Was in town from Los Angeles and figured I needed to find something to do while the hubby was at Cowboy game- first thought- MAN.I.CURE! Found this place on yelp. I called and was able to get an appointment within the hour with Theresa. I must say, coming from Cali I was a bit hesitant to get a mani so I went in with little expectations ... and I'm embarrassed to say that THERESA did not disappoint. My nails are going on 3 weeks and they still look fabulous!!! If you're on the fence about trying this place out- just try it! The vibe is great, employees were friendly, and mimosas included- what a gem. If I'm ever in town again I will definitely be visiting this place again.

I never get my nails done. Pedicures, yes. Nails, no. But my mom has been going here for a while so I went with her and got mine done too. I love them! They aren't too long and the color is perfect. The tech was nice and everything was clean. Highly recommend!

$106 pedicure I could've done myself and looked better.

How does one leave with a pedicure looking like this? How do you leave with your pedicure looking worse than when you went in. I've tried giving them chance after chance but every time I go back it gets worse.

I have been coming to this nail salon off and on for a while. I've tried to go to other places that are closer to where I live but this place it awesome!! Most recent appointment was with JoJo & John. Both did a fabulous job!! I swear this place never disappoints. Awesome and friendly staff. I will suck it up and drive the 30 minutes to get there. Cause it's worth it and so am I!! Thank you Park Village Nails!!

Mike does a great job! No lifting in 2 weeks. I probably could have lasted 3 weeks for the next fill. The price is high but the quality is worth it. Also pedicure was nice too with a complementary small iced coffee.

I came in for a pedi on Saturday afternoon, and decided to add on a new acrylic set last min. The pedi was great. I had Henry as the tech and he was so friendly and welcoming. Zero flaws with the pedicure and I would probably come back for that alone. However, the tech that did my acrylic fell short of expectations (Ann is her name I believe). When cutting down the tip, she asked if the length was ok. I normally wear my nails shorter but I didn't press her to cut them shorter. I was surprised when she charged me an extra $5 for "long nails" and another $5 for almond shape because the charges were not clear and length and shape were recommended her. She also applied the acrylic quickly and sloppily, leaving the nails uneven, chunky, and full of air bubbles. I tried to explain to girl at the front desk that the nails were not up to par, she ignored my complaint and told me to have a great weekend.

Prices are a little higher than most places but that "little" becomes more when they charge extra per nail if you have anything else done (design, glitter, etc). I had a small amount of glitter added to half of each ring finger...they charged an additional $10. A set of nails starts at $55 plus the add-on. $65 is the lost expensive set of nails that I have had. None of the technicians had any form of conversation with their clients, making it a very cold and awkward environment. They will also sit you right away at a station, but you will wait for a while before the technician shows. had they told me the wait was 30-45 min, I would have gone elsewhere. read more

Do not go here, especially if you're transgender they will try to hide you away from everybody in whatever corner that they can find they will not come and give you drinks even when you ask for it. They'll look at you and just walk on by so you won't get a drink, they charge me for full pedicure even though all they did was paint my nails since I had a little scratch on my chin so they thought that they could charge me you know the full $67 tax included that yet all they did was paint my nails. It took several days to get the money back only because I posted on here, the clerks whatever I tried to tell them I didn't get the full pedicure. They didn't care all they cared about was just charging that card for whatever money they could they wouldn't let me speak to the manager later that night since I know one of the girls that work there she sent me a text message because the manager had read my review And was communicating by that girl with a text message so she didn't have the decency to call me and apologize. I've never experienced something like this and I've been shamed for being transgender at other places but this one took the cake and I kept on going because the one I knew was friendly to me And she's really good with nails now she won't even speak to me so I lost a friend over it, but I knew that she knew that she was either told to put me in a quarter away from other people and if you look you could see that you could see the minorities Hidden spot the transgender backed up usually the only one is in the most hidden spot where you want where nobody can see you right and you'll see all the beautiful white rich women all together that are in the group but they have fun you know talking to each other so I always just sit there lonely It's the one time I can really get out. It's my favorite time to get a manicure and pedicure. You know it's my my time and they ruined it for me. I don't recommend this place at all. I think all they care about is money. I think they're all racist, not just against transgender but also African-Americans and anyone different than the white rich people I called the other day to kind of tell him hey let's start over and let me tell you you know why you hurt me so much about hiding me you know and teach them, but there said Let me go get the manager well they came back and they said well she's busy. She will call you back and it's been over a week. It's been like two weeks. She never called me back that tells you how much they care don't go to this place do not go to this place, don't get money to racist. People don't get money to people that hurt other people there's better places there's good places out there and even better. read more

I travel to the area at least once a month and stay at the Aloft Dallas/Euless, this time I was in desperate need of a manicure for my work week ahead. I called this place 45mins before they closed on a Sunday, and they were so welcoming. I walked the half mile over and I am so glad I did! Tony did SNS on my nails, and I never felt rushed even close to closing time! I love how they turned out! I will definitely be back when I'm in town again. Went here with some girlfriends for my birthday to get my nails done. This place was very clean and every employee was very friendly. We had to wait less than 5 minutes for a walk in appointment. I got gel nails and the lady who did them, Hazel, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and liked my nails. Highly recommend this place! read more

Hands down best nail salon in DFW! I live in Dallas and drive here because the entire place is an amazing experience. Ive been coming here every 2 weeks for the past 2 years and have gotten nothing but amazing service from everyone and management! I drive 20 minutes to this nail salon and pass many along the way. I do this because they are truly the best! It's clean; the people are friendly; they are reasonably priced, and they do a great Job! First time there on 02/27/2022 and so disappointed. I had Iris to do a dip/mani combo for $57. She was mad when I told her I didn't want my natural nails cut down. She cut me twice with grinder on my cuticles and never apologized, only wipes the blood away acting like it was normal. I left unsatisfied and two fingers bleeding. read more

