I have been here twice before. The employees are polite. I generally ask for KC if I get a pedicure. They have several types of pedicures and they can all seem to do different types of art if you bring in a photo. Pedicures range from to $60. Obviously the more expensive ones contain more, such as parafin wax or hot stones. They seem more responsive if you ask about them instead of being narcissistic. My first time here and I am beyond impressed. Impeccable service, nice atmosphere and presentation, plus it's fairly quiet. Definitely worth the visit. Impeccable service: Greeted once I walked in and was waited on within 10 minutes. I was also given something to drink while waiting for my service to start. I was also allowed to choose my service from a menu instead of it being plastered on a wall. Nice atmosphere and presentation: Instead of just bringing all of the needed supplies over by hand, she brought it over on a tray. Yes, presentation matters because it let's me know you care enough about your customers to be sure you're gaining their approval at every turn. Mission accomplished. Very quiet. Some nail salons can get very loud with TVs blaring and other background noise. What TV? Here, there's a peaceful instrumental playing in the background, and the noise is at a minimum. Score again. My actual service is more than I expected. She's using oranges (or are they mandarins? I'm not sure, but it doesn't matter. I still love it.), limes and a mandarin scrub for my exfoliation. This is my third or fourth time coming here and every single time they provide great customer service, they are attentive and care about the customer. Today I got a gel manicure and a rose petal pedicure and everything was top notch. I think the thing I love most is that everyone who works here is great. I've had a different manicurist every time I come and they are always easy going and nice to chat with. Pedicurist are the same; I don't have to request a certain person because I know whoever o get is going to treat me very nicely. I've given this place a try 3 times and they were all bad experiences but this last one i will be sure to never come back and not give any recommendations. Came in for a Gel Mani and pedi. The girl doing my gel I think was her first time ever doing nails. I knew she was doing a horrible job from the beginning when the polish was straight over my cuticles. And any gel expert knows you cant do that! Plus the woman doing my nails continued to cough all over my hands for the entire half hour. After all was said and done my nails looked like a 1st grader had painted them. As I check out I nicely told the manager that my manicure was horrible and she told me she will redo it. I said I am on my lunch break and it already took you over an hour to do my nails. The manager gets in my face grabs my hand and says idk what your talking about your nails are fine. She said you can come back and get them redone thats all I can offer. Sorry lady i live in dallas im not driving that far to get a horrible manicure again. She took off the cost for the gel but told me I needed to pay for the manicure. Fine. but when you are a new business and need to retain clients dont act like that. /18/2018- I walked in at 4:50 and asked for my French tips to be soaked off and for a manicure. The guy looks at my nails and basically tells me that it would be faster to use the tools and do the pop off method. I agree. This guy was so unprofessional. I tell him that it hurts but he just shrugs me off and do the whole hand pat/rub thing. I kept my cool (even though he clipped off all of my real nails) until he literally rips off my REAL NAIL and blood oozes over everything. He then asks if I still want a manicure and of course I tell him no. He pushes back his chair, gets up and walk off without saying a word to me. I sit in my chair for a minute and then proceed to leave. As I was putting my son in the car, he runs out and tells me that I owe him $5. I told him that I didn't mind paying but he has horrible customer service skills and that he walked off without telling me anything. I also told him that I wanted to speak to his manager. She looks at my nails and the blood and said that it was unacceptable..she was really trying to help and even offered to fix my nails herself; however she was still working on another customer. I told her no thanks and that I wanted to leave before I say something vulgar to the guy in front of my son. **Been here several times and received great service from that ladies, but I highly doubt that I will return.** read more

I wrote an EXCELLENT review during the process of my pedicure. However, I'm so bummed to come back and take away a few stars. I loved the massage, oils, hot towels, and attention during the pedicure. Unfortunately, you go get a pedicure for the pedicure. I was distracted by all of the 'extras' that I didn't notice my FEET! Let me explain- it looks like a cheese grader has been run across my toes, sides of my big toe and even the bottom. Now, you may think I just had a lot of callous-- but I didn't, I've maintained timely pedicures. I was working out and my feet felt like they were burning, so I took my shoes off to see the cuts literally bleeding. No sir. Not cool. I read a lot of reviews before coming here but I must have missed the one about getting a pedi from a guy working there. Normally the guys are so good at other places I've been. I mean, there are SO many places to go in the metroplex. So I suppose I'll go to one of 'those'. I won't be back. For a $33 manicure with gel polish...I've had better elsewhere for this price. I was going to get a pedicure too...but something didn't sit right with me when I walked in. I LOVE pedicures and I just wasn't feeling it here. So I just tried a mani. Quite frankly as I look at it I get more mad about it. She put on at least 4 coats of gel polish and I swear I'll wake up tomorrow and it will be crinkled and ruined. As I sat there, looking at the tools around me, I don't believe they are sanitized. The clippers (not used on me) looked rusted. The nail file and buffer were old. Usually there is a massage of some sort when getting even a basic manicure...this was putting some random lotion on my hands (bottle from Ross Dress for Less) very minimally. I did not make a stink about anything. I paid and left. And wrote a review. Maybe I'm snotty when it comes to nail salons. This one isn't for me. read more

Ive been coming to this nail salon since I moved to Arlington in May 2019 and have never had any issues. It just so happen on Super Bowl Sunday (could have nothing to do with it) I come to get a manicure at 515pm and the doors are already locked when they close at 6pm. I called and they said they are already closed because they already have customers and it will take a long time and they close at 6. That is NOT the proper way to do business. You keep your doors open until the time you say you're open and at time of actual closing you close your doors. You don't close doors early so you can get out on time. I thinks that horrible business etiquette and you'll lose a lot of customers doing that. You lost a lot of cool points doing that. So FYI if you want service 45 minutes before they close don't even bother their doors will be locked! read more

