We needed about 12 locks rekeyed as well as a couple other pieces fixed (our home had been a multi family so there were locks on doors to bedrooms that made it dangerous for little kids that Johnny fixed for us). Johnny showed up on time and at one point described himself as a "lock savant." I will say the man is part philosopher and shared some fun stories. Most importantly we can get into all our doors now. New business owner in Kingston. Previous business owner called for our back door lock being broken in August. He said we were waiting on a part. I took over in October, called him back when the door became completely unusable in early October. Still waiting on a part. Called back mid november. He tells me the part has been in for weeks but every time he drives by we are closed. I ask him why he never called. Couldnt answer me. Asked him when he drives by as we were open 7 days a week (9 hour days) in october and 6 days a week (7 hour days) in November and December. Couldn't answer me. Promised he'd be by that week. December is ending. Lock is still broken abd back door still unusable. Very unimpressed. read more

After a failed DIY I realized this was a job it paid to have a professional do. I was a bit desperate because I had taken the old deadbolt lock off my front door and was unsuccessful at installing the new one. John was very busy that day but made time for me at the end of the day and set things right. He even helped me install a Bluetooth locking mechanism that neither of us had any experience with. My wife accidentally locked herself out of the house in Woodstock. Desperate, I called around and only Johnny Lock answered, and he did so within ten minutes. He said he could be up there in 40 minutes. We arranged payment over the phone (a fair fee) and true to his word he was there in less than 45 minutes and had her warm and inside the house a few minutes later. Great Service, very professional, on time and got the job done quickly!
