Met some colleagues here on a Friday afternoon. This is a good place when the weather is good and you have a group. We had about 10 people rotate in and out over the course of 3 hours and it was easy. Our server was nice but her shift ended while we were still there so she closed us all out and we had to start over with someone else if we wanted to order something. I suspect this was so she could get her tips that she rightfully owned, but it just felt a little weird to be asked to do that. Overall people enjoyed their food - wings seemed to be a hit. I had a sprit-free colada and it was SWEET! I'm talking pour half of my glass of water into the drink and let the ice melt sweet. Because of that I didn't really want to eat anything and a few other people said their drinks were too sweet for them as well. Music isn't too loud outdoors so you can actually hear across the table if there are no side conversations. So I came by with a reservation and they told my group (just 3 of us) that we'd have to wait for a table, they can sit us at the bar or we can sit outside. We were very confused because if we have a reservation, why were no tables available? The host clearly did not feel like working this day. The Mac n cheese was seasoned Cajun and was flavorful. My friend said her green beans were good but the salmon needed a bit more seasoning, it was very fresh but plain. The chicken was very flavorful! It was lemon pepper. Not much to say about the shrimp, they were good and breading coat was good, didn't fall off but nothing much different than any other restaurant shrimp. I would just say check your bill for a gratuity charge, we realized it said it on the menu but totally overlooked it. I've heard the hype about this place. I wanted to try something new so my guy and I went here for cocktails. 4:30pm arrival with valet parking at $21. Upon entering, the hostess said the a/c is out but it's definitely cooler inside than out so we were fine with that. Restaurant had very few people in it and we were seated. Actually, it wasn't too warm in there. I had zero issue with the a/c but I did have an issue with how there's a handful of customers and we were repeatedly passed over. The only thing keeping us there was the $21 I had just paid for valet. When we were finally served, we enjoyed several beers and cocktails. Lobster bites were delicious! The place started getting busy by the time we left. Initial impression was disinterested and distracted waitstaff. Reservations are highly recommended. You can have your table for 2 hours, which is more than enough time to indulge on their delicious food and drinks. My friends and I stopped in for happy hour. They have specials on their appetizers and drinks. We decided to order shrimp and crawfish dip, fried ribs with Hennessy BBQ sauce, grilled wings and fried lobster bites. The shrimp/crawfish dish was creamy and full of flavor that was paired well with the tortilla chips. I have never tried fried ribs before. I'm glad I tried them here. It was a unique texture. Ate here for brunch on Saturday. They do take reservations in the weekends. They open at 11 and I had my reservation set for that time. There was a little line to wait for them to open, but the hostess sat people down fairly quickly. Initially the purpose of me coming here was for restaurant weeks. I had looked at the menus for brunch on the website the weekend prior and Lost and Found was still listed on the website. To my disappointment, the manager said they were not participating. They must have just taken it down the same week it started. That did not make me happy due to the fact I was trying to stay within a certain budget to go out for brunch, but we were already there and seated so we stayed despite that fact. We ordered a carafe of pineapple mimosas to split between my friend and I. For entree I ordered the Fried Salmon with grits and she ordered the Jerk Lamb & Eggs. I didn't know that and it didn't make sense aged I got the digital check but I realized I paid a 40% tip on my burger and fries! I ordered the Honey Lemon Pepper chicken with a side of collard greens and Mac and cheese. I also ordered some wings. Let's start with the wings I was disappointed that the wings were not sauced. They come with a side sauce but nothing enough to coat all chicken wings. The lemon pepper fried chicken was perfection. Fried to a perfect golden brown, seasoned and perfectly sauced. 10/10. The sides. The sides. Some of the best collard greens I've ever had. The Mac and cheese perfectly cheesy and delicious. My favorite was the corn machoux. Seasoned well with a little kick. Parking is $40/vip to park your car in front of the place or $20 for them to park your car down the street somewhere. The food was good but I think a bit overrate to pay a $3 for any side you want to substitute. Even if the sides contain an ingredient you don't eat( pork, beef or any spices. So my whole party ended up with a $3 extract charge for sides.. Our servers were extremely professional and nice. So we waited about 45-60 minutes for a party of 3. We sat outside and the temperature dropped, we requested a heater multiple times and was finally given one after about 20-30 minutes. The prices online