Literally the worst pedicure I've ever had. Called ahead and made appointments, they barely had anyone working. When I made the appointment I asked would we all (3 of us) be done at the same time. They said yes. Not true. I was first. 5 mins in to the pedicure the chair is flooding the floor with a leak. I'm worried I'm going to be electrocuted. They moved me chairs and didn't even clean up the water. On to my toes. The best way to describe the final product is crooked teeth. My big toe on the right is jagged, uneven, and awful. My left big toe is completely diagonal, and wasn't that way to start with. When I tried to talk to the workers they treated me poorly and just kept asking me if I'm going to pay. Unsanitary. She did my friends nails before mine and used all the same tools. She literally rolled her chair over to do my nails. When she used acetone to build my acrylic, she had opened a jar of used acrylic and it smelled terrible. Everywhere else I have gone, they would pour new acrylic every time and throw it away when they are done. She did not. She closed the jar and set it aside for her next client. She did not wash her hands or sanitize any of the tools she had used after doing my friends nails. She had a jar with some sanitizing solution in it and the drill bits sitting in there. She had her fingers digging in there for different bits. When she was done with one, she had thrown the one she used on me back in there. She checked to see if my nails were the same length but did not check to see if my nails beds were filed to the same size. So one hand was bigger than the other and some nails longer than the others. She also did a poor job keeping my cuticles clean as I left with gel stuck to them even though I used a cleaning brush to clean my nails twice. She also forgot to clean under my nail so there is acrylic under my nail and when I told her, she cleaned it but it was not cleaned good as you can still see the acrylic under my nail. She decided to file my nails more last minute on the sides and you can see that she filed it and did not smooth it out. She kept asking me if I liked it and I kept saying mhmmm only because I was already annoyed that she did not sanitize anything and that she obviously did not know what she was doing. I waited over an hour (as a walk in) but was told 30 min. Everyone that arrived after me was also told 30 min so that should've been my first clue that the estimated time was not accurate. The nail tech did an ok job and she was nice. I wasn't unhappy when I left the shop besides the time I spent waiting, but I was a walk in so I couldn't be too upset about that. But the next day ( less than 24hrs) 3 of my nails broke. 1 nail can be an accident, but three at different times during the day with no trauma means a poor job was done. I've never had this happen to me and I've been doing my nails for years. I would not go back here again. read more

I am so over this nail shop. I've been going to this place since January and every time I end up waiting an hour or so and that's with an appointment. The last time before this one it took a total of 4 hours for a pedicure and pink fill with white tips and again I had an appointment. I waited an hour for the pedicure, got the pedicure, waited an hour for my nails and then finally the owner started working on them but she kept stopping to tend to everyone else. My last straw was today. I made an appointment again and there was no one there to do my nails. One of the workers asked for me to wait an hour and I said no!! Came here to get my toes all clean because I do my own nails and just didn't want my back to be in pain from bending for that long. First they charged me extra $15 to take off my dip powder which is hilarious, probably since I didn't get gel so they had me pay almost the same amount to take it off. Second this kid that was doing my pedicure was rushing so fast to get it done. He didn't push back my cuticles, he hardly touched them actually. He "trimmed and filed" my nails back but they r hella sharp and some edges didn't get cut. When it came to the massage it was so fast with no pressure at all. When I got home I saw there was so much work to be done with the cuticles. The funny thing is I specifically said I don't wanna do this at home that's why I was there to get the dip off and cuticles trimmed so I DONT HAVE TO DO IT MYSELF. Welp now I have to do it myself. Thank you for that kid. A week later my husbands toes look better than mine. Yikes. That's some great service yall have. If you want good business, teach your employees the importance of detail and effort. I don't care if it takes longer just get it right the first time so you don't have to do it again. I got fungus on my nail after my last appointment. This nail salon is close to my house so it was convenient but I won't be going back. They recently changed ownership so I thought maybe my experience would be better. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The customer service was much better with the new ownership but the woman who did my nails hurt me multiple times. Instead of cutting my nail she cut my skin and that happened a few times. Then after getting my nails done (dip powder acrylics) my acrylic nail came off the next day. I had to go back into the shop to have it fixed by the owner. She was sweet and helpful but it was such an inconvenience to have to go back. Days later other nails started falling off as if I had press ons. The worst acrylic experience i have ever had. After taking off all of the nails (which was not a long length of time at all) one of my nails had a fungus on it. Now I cannot wear nails or get them polished until it clears up. Awful, horrible experience. Not sure if the dip powder was clean or the nail tools but I'm writing this review to save someone the hassle that I had to experience and currently experiencing. read more

The Nail bar is very clean and spacious. They are also very fast, I was in and out. My nails were done nice and clean 10/10, my eyebrow id rate 5 out of 10 it was too thin. My tech Christine was very nice, she made me feel comfortable and we also had a great conversation. Book her if you're going. My only issue was online it stated the business opened at 10am got there 10:05 and they were not opened. Returned 10:30, still closed. Went to eat and went back at 11 and they finally arrived. I called around 6:30pm to see if they'd be willing to take me, because it was like an hour until closing time and I still had to do a takeoff - they said come on in. I just moved into town and was looking for a new place. I tried out a couple in the area but this one is the BEST so far ! I got 2 full sets for me and a friend and Kay did amazing. I got an Almond and my friend got Coffin shape. Unlike most places she made sure that the shape was even! They also came out clean and flat not bubbly like those "100 coats of nail polish" videos. (was not told it was HOTT water) I sat for 30 min with no type of communication from any of the help. it wasn't until I was walking out that the help finally said a word to me. definitely not worth the 20% off for grand opening.
