Overall saved me quite a lot of time and overhead. I didn't have to slave away trying to find the right manufacturer and model, etc. I just bought the recommended model and then scheduled the appointment and they were on time. They made sure everything worked and unstuck the door that was placed decades ago and taught us how to use the door knob functions and maintenance tasks. Fast and responsive and professional. For sure will use them for future jobs.

Andy is the BEST! Don't call anyone else!!!…read more I needed to have two locks in a commercial building opened (no keys available) and have these re-keyed to match the existing locks. I called Andy at Western Locksmith at 9am and he met me at my office 20 minutes later! This was very encouraging since I had wasted 3 hours at the location the day before, waiting for another locksmith who called to say he was running late and then never showed up! Andy owns the business and therefore is truly dedicated to provide the best customer service and excellent results. I've had poor results from some of the online booking services who just contact a freelance technician. Andy was able to open the locks and found that the key slot was slightly narrower than the other locks, but he was able to use a narrower brass colored key that was thinner than the existing silver key. I'm sure that someone else would have tried to talk me into changing both locks! Excellent work, prompt, very reasonable fees, plus he's a very nice guy. I won't go anywhere else!
