to freely smoke as long as you would like with the occasional waiter coming to replace the coals on your hookah. They also hire their DJs every night, so the music can change and control the mood depending on what is played. The do played a variety of music from hip hop to r&b and pop, there was no shortage on the tunes just know that they will change. The downside of this place is the smoke, if you're asthmatic or have trouble seeing this place might pose a couple of risk to you. You might have trouble breathing or being able to see the ground as you walk into the puff clouds of other patrons. There is also a mixture of patrons, some there to enjoy themselves and others to have parties and fun, if you're set on a flat consistent vibe then this may not be a place, there was someone on a couch enjoying their entire life while we were there, luckily we didn't care how they did anything it didn't interfere with us. Risk was also a major thing to be mindful of, the coals can be extremely hot and give damaging burns, people can also get sick from the hookah so be careful of the health risk and also use caution around the hookah to avoid coals! Overall a good place, if you're in Houston definitely stop by and have a good time.

They've also done some renovating to the place and it looks pretty nice now. New couches and tv's at every corner of the lounge, plus they've added some nice decor to the walls. Only complaint I have is the music they play. Aly lets this amateur DJ come in every once in a while to play and test out his music, but it's just so loud and overbearing sometimes. I'm just not ok with a dj who is being paid by the owner, telling folks or allowing the MC to tell folks in order to request a song, you gotta pay. If I chose to tip him, so be it, but being forced ain't cool. My biggest complaint was the price of everything. Now I'm a country chick and realize that prices are more expensive in the city. I was approached by the manager and I told her I needed a set up. She asked me what chasers I wanted and I said water and coke. I was charged separately for the water and coke that was supposed to be included in my set up.... so all together for a set up and a hookah, I paid over $60. I've never paid, IN HOUSTON, more than $10 for a set up and $35 for a hookah. Then they have small 4 oz paper cups to get the ice out with. After all this she attempted to charge me a bottle fee for each bottle I brought in. I sincerely think the young lady wasn't sure about what she was doing. Again she maintained her professionalism but she looked overwhelmed. Let's move on to those hookahs, the flavor lasted maybe 10-15 minutes and then the other lady who was helping refresh the coals was firmly pressing them down on the foil. I called her to the side and advised her that she was going to burn the shisha like that and sure enough my next puff was nothing but burnt shisha. They did replace it for free so I can't say much about that but overall....... The employees need training, I think they were overwhelmed and I think y'all were understaffed to serve the amount of people that accompanied this party... Great establishment Great employees Refine their skills and you'll be open a long time.
