Lifesaver! This was back in May. I lost my purse and we were stuck there all day and night trying to get in touch with a locksmith who never showed up. Also I dropped the key fob several times, and somehow something inside the key fob got lose and the key fob was not detected so I couldn't start my car or lock it, so messaged Alex and he showed up at my doorstep and fixed the key fob without charge. Do not recommend for BMW keys. These guys are not legit locksmiths. I needed to replace my BMW key since it fell into water. While they responded and showed up really quick, which is why the two star, my key doesn't function appropriately. If they can't do BMW keys they should have said so. So what I got was a half working key. They did knock down $50 from the original quote but now I know the trouble and extra cost I have to find a new locksmith. Do not recommend.
