I spoke with their dispatch agent, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Although I was originally told the appointment would be around 7:30 PM, he understood my situation and get a technician to me as quickly as possible. Within about 35 minutes, he had someone arrive at my door. My technician, Jonny, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, and genuinely pleasant to work with. When he arrived, he was unfortunately stuck at my community gate for quite a while because of an issue with security. I had to run over to help get him inside, and I felt terrible because he was being treated disrespectfully. What impressed me most was that Jonny remained completely calm and professional and never became upset or rude. His patience and attitude really stood out. Jonny repaired my tire and also checked and added air to all four tires. He was efficient, careful, and clearly knew what he was doing. I also want to give special recognition to the dispatch agent for going above and beyond. Since I had already spent hours waiting for the previous service, he even arranged for the tire repair to be done at no charge. That level of customer care meant a lot to me. From the dispatcher to Jonny, everyone I dealt with was kind, responsive, and professional. I'm grateful beyond words for the kindness of the towing agent who talked me through the whole experience. In fact, he had a pick-up scheduled elsewhere are re-routed to me because I he recognized that I was in a dangerous location. Even more impressive was how he took my car home and delivered it to my boyfriend without my help because that day I was on my way to hosting a high profile event for a construction project nearby. Tesla will go to your location and fix the flat or replace the same brand of tire if needed. I was not aware of this service until my son reminded me. I had a complete flat tire in my garage and called Geico. The tow truck driver came and took me to Universal Tire because I heard this place was fast and competitive. The shop took off my tire and tested the leak and said I need to replace the tire because there are two punctures and they are too close to each other. The shop said I need to replace two tires instead of one and the cost was going to be around $1,000 for the exact same brand on my 2025 model Y. I did not feel comfortable about this situation so I left. The lesson I learned is to contact Tesla if I ever have a flat tire in the future. Tesla technician came within an hour and fixed the tire for a total of $103 because the puncture was only in one spot and the tire could be plugged. Tesla did provide an initial quote to replace a new tire for $395 in case it really needed. I was ok with that and Tesla did not say I needed to replace both tires. The technician did this work in his mobile van and he explained to me about his test and what he did to fix the tire. I was both surprised and happy. Tesla technician (Manny) was really helpful and HONEST. This may be an isolated case with Universal tires & wheel but I just want to share my experience and hope this helps others.

I had them replace an older Aiphone intercom with Unifi access and they came and installed a Unifi door reader, cleaned up my door strikes, installed a unifi in wall in a rental unit so we could pass through an additional POE port to a Unifi intercom and then came up with an idea to consolidate my networking gear in my garage so I changed scope after day 1 to include that and also setup a gate hub automation. I also had them do a new cat6 run and they did a great job with that as well as patching up the holes from older cables. Great communication - they know their networking and Unifi gear and I would recommend to others looking for ethernet/wireless/security cameras and expertise with Unifi gear.

They returned the very next day, finished everything, and did an excellent job. I now have blazing-fast, reliable internet throughout my condo, and the gateway they installed has great features, including built-in ad blocking. Honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional.
