I made an appt with US Pro Nails (eastchase) on May 10thto have the full set acrylic nails done for my bday vacation. I was very pleased with the nails and the nail tech named Theresa. She advised me to have a follow up soon so I returned on June 7th. She wasn't available so they gave me another nail tech ( found out later she was newly out of school) in which I don't have a problem with because I believe in getting hands on training. Just tell people. Geesh!! I showed her my previous nail job and shared how much I loved them, how I wanted the same exact thing on this visit. I also stated that I would like them a little shorter this time. She agreed and started working. Several times, I had to point out errors, like for example; not enough coverage on the sides. She started sharing with me that her solution may have been ( sabotaged) she also stated the solution wasn't mixing with powder therefore it wasn't flowing smoothly enough for her. So I asked her if she wanted to stop and maybe get another solution but she stated no,and continued as she mumbled to herself. After 3 hours she told me to go wash my hands and since I had done this before I knew the next step was for her to put on the final polish. I reviewed with her several things wrong and I asked her to smooth them more because it looked soooo bulky. She did, but it just looked like she could not correct her mistakes so I agreed to stop. Now as I went to wash my hands I passed by the tech named Theresa ( the first technician) and I asked her if it looked right. She looked and kinda gasps, she told me to ask the appointment scheduler to put me on her schedule. I never went back down for the other tech to finish. My nails looked horrible. I went to the scheduler to see when I could get in with Teresa but she was going to be busy for a while and I had already spent 3 hours there and I had another appointment somewhere else so I just asked for the next available slot. Which was Tuesday June 10th after I got off work. I went in Theresa was ready for me and I sat down to finally finish this. The guy named Scott ( the scheduler) came and told me that I would have to pay for a full set, at this point I was like ....sure. She had to remove the old acrylic ( I get that) and then start over. So again, I was ok with paying for the job. Theresa did an amazing job, reflecting, a very skilled professional job. When it was over I went to pay my bill and there lies the problem. On top of charging me for another initial set Scott charged me for the removal of the botched job as well. To me I feel that the business should have competed for the removal and at least a discount for having to start over with a full set instead of it being a follow up. For One, I don't wear nails due to my profession it's prohibited. This was originally for a special occasion and I only came back because Theresa impressed me and every time I looked at them I smiled. Scott proceeded to tell me that if I had wanted a specific technician for specific requests that I should have said something because the other tech had worked on me for three hours and didn't get paid because I didn't pay. But here's how I see it. It's a professional establishment. A Nail Spa,NOT a school. He should have let me know that the tech is in training and let me make a decision accordingly. I didn't know she was new and newly trained because I'm not a regular customer. I don't think it was my fault or responsibility to clarify that I needed a basic acrylic manicure. That was the expectation of my visit. And I didn't want to pay for that botched job because he was still going to charge me full price. What ever happened to great customer service? I'm not happy with the charges and the way he handled me as a new customer so needless to say I won't be returning. I'm hoping that we get some better qualified Nail Salons in the Eastchase area soon because I love a good Spa Day and great customer service. Staff Is Friendly felt rushed towards the end of my pedicure they didn't do all the usual steps. Person perping my hands for mani stood behind the lady doing pedicure. I want to feel relaxed and the process wasn't that. Steps were missed with my manicure as well left my hands super dry because of the alcohol put on my fingers no lotion. Prices Good. But speak up your paying for your service ladies just don't be rude about it. read more

I've been going to this salon but I usually asks for Christy. She is superb! I will give her a 5 if I were writing a review for her. But last Saturday, I found out she went home to Vietnam and they hooked me up with Teresa. I thought she would do a great job because she started chatting with me. I asked for a dip and she just went straight to doing the dip without even cleaning my nails! She did not push and cut my cuticles and did a poor job shaping them! I am so disappointed! I needed a pedicure done & I didn't feel like driving to the other side of town so I decided to stop by US Pro Nails. I was greeted quickly. I informed them of what I needed. I was instructed to pick out a color. (Took about 2-3 minutes) By the time I was done she had my spot ready. I opted for the deluxe pedicure & I am pleased. She was extremely thorough and did an excellent job. She held conversation but wasn't overly chatty. I had a great experience here & I will definitely return. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went and got my nails done at this location February 18th and my nails are already lifted and popping off. When I called management to ask how they could fix this, she said there was nothing that she could do for me and then she then questioned why I was even calling. She admitted that the gel dip manicure is supposed to last for four weeks, but said she couldn't do anything for my nails popping off after a week and three days of having them on. incredibly disrespectful very poor talent on the staff and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you don't wanna waste your money for some mediocre nails that are going to crack in a couple of days, I recommend going somewhere else there's a lot more talent than the sad show they have here. The set itself was over $60 and I tipped her $20. I could've bought a set of acrylic nails from Walmart, and had better and more lasting results. read more

5 star pedicure. I popped in to this salon on December 30th and my little piggies are still perfectly painted! No chips! 2 star brow wax. Maybe it's because I was the last customer of the night. Though I DID call ahead and ask if they could squeeze me in... The esthetician waxing my brows did not pluck the stray hairs! I had to point out a few stragglers to her. I mean, the wax got most of it, but the real reason I paid for a brow wax was so that I didn't have to go home and pluck! I'll be back WELL before closing next time and I might just opt for the pedi. read more

Very nice ladies, took time on my nails and did 3 coats of gel, which I appreciate! The only criticism I would give us that the place is a little outdated and I like to see the technicians use the utensils that come in the sealed sterilized package, which they did not. I came for a pedicure and my toes look great! I was a little let down that the first massage chair didn't work. It would cut on only for a minute and I'd barely feel it. Also I had to ask the nail tech to rub my legs with lotion. I thought pedicures came with it automatically. All she did before me asking her was rub it on the top of my toes. The place was very clean and inviting. Tony did my pedicure and he was awesome. I got the milk and honey pedi it was $40 which is very reasonable. This nails place is in bad neighborhood. You might got robbed at gunpoint here by the bad guys. Inside the salon has flies everywhere and it looks dirty. The pedicures chairs and tables are old and outdated. The staffs work here barely speak English. They do not offer drinks. Avoid!!! Go somewhere nicer, safer, and much better services.
