I've been going to nail salons for over 20 years and I've lived through the evolution of the manicure... from tips to acrylic to shellac to gel to powder dips. I've finally found a salon and technician that I LOVE. MACIE at Posh Nails in Bedford is very gentle and super detailed. My nails are perfect every time: Not too thick. Not too wide. Not sore afterwards. I like a simple, natural look and Macie recommended an Ombré Gel. I have received a ton of compliments. Everyone thinks they are my real nails. Pictures don't do them justice.

    Great dip mani

I went to this nail shop as a recommendation from my sister after my regular nail shop told me they couldn't get me in after I called the day before to let them know what one I would be coming. I got there right at 9 and the door was already opened and I was greeted with a really warm greeting and I told the lady what I needed and she started soaking the dip powder off right away. I told her that I had to be at work by 11 and she called another lady to see how far away she was so she could start on my pedicure. She said she would be there in 5 minutes but not to worry because they would have me out by 10:15. I told her no need to rush.m, as long as I was out by 10:30 I would be fine. Well I got a great dip manicure and a great pedi for a reasonable price...and I was out by 10:25!! Will definitely be returning!

    After it stopped bleeding

I've been here a few times and have generally had good experiences but today the nail tech cut my nails way too short and then cut the already bleeding skin with a nail file. No apology, nothing. I understand people make mistakes but after you make them you make it right and apologize.

This place is great. They have new dip that glows in the dark as well as change colors! Love this place.

My wedding nails done by Macy. Lasted me for over a month and still felt/looked pretty.

Wonderful place to relax and get your nails done or having a girl date with your family and friends. It's a small shop, very decent price but I'm surprised with quality of their services and it's pretty clean. Free drinks like sodas, white wine, red wine and of course water are offered while you're getting their services done. I've been here since they remodeled and I'm loving it. My all time favorite girls are Macy and Nicky! (Make appts ahead since they're pretty booked up). Both technicians are very friendly, gentle and know what they're doing. I would recommend getting gel-nails done since it wouldn't damage your nails as much as getting a full-set or dips. However, I do get them from time to time for special occasions or wanting some trendy shapes for my nails. They do offer gel/shellac on your toe nails as well. Definitely will come back!

    "Mickey"...looks just like him right??

This place was horrible! I am shocked it has 5 stars. The woman who did my nails was extremely rough when she clipped my cuticles and made one of them bleed. She also did my friend's nails and cut two of her cuticles until they bled. I asked for her to do a "Mickey" and a bow on 2 of my nails and the pictures will show you what I got. This was with her looking at a picture in a book they give you to choose nail art from...on top of that, she got paint on my fingers around my nails and didn't clean it up. I really don't know how this lady has a license but it wouldn't surprise me if she didn't. Do NOT go here if you want your nails to look clean and professional. I could have done a better job at home and it would've at least been free.

I was in dire need of a pedicure and did some googling and came across Zuri. I pass by here almost weekly and never noticed it was a nail salon! I read through some reviews and went directly to their website to book an appointment. I am so glad I did because I had an amazing experience. And I don't say that lightly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you walk into a nail salon and feel unwelcome because everyone is so busy and focused on their work. But I truly felt welcome there. I selected "random" on the tech for the pedicure and hit the jackpot! Kayla is phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable with everything she did. She always asked if the water temperature was okay, if what she was doing felt good. And she was incredibly detailed clipping, filing, and polishing each toe nail. I'm not even kidding when I say this is the best basic pedicure and nail polish I've ever had. I love that she listened to me and understood that I don't like my toe nails cut too short or left too long. She got them to the perfect length and made sure to ask if I liked it. I would highly recommend her services! The salon is super clean, trendy, bright, and smells nice. You're offered drinks-non alcoholic & alcoholic beverages were available but I went with a cold water. If you're looking for a nail salon that welcomes new customers, focuses on cleanliness and catering to their customers this is the place for you. I will most definitely be back!

I have mild palmoplantar psoriasis--a non-contagious skin condition and without any flair ups --and instead of making me feel welcomed, the staff made me feel judged the entire time. The pedicure was rushed and barely addressed my calluses/extra skin (which is the entire reason I get pedicures! Is to keep the extra skin I produce off). No callus softener was used, and when I asked for more effort, it was done, but met with an energy as if I was crazy for asking that, again, it's literally the ONLY thing I look forward to and need. The neon yellow polish I chose was applied without a white base, making it look dull and sloppy. Then I was asked if it was ok - which kind of confused me, because shouldn't an experienced nail tech know that a white base is required for neon colors to pop properly? It looked horrible and I had to have her remove it. For my manicure, I asked for dip powder, but the tech convinced me into some "new gel technique" that burned my nails every time she put them under the light and smelled horrible. The result was so bad, it literally oozed onto my skin, and didn't stick to my nails because I couldn't cure the gel due to the burning sensation under the light. Felt like I was placing resin on my nails. When I mentioned the details I was experiencing and in as kind of a manner as I could and that it was ok I could just go to my usual place, I was met with an exchange of words in Vietnamese, which frustrated me even more and semi attitude from some of the staff. I really didn't mean to make anything difficult and I even mentioned paying for what I could and that I'd just happily leave. I finally was able to get up to leave and go straight to my usual salon to have everything redone. To add the cherry on top - I still paid $70 for this service. Beautiful inside and the salon and I really liked the way they displayed the colors they have, that was actually really nice. Their follow-up message basically blamed my skin condition instead of acknowledging their lack of care and professionalism. For anyone with even the slightest skin issue or who expects basic customer service: stay far away. EDIT AFTER REVIEW RESPONSE: Your response only confirms my frustration. Let me be crystal clear: I didn't come to your salon for medical treatment - I came for a basic pedicure and manicure like I've had at countless other salons without issue. What I received was rushed, low-effort service and a lack of care. My feet weren't properly prepped, my calluses weren't addressed, and the neon polish was applied without a base coat - resulting in a dull, sloppy finish. On my hands, I was pressured into a gel service I didn't even want, which burned my nails and smelled awful. I left embarrassed, uncomfortable, and $70 lighter... only to immediately go to my usual salon to have everything redone the right way. Your continued focus on my skin condition as a scapegoat is both dismissive and tone-deaf. This wasn't a health issue. This was a quality and professionalism issue. Own that. Do better.