is different than the menu. When asked about it our server informed us they updated prices about a month ago, on the website the jerk lamb chops are $43 but on the "new menu" it's $61.... $61 for 4 lamb chops seem a little pricey. They also do not take tap pay you have to have a physical card because they don't want to get "scammed" since it happened a lot in the past. They are also cashless. No Apple Pay and no Cash App cards are able to be used because they are worried about being scammed. I visited Houston from Virginia with a group of nine, and what happened at Lost & Found was the worst experience I've ever had while traveling. While our server was dropping off our food, she approached only our table (not others) and said: "My manager told me to let you guys know it might be your cars getting broken into." I rushed outside immediately and found our vehicle already broken into. Five pieces of luggage and three bags were stolen, including passports, Social Security cards, and valuable belongings that my wife and I work three jobs each to afford. When one of our group asked to see security footage, staff claimed the cameras were "glitching." Later, when police finally showed up (over 5 hours after repeated 911 calls), they were told the area was a "blind spot." The whole situation felt suspicious and deeply unprofessional. This restaurant clearly has a serious safety and accountability problem. Guests should not have to worry about being targeted while eating a meal. To make matters worse, a local who found our gutted bags told us she constantly sees backpacks thrown in fields near the area -- meaning this isn't an isolated incident. We not only lost thousands of dollars in property, but also our sense of safety, and we missed the very concert we flew in for. Lost & Found should be investigated for negligence and failure to protect its patrons. If you care about your safety and your belongings, avoid this place. read more

I rarely write negative reviews, but after multiple incidents with this restaurant I feel compelled to share my experience so others are aware. The first issue happened on February 4, 2025, which was my daughter's 22nd birthday. We had carefully planned her birthday dinner at this restaurant down to the hour. Only a few hours before our reservation, we received an email stating that our reservation was being canceled because the restaurant decided to close. Canceling a reservation within hours of the event is extremely inconsiderate, especially when people are celebrating important occasions. It caused unnecessary stress for both my daughter and me as we had to scramble to change our plans at the last minute. Despite that frustrating experience, I decided to give the restaurant another chance on February 27, when my sister wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the problems continued. When we arrived for our reservation, the staff could not find our reservation in their system. The only reason we were eventually helped was because I had the foresight to take a screenshot of the reservation confirmation. Without that screenshot, we likely would have been turned away. Customers should not have to prove their reservation with screenshots. That alone reflects poorly on the organization and professionalism of the establishment. The next issue involved our server, Tyrese. When it came time to be seated, he offered us only one table--an extremely undesirable one that was directly in the way of traffic. I declined. Immediately afterward, a group of women who had arrived after us were offered two table options, including the same undesirable table and a much better one. Naturally, they were allowed to choose the better table. That option was never offered to us. This felt incredibly unfair and dismissive. To make matters worse, we were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes, yet we waited over 45 minutes to be seated, and even longer before receiving proper service. When I politely mentioned to Tyrese that I would have gladly chosen the better table if it had been offered to us, his response and body language were extremely apathetic. My sister and I even noticed him making small snickering gestures behind our backs, which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. After the meal, I asked to speak with the manager, Courtney. I want to be clear about one thing: Courtney was the only professional part of this experience. He listened carefully, handled the conversation respectfully, and even offered a dessert or drink as a courtesy. I declined because I wanted the restaurant to understand how inconvenient and disappointing the overall experience had been rather than simply smoothing it over with a complimentary item. At this point, I honestly have no plans to return to this restaurant. The reservation issues, seating situation, excessive wait time, and the dismissive attitude from our server created an experience that felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. The only reason I would ever consider giving this place another chance would be because of the professionalism demonstrated by Manager Courtney. Without that interaction, this would have been an even more disappointing experience.