I've been here 4 times now. I love their frozen margaritas and all the fun trendy nail designs that you can choose from. The first 3 times I left with my cuticles bleeding even though they were careful and apologetic. Emma was extra careful and my cuticles didn't bleed this time. Love this nail salon. Wow what a great experience I had with Park Village Nails??!?? They were professional, funny, and very talented at their trade. My sisters and I had a great time here, and we will be back. It was our first time visiting, and we saw the technician joked and laughed with their patrons. It was a very upbeat environment. It was refreshing to see that instead of someone with a grumpy face doing your nails. You don't see that type of negative attitude here. Park Village is customer service savvy! They make sure to greet you right away and provide seating promptly. Yes, they are busy on the weekends but it is worth the wait or go during the week. Love my nails so much from this salon. These nails are from TERESA (book with her for a appointment) and she works Thursday- Sunday. They have a southlake location and thought I should try out this one. I am more impressed with my nails now because of this location. I was nervous about asking for a design because I had never been to Park Village Nails before, however I received exactly what I asked for! Tony did an amazing job! DO NOT TRUST WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE. I really liked this place the first 2 times I came. Then they charged me $5 extra for "almond shape" when my nails were already shaped and I just asked her to file them to even out the already existing shape. They had to do now additional filing or shaping. When I brought this up to them they were rude and didn't not try to be considerate or listen. They just add on extra charges that were not true. The girl at the front desk was also flatly rude and unprofessional. read more

I don't know if management changed or owners but really disappointed with the service I received on 1/12, the pedicure was sloppy and careless. Definitely not what it used to be. Steps were skipped on both my feet, maybe she didn't know what she was doing I'm not sure. $20 for gel add on after she told me it was no extra charge and callous removal for $10. Really disappointed $40 pedicure to $70 without warning. Hope they fix this or start telling people they actual prices. read more

First off I am transgender girl every time I go in there they set me in a very corner where you can't see any of the other customers I asked him. Why do you guys do that to me? Is it because I'm transgender no, you know it's nice and quiet back here , it was it was basically useless excuse I'm not stupid. I've been dealing with people that do not like Trans do not like them in their their stores. This is one of them racist I do not recommend going in this place. I went here for a while. There is one good tech Emily, but they ripped me off. Did not want to do a pedicure because I had a scratch on my shin and I said fine that's that's fine just paint my nails well I get the bill they charge me for a full pedicure and their excuse was we cut your cuticles bill over $100? Just painting my toenails and then the 48 of that which is for my nails, which is fine but they ripped me off a good 40 3050 bucks. Do not go here. They won't even try to talk to you about it with you. The ladies, the managers rude. all the manager cares about is money I go there once a month last year I spent $1600 there for the last 12 months The front desk was nice and felt bad because she obviously knew I was getting ripped off. Beware go to American Nail Bar. This never happened. They would've never done that. It's just down the street. so they would rather rip me off for 30 to 40 bucks and let me go as a customer that spends $1600 a year. It is bizarre. There's only a couple of text there Emily one of them. There's a guy there that's really good. The girls were really good. They left a couple months ago, the rest do not have anything to do with them from this place go to American Nail Bar. I never had this problem at American Nail Bar, which is down the street.the read more

I never write reviews but I absolutely had to after visiting... I have never ever had a better experience in a nail salon, or any salon for that matter! My daughter and I got our nails done together on the first visit, my son was also with us but not having anything done. They made the kids so comfortable, and that allowed me to relax and feel pampered. Usually when little little one get there nails done it seems to be chipped and coming off so quickly. Over a week later hers still look great! I always have a hard time explaining what I want, or finding a color that I love. As I was browsing the the largest selection of color choices I've ever seen, looking for a good nude, the owner sweetly came over, looked at my hands and picked the perfect one. I wish I could remember the women's name that did my nails, so was so nice. In the past I've had bad experiences when drills are used my my nails. She was so gentle, and cautious I actually could relax. I went back again the following week for a pedicure, and my experience was just as awesome! Even tho it was only my second time in, I felt like I was visiting old friends when I walked in. The salon is beautiful, clean and so well run, five stars are not enough! :) read more

She complimented the color I selected for my dip powder replacement and checked on my comfort several times. The service itself was very quick- removal and application in just 45 or 50 minutes. I've never been in and out so fast. Here's the kicker- $48 for a dip powder manicure and it was chipping the very next day. Sadly, I had already left the area on a flight so returning for repairs wasn't an option for me. Sharing in hopes you'll avoid the same.

So I took a little hiatus of not going because I felt the prices were getting steep, but then I had no choice but to come back due to time constraints and got a Mani Pedi and the nail tech that did my feet ended up cutting down my nails too short and bled ! Instead of apologizing, she just fixed it with their drops that make the blood stop, but I was in so much pain ! And not to mention when I finished my nails, the quality was OK but two of my nails ended up breaking one day later I tried to come in immediately to show them, but unfortunately, I work out out of town and could only come back in on the first available day that I was off so I came in to show them. They had me sit down at one of the nail stations and had me sitting there for 30 minutes with nobody even touching my hand to look at what was wrong . I simply got up and walked out because I had waiting so long ! I don't know I really miss the quality of work when I used to come in a couple years back especially from that particular nail tech but now it just seems like they're sponging money out of anyone who walks in there and not even giving the quality of work to keep the clients . I will say in the times that I did have good experiences. I did appreciate the clean environment and complimentary drinks are nice but not enough to keep customers . So this will be my last time there anyways hope this helps someone like me that isn't even from the state that was looking for a good quality nail shop !
