Hein is the best, she takes her time and is always welcoming. I wear short nails and she always does a great design and color.

I have been going to Thao's (pronounced Tou) for years at BT Nails, every since moving to Arlington. She is the Nail Guru for me lol. I don't have to worry about her being thorough or remembering to do anything right. Not only is she skilled and great at what she does but her mannerism is very kind and patient. I have visited other salons and it's definitely a noticeable difference. She personally cares about the outcome of your nails unlike some techs that just want to get it done and get paid. When I have to move I will still make my way to her because my job is nearby. That's how good she is! The other ladies at the salon are talented as well but once I tried her there was no need to look any further. read more

Nice little nail place. Hien is a great nail tech and I always leave happy. She is always on time. The pedicures are great too. They don't add $5 for every little service they do like some of the other salons. read more

Going in I honestly had low expectations, because of the area. it's been SOOOOO long since I got a mani-pedi and liked the end result or even the process, I don't think I've ever had one better than I received today!!!! Was nice inside staff was very welcoming T did her thing with my toes and I didn't get the manicurist name but she did amazing as well. They weren't too rough with my hands or feet like I've experienced at pretty much any other place, my nails came out just how I had pictured. I was happy to spend 120 (which isn't bad) on these nails!!! read more

Not satisfied at all. Looks dirty. Bare minimum customer service. I went here for my nails one before and I was being rushed just to pick a color. Tried to give it a second chance with my feet because how can that be hard. I was wrong, Don't waste your time and go to a better quality place with better service. No wonder why the business is slow here read more

Love this nail shop. I am new here to Texas and ladies you know how hard it is to find a new and good nail tech and hair stylist. I went here because its across the street from where I'm living. I only got a manicure my first time. I got the full deluxe with the Orange flavor. Trang did an awesome job. So next time I went back I had her do my pedicure and nails and she is great at nails as well. She is my new nail tech. I love her patience and her thoroughness. When I show up for my appointment I'm never waiting. She does what I ask. I will continue going to her. Thank you trang. read more

I have been going to this nail salon and a loyal customer. This morning, walked in for 1 broken nail repair and I was told it would be 20 minutes. I told them I would just come by later and they gave me an appointment time for 5pm. I arrived and 5pm and they had me waiting for 40 minutes....1 NAIL AND APPOINTMENT MADE...AND WAITING 40 MINUTES...and I finally spoke up and they asked me to come back tomorrow. Had I known this, I would have gone to a different nail salon to fix the 1 nail. Now it's end of day and impossible to find some. I'm NEVER going back...this is DISRESPECTFUL to my time. read more

I walked in. They got me in right away for a basic manicure with gel polish for a reasonable price. I was out in 30 minutes. Everything was perfectly fine and good. Until...here we are one week later and my gel polish is flaking off. The shortest-lasting gel manicure I've ever experienced. I will probably go elsewhere next time, considering there is no shortage of places around here. read more

I have been going here for some years and the nail tech who did my nails was no longer there. I was going to leave but one of the other ladies started doing my nails. I finally got the one and she has been doing my nails the last four times and I have been super please with my results great atmosphere very friendly. read more

I have to say this has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered and I have been going to this nail shop for a very long time. Let me share my experience on what just happened to me on today's date. I went to the nail salon yesterday they were closed due to weather conditions. I came back today after my shift from work around 5:30. Remind you I don't live far from the nail salon when I enter the nail salon I was greeted by one of the employees who asked me, what would I like, I informed the employee I was getting a pedicure and my nails done. She's quickly began to ask me to sit in a chair to soak my nails. The young lady that normally does my nails was with a client which was fine she share with me I have an appointment today which means she can't do my nails. Which I was perfectly fine with then another young lady approached me and asked me to go to her desk for her to take care of me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted I asked her could she do it she states yes, once she completed my nails, I looked at them and I share with her that these nails does not look like what I asked for then I mentioned to the young lady what about my pedicure she said to me oh I didn't know you were getting a pedicure I stated to her, I shared that with the lady that introduced herself to me when I walked in so after that, she began to run my pedicure water, but didn't want to do my pedicure and left. They then hand me off to another older lady, which was new and I have not seen her in the salon before she was a very elderly lady she began to work on my pedicure, which was not a pedicure. I didn't get any of the treatments that I would normally get with a pedicure , once she start working on my French tips, I told her I did not like them. This is not what I normally get. I called out for the manager. The manager came over and said oh do you want me to take them off for you? I said yes please the older lady got upset and said no I fix for you. This is just the first layer . Then the manager said no I would take over after she finished they still were not to my liking, I politely asked her can I come back tomorrow and have a young lady that normally does my nails correct my feet she says your book an appointment so once I begin to walk out and ask her, what is the amount I need to pay she tried to charge me for my nails which were not to my liking in a pedicure that was not a pedicure and was not completed 70 something dollars and when I asked her why are you charging me $70 she said oh for the service for your nails and your toes as stated above my toes are not even finish. I didn't even get a pedicure , she said no I am not charging you $15. Nothing that she share with me made sense I mentioned to her this is unfair treatment, and how disappointment I was, and she still didn't understand where I was coming from as a customer a loyal customer you would think this made sense to make sure that your customers are satisfied and compensated for their your lack of service I mention to her I will pay you $55 for my nails, but I'm not paying anything for my feet which are not complete , she shares with me if I write a complaint don't ever come back, and I wanna share this experience from a African-American women that gives them a hell of a good business watch out because how is it far to me that they rushed my nails and didn't complete my feet and wanted me to pay for a service that's wasnt completed. read more

