Story time : I had a locksmith come out to replace a key I had lost. The new key they had made did not work and they also claimed that I needed to replace/repair my ignition system saying that they could do that for me for extra $$$. It felt a little fishy to me because I had just drove the car not too long ago. A little later in the afternoon I had reached out to Yaniv asking for their opinion and he came right over and worked his magic. Yaniv was educating me during the process to keep me involved with what was going on and explained that overtime the ignition system would crap out due to the car being a 2007. I kept my head in a circle thinking I would need to replace something but yaniv cleared that all away ! Super quick and responsive thanks again Yaniv! read more

I reached out to several companies via Yelp to rekey four door knobs. Locksmith Near Me Bay (LNMB) was the only company that called my phone and did so very promptly. The other companies just sent an email message. LNMB and I discussed the job and possible price over the phone. I should also mention that LNMB accomondated my schedule with very short notice and on the same day. Afterward, LNMB sent me a text with the price range. Upon arrival, LNMB assessed the job and determined it was more than expected; however, LNMB honored the price given in the text message. The work was done professionally and timely. I highly recommend LNMB! - Kendrick read more

I needed a replacement key fob . I got a response to my request right away. A tech was sent out to me that week but unfortunately my suv ended up being more complicated than the tech could do. The owner came back from the holiday, called me the same day he came back . Worked out a time to come to my home and came out on time to the then agreed on. He was able to handle the issues and program me a new key fob so I now have 2 again. Fair in price and still cheaper than any dealer. He also has a key fob that was for my SUV so I didn't have to order one first as I did in the past. Definitely will keep his number handy for future cars and or lock needs at home read more
