Total rip-off, don't do it. My advise to ANYBODY, is that if this is something that you can do yourself, DO IT YOURSELF. IT WILL SAVE YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. I needed the knobs and deadbolts changed on three doors. I also needed them keyed the same. I was thinking of doing this myself but I thought maybe they will do a better job than I would, and maybe these "Medium security" locks are something that I was unfamiliar with and would be cool for my home. And, I figured I'd save some time by having a locksmith do it. The tech showed up and got right to work. There was no written estimate. My bad, life lesson learned there. I had three knobs and three deadbolts changed. It cost me $1000. UNCONSCIONABLE. The locks that were provided can easily be purchased at any hardware store. They aren't special. The work that was done can easily be done by anybody with functioning upper extremities and a screwdriver. And FYI, most hardware stores will rekey locks, many of them for free. I am a little frustrated, I feel like an idiot, and now I have a lot less money. If that is how you want to feel too, call this company. read more

Our Jeep Wrangler was in dire need of getting 2 keys replaced as the transponders were on their last leg of service. Supreme Locksmith replied back promptly with a quote and the appointment was scheduled. We had to re-schedule last minute and they had no problem getting us in the following day. There was another customer ahead of me which I didn't mind since I was the one who re-scheduled, and he was telling me the service here was the best in the area while we waited. I called at 9:15P on a Sat night and was told 25 min. And no one showed up!! How can you run a locksmith business like this? Not even a call back to say no one is coming. I even cancelled another locksmith because they said they would come sooner. I'm fortunate that I have a neighbor that has invited us to stay until a locksmith gets here. Pretty bad service Quote me at $140 over the phone for fixing my door lock, and then changed the price to $250, once at the premises. We refused the service, so now he asks for $75, just for coming and taking a look. Originally they quoted us at $29 for their trip and diagnostics on the issue. He argues $29 is just for coming to us. And the $45 extra is for the troubleshooting labor he had to do. Why would we need him to just come, without doing any work to diagnose the problem? Not only that, he starts getting all mad, mentioned he doesn't do "free" labor, and tell me it's my fault, because apparently I told him to fix the lock, not change it. He is supposed to be the expert, that is why we call them, how do I know what's wrong with the lock without him looking at it first? if it needs to be replace, or fix, or whatever? We sent him a picture prior, and he was dead on sure it was going to be only $140... Horrible experience! Not recommended read more

But I must say my opinion changed really fast. After leaving this original review Jen had called me no more than 5min after asking about my experience, which to me was a complete surprise to have someone contact me at all let alone as timely as she did. After telling her about everything my experience I learned the whole picture of what happened. So the husband and wife were out on a religious thing when I had contacted them so what they did is they subcontracted it to someone else and it was the third party that over charged me. But they made it right in the end and stuck by their word and went above beyond what they needed too. I mean after our talk I was really blown away but the customer service I had received, seriously. So prior to my first review I would strongly recommended this company. In my future if I need keys made or get locked in my car (hopefully not) I will definitely be using them just because of the service I had received. This will definitely be my go to locksmith. After arriving and checking his stock, he did not have the two key fobs to sell that he had quoted me on which was included with my lockout and to have to have 3 keys made, since mine were lost. He said said he would charge me the same price in spite of having only one fob to sell and program. I protested but he said he couldn't lower price.