I came to this place because of the great reviews & would have loved to give them business but they soaked my nails off and went to another customer. Reservation or not this was very unprofessional. They said they would be back but only came back because I was about to leave! Arrived at 9:50 , left at 10:40 . An hour of NOTHING. read more

I went here because of good reviews. I walked in and said I needed a gel manicure. They nodded and I sat down. Fifteen minutes later, they told me I would need to come back because they didn't have time. When I asked why they didn't tell me that when I came in, she just kept repeating that I needed to come back. Yeah, no. I don't mind waiting when I don't have an appointment, but don't leave me waiting and THEN tell me to come back. Be honest. read more

My wife has been coming here for many years for many positive reasons, including outstanding custom-focused service, cleanliness and maintenance, fair price, and courteous, friendly staff. I finally started coming here too, and I can certainly vouch for all the positive things she has been telling me over the years. I had a long-time, split-nail issue corrected here that previous salons and even podiatrists could not correct. The staff here is very experienced, talented and meticulous, and just refreshingly nice. I hate ever having to settle for less than I expect, and at B T Nails I never have to. Bravo, B T Nails! read more

I hadn't been to a nail salon in 2 years due to a bad experience (different salon) that damaged my nails so I vowed to never return to any nail shop, but my mind was changed after I walked into this shop looking for a mani-pedi, they run a $35 deal Mon-Thur. The massage and hot towels were great! I decided to go ahead and get a full set instead of a regular manicure so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for a tech to become available. She did a great job on my nails and didn't hurt me nor make me feel rushed. I will definitely be returning to this place. read more

Terrible service from the male that's in there now! He is very rude and does horrible nails. The owner says nothing to him when you say something about him being rude. And the horrible service that he provides! Tee did state that she would correct my nails but I probably will never go there again and I've been going there for years. read more

Nice ladies. Nice Pedicures. For some reason at this this location my nails never last long. I usually have a nail pop off within a week. Paying almost $40 and they don't last a week is pretty upsetting. read more

This place was quick and convenient when I requested a pedicure. I don't know about y'all but I judge half my experience by the massage and my girl did a great job on both the massage and paint job! Definitely will be returning. Sorry I didn't get her name. read more

I walked in at 9:10am, told them I was in a hurry to get to work (15 min drive) by 10:00am. She still didn't mind that I was taking my time to choose a color even though I was in a hurry. She cleaned up and trimmed my nails and did a full set of the dipping powder polish and was finished by 9:30am. It looked great. They are one of the only salons around that open before 10am too which is a must when I have to work from 10am-7pm. Highly recommend this place! They are open Monday-Wednesday 10am-7pm and Thursday-Sunday from 9am-7pm. read more

I love this place... my favorites is Mrs. Canh. Mrs. Vi...Mrs. Hein...they've serviced me for 8years now

I just went in, and I COMPLETELY understand it's a summertime Saturday afternoon. The lady who greeted me asked if I minded waiting thirty minutes and I told her no problem. As I was choosing my polish, another lady came up and told me to come back later. Really? RUDE! There are a thousand other salons out there who won't kick out customers who don't mind waiting. read more

I was overdue to get these caterpillars I call eyebrows waxed. This place isn't far from my home so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous as hell because we know how hard it can be to find someone who won't leave you looking like you're always surprised. I walked in & was greeted immediately. I told the lady what I needed done and she took me to the area where the waxing is done. She looked at my eyebrows for a minute (told y'all they were a mess), did a little combing & next was the wax. The wax was the perfect temperature. Sometimes it can be a little warm but it was spot on. She did her thing & after, she inspected them. She then proceeded to use tweezers and the little scissors to get any stragglers. After, she rubbed some sort of cream/lotion on to lessen any discomfort. I like that as most places use baby oil and you leave smelling like an infant & shiny as silver. I didn't see a price list anywhere beforehand but no biggie. The total, pre tip, was $8.00! I was definitely ok with that. +Location. +Price +Service= read more

This was my first time visiting BT nails, and this will be the only place I'll be going to from here on out. They we're very professional. The tech that did my pedicure took her time, and made sure my nails were the perfect color pink!!! It was worth every dime. read more

This place was awful, I had a pedicure a week ago and so just wanted to get more of the hard skin removed from the bottom of my feet, I asked them to leave the nails. The girl butchered my cuticles to the point it hurt, they only had a weak pummice stone so it barely dented the hard skin (although granted my feet are tough), the massage was over in a blink, I was in and out within half an hour, and the bill was $25. I felt robbed and did not leave a tip. I would definitely not recommend this place, it was plain awful. read more
