They were not able to repair it due to extensive damage but found a part to insert in the housing and charged me exactly as quoted. I called Xpress with an urgent need. The boss had locked himself out of his office, and there was no key. The first place I called asked me to text photos of the lock, then said they'd be here in about 6 hours. I wasn't going to tell the boss to wait for 6 hours, so I tried Xpress. They didn't need me to text photos, they simply asked what I needed, then said they'd be here in about 20 minutes - and they were. I needed an extra key made for my 2011 Toyota Sienna, the key required a chipped key in order for it to start the car. I first tried going to Outdoor Supply Hardware to get it done, but after 2 attempts they couldn't get their key to work, never again will I go there to get a car key made, a total waste of time. I then called the Toyota dealer to see how much they would charge, and it was well over $300 just for the programing service without the key, so I'm guessing close to $400 with the key, which is way too much. To my surprise the owner AJ picked up my call right away on a Saturday and made time for me to bring in my car to get a key made right away on the same day ! I took my car in and brought 2 extra key fobs that I wanted t get programmed as well.
