Before I buckled my 2.5 year old in his car seat, I placed the keys in his cup holder. At some point while buckling him, the doors auto-locked. I did not realize that happened until after I closed the door -- unfortunately, with the keys still in the cup holder. As you can imagine, I panicked. Luckily, the van was parked in a partially shaded spot. However, the sun was shining through the windshield. I imagined the interior slowly heating up. Immediately, I called the nearest locksmith, A-Able Locksmith. I spoke with Paul and told him it was an emergency. I also called 911 because I wasn't sure how long it would take Paul to get there. However the trunk button wasn't working. He advised I share the vin and he'll reach out to the dealership to troubleshoot. I was able to get him the vin a week later. And he contacted the dealership. He contacted me and then came directly my house to fix the issue. What service! I appreciate his professionalism and care. The customer service was great…read more They were really responsive over the phone and had agreed to replace my key even though they were about to close. When I reached, they happened to have about two customers before but they still assisted me. Also as a heads up, the kiosk near Dick's sporting goods is only open on the weekends. You should park near the Burlington Factory side if you are coming on a weekday. That will make it much easier to get to your car to program the key. I was in and out of the mall in about 45 min, they offered me a fair price compared to the dealership, and my key works great now!
