They say they have upfront pricing, but they don't include taxes in the price. I called to get a deadbolt fixed, and they made me replace it instead, raising the price even further. Then the new one they installed doesn't even close fully. And they left a mess for me to clean up. Definitely wouldn't recommend them. read more

Tom from Marco's Locksmith came in clutch and fully prepared! His truck is completely stocked with everything a locksmith could need. My sister's car key was stuck in the driver-side door and needed to be removed. I searched Yelp, and Marco's Locksmith was the first business that popped up. I requested a quote, and within minutes Tom was already on his way. He stayed in constant contact by text and phone call, which I really appreciated. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and well-equipped with all things locksmiths needs. The job ended up being a bit more complicated than we initially expected, but Tom handled it without hesitation. He ordered a new lock on the spot, and we'll be seeing him again on Friday to finish the job. Excellent service from start to finish -- highly recommend Marco's Locksmith! read more

Marcos is the guy you want to save in your contacts for locksmith stuff. I reached out and he got back to me super fast -- no waiting around wondering if anyone was going to respond. From the jump, he was straight up with me about what I actually needed instead of trying to sell me on extra stuff I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Communication was on point the whole time. He explained things in a way that actually made sense (not just locksmith jargon that goes over your head), answered all my questions, and kept me updated on timing so I wasn't left guessing. Showed up when he said he would and got the job done without any hassle. read more

For a lockout situation , Marco shows up and asks for $185, while negotiating he proposes $160. When I don't agree to the price , he gets really upset and is rude . We finally got the unlock for $100. ----- Update: Marco - reached out and apologized , which is a huge deal. I then hired him to re-key all the locks with one key. He did a fine job and accepted the payment with grace. he is very observant and pointed out my garage torsion springs that had broken. Thats for another day. Thanks Marco for your patience, I had a busy week and took time to update. I understand these reviews are important. read more

Marco replied to my late night text on Christmas of all nights, and was available to help me immediately! He was able to help me with a difficult master lock deadbolt and was extremely professional, affordable, and prompt. Highly recommend. Thank you Marco! read more

600+ Dollars for two keys which died within 3 months is ridiculous in itself. Then Marco kept attempting to blame us for the keys not working, and saying the batteries I bought brand new from CVS just this afternoon were faulty over, just possibly, his product. In addition to insulting both myself and husband's intelligence when this is literally his job. Steer clear in every capacity, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. This would be a zero star review. read more

I called Marco because I lost my only key to my truck ignition! It's an older Toyota truck so no alarms or chips. Marco had to order a new ignition to get me a new key.
