I called Xpress with an urgent need. The boss had locked himself out of his office, and there was no key. The first place I called asked me to text photos of the lock, then said they'd be here in about 6 hours. I wasn't going to tell the boss to wait for 6 hours, so I tried Xpress. I needed an extra key made for my 2011 Toyota Sienna, the key required a chipped key in order for it to start the car. I first tried going to Outdoor Supply Hardware to get it done, but after 2 attempts they couldn't get their key to work, never again will I go there to get a car key made, a total waste of time. I then called the Toyota dealer to see how much they would charge, and it was well over $300 just for the programing service without the key, so I'm guessing close to $400 with the key, which is way too much.
