These guys deserved 10 stars, fast friendly service in a safe & clean environment. My safe's battery was dead & i can't find the back-up key, brought my safe there. They opened the safe & replaced the battery inside, all under 10 min. Owen might be young but he was professional, quick & helpful. Other gentlemen in there were all very friendly in giving me helpful tips. Apparently i m not the only idiot who ran into this problem. They also contract with local banks to help customers get into their safe when they lost their keys read more

I called all over trying to find someone who could cut a key for my older model car, but no one could help--until I called this store. Jacky told me they could do it, so I stopped by. Bill was there and confidently guaranteed he could cut the key, and he delivered! The service was awesome, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! read more

My AMSEC safe had not been serviced for a number of years and the locking mechanism was freezing up. I spoke with Owen on the phone and he gave me some suggestions to try before booking a service call. That did not work so we booked a Service visit. Owen accompanied by Harry responded and explained exactly what they were going to do and were able to get the locking mechanism tuned up and working smoothly on a short period of time. They were very knowledgeable and made sure I personally could open and lock the safe after the repair. Owen did a great job on the "tune up" read more

After Parker Security lost Manny, their on-site service for HOAs unfortunately subsequently diminished greatly. I'm disappointed with their unprofessionalism lately. We had recently asked our manager to request a partial invoice charge waive for an overbilling and he informed us that he felt uncomfortable with the woman who owns this business's response -- she wrote him a lengthy defensive email, but luckily waived the charge at the time. After that, they did poor and incomplete work for a call (we always call Bay Alarm first to check the issue since that is no extra cost to us and they let us know the issue should be resolved by the locksmith service), and tried to point the blame back at Bay Alarm. When they needed to come back to finish the work, the woman was unprofessional and defensive again and refused to waive the first invoice at all. This includes a $75 trip charge despite being less than 10 min drive to our community ($260 total invoice for that completely useless invoice where they admitted to only spending a brief unthorough time on and couldn't figure out the problem source). We know another locksmith that offers a free inspection (including no trip charge), so since we don't want to have to deal with any excessive double billings in the future, we will switch to them for on-site services. read more

I had misplaced the master combination to my AmSec safe and I really felt like a bonehead. I spoke to Cindy and she didn't make me feel stupid at all. She said their technician, Owen, would get back to me soon. He called me in like 5 minutes! Owen and Alonzo showed up the next day and got me in to my safe in 10 minutes! They are all friendly and trustworthy professionals. Thank You Parker Security and Locksmith! (Plus they were over 50$ cheaper than the other American Security vender in the area.) Front door lock broke. Key would just spin in the lock. No access to house. Thought I would be sleeping outside tonight. Called Parker Security. They had Manny out in under 2 hours. He had the door open in 13 minutes. Saved the day. Very fast response and they understood I was in a bit of a jam so they were able to juggle some scheduling so they could get to me quickly. If I could give this place a 100/10, I definitely would! So, I came in today as I was referred by another person to get a car key that was stuck in my car door and I was greeted by Harry as soon as I walked in. I explained my situation and he and his team went and examined the key stuck in the car and took action. He got the key out within seconds and had a great positive attitude and great customer service while doing so. If you need any key repairs, keys remade or anything having to do with keys and locks, this is your place to go and will not regret it. Harry and his team will get you squared away in a timely fast manner. Thanks again Harry and the rest of the team. Definitely will be back and refer family and friends here! read more

Excellent locksmith! I haven't had a spare key or a working remote for my Chevy Malibu in YEARS. The company I work for gets all their van locks from Parker Security, so I figured I would come here to finally get my spare key and a working remote. Avie helped track down and special order my remote and then moved onto my key. Of course, my key had the point shaved down (somehow?) and he had to work some serious magic to make me a spare! After a while, Avie was able to get me a brand new key that worked like a charm! My special ordered remote came in and within two days I had a fully working remote (yay!) While they are not the least expensive, you get quality people and expertise with these guys. Avie was knowledgeable and extremely patient--I highly recommend this company! read more

Loved these guys! Fast service, great customer service at a reasonable price! Lost the only FOB for one our cars. Dealer was gonna charge $400 and a few hours of my time (had to make appt and leave the car there for 1-2 hours). These guys took care of business in 10 minutes with a fraction of the price. They are my to go security/locksmith from now on!! Thank you guys!!! read more

