I got my 2010 Honda Civic transponder key replaced here recently. The customer service was great. They were really responsive over the phone and had agreed to replace my key even though they were about to close. When I reached, they happened to have about two customers before but they still assisted me. Also as a heads up, the kiosk near Dick's sporting goods is only open on the weekends. You should park near the Burlington Factory side if you are coming on a weekday. That will make it much easier to get to your car to program the key. I was in and out of the mall in about 45 min, they offered me a fair price compared to the dealership, and my key works great now! read more

I've been coming to this locksmith since Great Mall opened. Reliable and quick for sure as the name says it. They have a variety of keys. I came there to make 3 key copies and he was done under 5 minutes. He definitely makes it in a short amount of time. I've tried other locksmiths but the keys didn't fit. I had to go back and get it copied again. For the 2nd attempt, the key would stick in the hole. I'd have to jiggle it so I can pull it out. For that, I returned back to the locksmith at Great Mall and to this day, his workmanship is the best quality. read more

Went to get a new key/remote for my Honda Accord. Dude working gave me a price, paid for it, he copied my key into a new remote. Walked back to my car, had trouble getting the key into the ignition. Drove home and noticed I could barely pull the key out without wiggling it. Drove back to the great mall to explain to the dude working that I couldn't get the key to slide into the ignition properly. He files it down a bit and polishes it and tells me to give it a try. I go back to my car, test the key out for the ignition, works but I noticed I can't open the trunk with my key. Walk back to the kiosk, he files it down some more, I go back to try it again, still can't try to open the door or the trunk with the key itself. He makes me a new one, files it down and everything and tells me that if I can't open the door that he'll meet me in front of the sporting goods store. I go back to my car to give it a try and I just gave up after that, even after he called me back to ask if the key worked, I lied and said it didn't. I ended up taking the key to a friend to file and sand it down, and after getting it sanded and everything, it works fine. I don't understand why the dude didn't just double check his work in the first place instead of giving me the repeated run around. I'd say go to a better key copy maker instead of spending money or time here. Sure it's convenient and it isn't as pricey as going to a dealership, but man, beware or else you'll be walking back and forth from your car to the mall if it doesn't work. read more

Overpriced and rude owner. I asked him for a quote for 2 keys and he quoted me $290 for one key. I asked again what the price is for two keys. He hasld to open his computer and type 2 × 290 into a calculator and said $580. I told him I'd think about it and he gave me a derisive laugh and said of course you don't want to do it now. I told him no, I'll think about it as his price is more expensive than Car Keys Express. I ended up going with Car Keys Express, who came to my work and did it for $50 less. read more

Parking: best spot to park is in the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory or entrance 3. I got my key programmed here the the guy was pretty friendly! (Short Filipino guy) He was very knowledgeable about the process and had great communication skills. He told me step by step on what to expect, which was nice because I really had no idea what to expect. To say the least they have great customer service and competitive prices. There is a 90 day warranty as well which is reassuring. I would definitely come back here if I need another key programmed. I definitely recommend this place! read more

I needed 2 more keys made for a Honda Fit my family recently purchased and decided to go back to Quick Auto Locksmith at Great Mall. Even though they have a kiosk by Uniqlo, they've recently put up signs to visit their other location by Burlington Coat Factory. I parked nearby, went inside and I had 2 new keys cut & programmed within about 20 minutes. The prices are fair; much cheaper than a dealership & comparable to other locksmiths. What I do appreciate about Quick Auto Locksmith is their warranty for 90 days from date of purchase. The key remote for my 2014 Nissan Altima quit working. I called the Nissan dealership and they scheduled an appointment for me for a Monday morning to have the key reprogrammed. The Service department at the Nissan dealership told me it would be $200 to reprogram the key fob and it would cost me $365 for a new key fob if the reprogramming was not successful. After talking with my older son he said I should check the great mall, he'd had great success with keys there, and it was much cheaper than service departments at auto dealerships. I made a call to Kwik auto locksmith at the great mall and it was explained to me that normally when you change the battery the key fob does not become unprogrammed. They offered to check my fob to see if it were working and the replacement price difference from the dealership would be over $100 cheaper. The next day I went into the great mall so they could test my key fob. Garvey, the very young tech who helped me, tested and and worked on the fob. We then walked out to my car in the parking lot to test the remote and what do you know, it worked perfectly! Apparently a chip inside the fob was damaged and to replace it took about 30 seconds for a total of only $20! I couldn't be happier with the honesty and the service that I was provided at the kiosk at the great Mall. Definitely use this kiosk (and mobile service) when possible, I had great service and am so impressed with the honest business practice. We walk up to inquire about replacing the battery in car remote... He never removed his air pods or fully took his off his phone. I was so glad to find this place. I was referred here by another locksmith that was in Fremont and was pretty much mobile only. Would never have known about this place w/o the referral. What i needed was a to get a spare blank key cut (purchased from amazon), but the chip with the key had to be programmed to my car too. The quotes I got from anywhere else were 3X what I paid at Quick Auto, because none of them had a "drop in" service. Derricks (sp?) helped me and was quick and friendly. Terrible communication, spoke with someone about getting a key programmed and he agreed to meet me at the house at 3:30pm today. Left work early to meet him no call or text after 330. So the time now is 3:42 to be exact and he calls me back saying he cant come out today because hes on a job longer then he thought. Well wouldn't you know if the job was going to take longer then you thought before 330? I wouldn't be upset even if they or he called me at 3, but the fact there was no communication and had me leave work early? I'll let you guys be the judge of customer service.