I was in today for a fill $35.00 & basic pedi $26.00, I asked for gel polish with my pedicure. When i checked out they quoted my bill at $80.00!!! I asked why, they advised because i had gel polish w/ pedicure, it was add'l $20.00 extra, "For gel polish"!! I was not advised of this overpriced service and any where else i've been charged add'l $5.00. This unfortunately will be my last time at this shop. I felt ripped off and taken advantage. This place is not professional and they do sloppy work. I have been going here on and off and it just keeps getting worse. I went there yesterday to get a pedi and full set done. When I went in I wanted to get a fill done with a different color but I was told no they couldn't do that (which isn't true they could have). Then the lady started to rip the old nails off and was hurting me and ripping off my real nails! Which wouldn't have happened if they did the full like I had asked. Then after they had me soak the old nails off she started to do my nails and I realized that the color she was doing wasn't one color, it was supposed to be one shade of pink but it was coming out darker shades of pink and lighter shades of pink. When I brought that up the owner, My, was very rude and proceeded to talk about me in her language. I knew this because I'm not an idiot and personally I think it's very rude and unprofessional to start talking to other people in a language they don't understand right after saying something to you. The nail tech did a bad job. My nails were not drilled under neath, she cut my skin, and she didn't do a good job and making them look good at all. My mother is a manicurist and has been for over 30 yrs and I also know a thing or two about doing nails. For the money I spend on getting my nails done I expect for them to look great and be good quality. read more

My review is for manicure only but I will not go back despite the rave reviews for the pedicures. I believe in giving new places a shot how else would they build their clientele. That being said this is not the place for repeat business from me. If I hadn't been tired and short on time I would have and should have gone elsewhere. I did do some research before writing this review because I have never before had a dry manicure and now that I know that exist I wouldn't mind getting one again just not from this place. The whole time I was there I noticed someone wiping things down but don't bet fooled by this because the manicurist actions when he finished my hands tells me this place does not follow sanitizing guidelines or even give the impression they do. First he took the tools out of an autoclave bag out of the drawer, did my manicure which at no point did he apply cuticle remover and he is lucky he didn't cut me. He applied the correct coats of gel base, polish and top coats and then said go wash. NO you need to go over my nails with alcohol to remove the stickiness, the manicurist in front of him confirmed this to him, after he did that he put the same tools back in the autoclave bag and put them back in the drawer the same place he took them from.That is nasty and a reason so many people hate nail salons. I will not return because not only are instruments not being sterilized they are not even being rinsed off, sprayed with alcohol nothing just put back in a drawer to use in the next unsuspecting customer. The place is also overpriced offering a 10% discount. Well that was still $2 more than I normally pay. They won't see my face in the place and I would beware if you want a manicure. read more

I was lucky to catch them while services were all 20% off!! I chose the Raw Earth version which was a beautiful combination of real, fresh fruit and natural clay. Nice place but be sure to time your hot stone massage. Chose the tangerine deluxe and was recommended to go with the more expensive option that came with 25 min of massage instead of 18. I agreed since the massage is the biggest reason I get pedicures. This was $10 more. The lady was very good, not too gentle, not too rough. Then she did the paraffin wrap and started the hot stone massage. I had my phone out and glanced at the time since I was paying for 7 extra minutes. She did 8 wonderful minutes of hot stone massage and the stopped (I guess to go put the stones away) then came back a few minutes later and started to massage with her hands. When she stopped massaging and started to put the little things between my toes a total of 16 minutes had elapsed which means only 13-14 minutes had been spent massaging. Not even what the package I had originally wanted was to include. I am not a confrontational person but when I am paying $57 for a pedicure with a 25 minute massage, I expect to get it. I mentioned it to her and the manager came over. The lady then went back to massaging. She then gave me an extra long massage. She was very good as I said and my feet look great. I just want to get what I am paying for. They do have a very cute pedicure area with hello kitty spas where I will take my 6yo daughter to. read more

I have been here multiple times and had multiple people do my sns nails and pedicures. The pedicures aren't cheap, but they are clean and very relaxing! I had one person do my nails with sns and it lasted a full 4 weeks! However, I failed to get the lady's name. Then I had one this week and it didn't seem like she did it right, but she was quite sure she did. 3 days later, I have had two nails chip already. I received a "deluxe" mani/pedi from this nail salon yesterday....It was far from deluxe....it was the MOST TRAUMATIC SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The technician who performed this botched procedure was utterly horrible. He literally RIPPED my cuticles off of my toes and fingers. I'm a tough gal, so I didn't speak up during the pedicure, thinking perhaps my toes were just a little sensitive ....but when he moved to my manicure, and my fingers started to BLEED, I politely asked for him to be more gentle. Despite my request, he continued to dig into my nail beds with force. I question if even had professional training to be doing nails. When I spoke up again....In tears, mind you.....the lead technician came over and finished the job, but claimed that it was likely just because I had "thin cuticles". What was worse....was that they touched/smeared my bleeding nails with un-gloved hands. The shop appeared clean, so I'm not terribly concerned about getting an infection....but it just seemed so unhygienic on their end. You would think that with such an experience the Owner would have come over to allay my negative feelings....but he did not. I will never go here again.