This is a walk in shop with very knowledgeable locksmiths. I had a mail box key jammed in the mailbox lock. I was able to remove the lock with the stuck key and take it to them. In 1 minute they were able to see that the lock need lubrication and nothing needed fixing, so they did not charge me any thing. This kind of service is not available at most places any more and if you have a problem I strongly recommend this place over any other, you will not be scammed. read more

Just got keys done from Parker security 3 minutes ago. (Update: this was a long time ago that I drafted this email just never got the chance to post it) I first called centerville locksmiths yesterday because Parker was closed. Centerville seemed like jerks so this morning I called Parker and everyone was friendly. Ed, Harry, and the lady (sorry I forgot your name!) were all very nice. They gave me a great deal and were right around the block so I asked them to do the job. They came by 15 minutes later and the mailman was there just by luck so they didn't have to open up the community box on their own (good thing it wasn't my normal mailman who is a prick and was extremely rude when I told him my situation last week. I didn't even ask to grab mail from him. Anyways that's a whole other story). But that basically saved me even more money which was great. Ed finished the job in about 10 minutes, I got my keys, paid by square, and that was done. Finally got all my mail... And bills. Thanks guys! read more

These guys were a huge help on getting my key programmed. I only had a valet key when I bought my Scion FRS and was delaying on getting the key programmed because the dealerships charged a fortune for one key fob to program. I found these guys on Yelp and spoke with Bill on the phone. Went there the next day and Bill made the process super simple and ordered the key for me which came pretty fast. We set an appointment to get my car programmed and met Manny. Manny was extremely helpful with showing me the process and programming the key. He took great care of my car and programming was super quick. If you guys decide to come here look for Bill or Manny. They're the best! read more

They talk nice but are not respectful of peoples times and are poorly organized. Had the worst time with them missing two appointments i called in on. This is def not a high star place be careful with their words. In regards to the owners comment they scheduled me incorrect after i drove down to get work done right after calling. Then bill says need an appointment even though person on phone said I could come right in. Today after proper scheduling, i came on time waited 50 minutes with no work done ended up calling and finding a cheaper and better place nearby. Hope you guys improve read more

I have a 2009 Camry Hybrid that I got almost two years ago. I got it with only one push button key fob, the kind that is supposed to work while in your pocket. It didn't. It is also, if the battery is charged, not supposed to be able to get accidentally locked in the car. It is charged; and I've locked my only key in the car a BUNCH!! At a dealership, it would cost anywhere from $350 to 750 dollars, depending on how much programming was involved, and how many duplicates might have been made by prior owners. I dunno. It just would. I tried a local hardware store, that sells and programs the fobs, but they could not get it to work (maybe because too many dupes had been made in the past. Which brings me to Parker Security and Avie. An actual locksmith. With an an actual location. Not just a van. And he made me physical keys to unlock the car for a fraction of the price of a dealer. And for $50 replaced the shell to my old fob. And it works like a brand new factory key, instead of $250-700!! I'm thrilled. read more

Parker Security is our "go to" locksmith in the bay area! We have a proximity badge reader for 24-hour access to our Anytime Fitness Livermore Gym that requires a very secure entry point for our members. We must have a service company that understands these type of systems, responds quickly, and that can troubleshoot and fix mechanical/electrical issues that can pop up from a heavily used door system like ours. Cindy and Harry have THAT company. They stand by their work, their techs are very friendly, punctual and professional and our business highly recommends Parker Security for your lock and specialty door needs. read more

I needed to replace lost keys for the side cases on my BMW K1200RS motorcycle and reluctantly decided to try a locksmith. After having seen Parker's facility on Grimmer on numerous times, I decided to stop in and give them a try. I found their showroom well lit, well stocked (not just keys but all types of high quality security items; safes, bicycle locks, etc) and well organized. Gene waited on me and provided an estimate for the price and schedule to complete. He shared risks/benefits of various options and I agreed to having two new keys done. Early the next day I picked up the finished keys which fit both BMW side case locks perfectly and the price was very reasonable. All staff members were personable, professional, and knowledgeable when asked various locksmith questions. I highly recommend Parker Security. read more
