They did a great job they also gave me a five dollar off coupon and each tech was very friendly and made sure that I liked my toes and fingers before I left. Definitely will be back! Me (Regan) & my friends (Madison & Leila) went here on Sunday (4/10/22). We called to make an appointment at 4:00pm (we called 2 hours ahead & even showed up 5-10 min early) just to have to wait until 5-5:30pm to get our nails done. Madison wanted a pedicure, I wanted a manicure, & Leila wanted a mani-pedi. They started on my nails first. My nails are not that bad just some of the shapes are a lot thicker than the others & some nails are lumpy. They started on Madison's nails next. They didn't put the nail polish all the way down her toe nails, they stopped at her cuticles & didn't bother to remove/pushback her cuticles. The bath water to soak her feet in was cold and she barely spent time on her (even tho we waited about an hour & 30 min for the lady doing pedicures to rub the feet of the couple that came in a few minutes before us). When Madison went to pay they gave her $3 off her pedicure so she ended up paying $22. Madison gave her $40 & they gave her $7 back. Madison said something and they didn't believe her at first, Madison showed her the money and how she only had $7 & then only gave her back $17. Leila got her nails done last. Leila ended up not getting her pedicure because we had already waited so long & we were ready to leave. Leila asked for white acrylics and was instead given gel. She asked for long nails and when she was cutting them to short Leila said something but she continued to keep cutting them shorter, they gave her clear powder & tried to tell her it was white (it was definitely not white), she asked them not to put on gel (because gel is more expensive than acrylics) & when Leila said something about her nails not being white (because they put on clear powder) they went & got white gel nail polish to put on her nails, her nails were different shapes/sizes, they were lumpy, one nail had a bubble in it, she asked for coffin shaped nails & they are barely shaped. They charged me $45 dollars for my nails & they gave me $5 off (for waiting about an hour & a half) so I ended up paying $40. Leila would have had to pay $50 for her nails but she also got a $5 discount (same reason) & ended up paying $45 for something she didn't want in the first place. The only time any of us will be going back is leila so she can get her nails fixed later today (4/11/22) after that none of us will be returning. read more

I've been going to this place for years and it's been great for the most part. However this new management is not at all good. Th service has gone down in quality but went up in price. I've been going to nail salons for over 20 years and I've lived through the evolution of the manicure... from tips to acrylic to shellac to gel to powder dips. I've finally found a salon and technician that I LOVE. MACIE at Posh Nails in Bedford is very gentle and super detailed. My nails are perfect every time: Not too thick. Not too wide. Not sore afterwards. I like a simple, natural look and Macie recommended an Ombré Gel. I have received a ton of compliments. Everyone thinks they are my real nails. I went to this nail shop as a recommendation from my sister after my regular nail shop told me they couldn't get me in after I called the day before to let them know what one I would be coming. I got there right at 9 and the door was already opened and I was greeted with a really warm greeting and I told the lady what I needed and she started soaking the dip powder off right away. I told her that I had to be at work by 11 and she called another lady to see how far away she was so she could start on my pedicure. She said she would be there in 5 minutes but not to worry because they would have me out by 10:15. I told her no need to rush.m, as long as I was out by 10:30 I would be fine. Well I got a great dip manicure and a great pedi for a reasonable price...and I was out by 10:25!! Will definitely be returning! read more

Wonderful place to relax and get your nails done or having a girl date with your family and friends. It's a small shop, very decent price but I'm surprised with quality of their services and it's pretty clean. Free drinks like sodas, white wine, red wine and of course water are offered while you're getting their services done. I've been here since they remodeled and I'm loving it. My all time favorite girls are Macy and Nicky! (Make appts ahead since they're pretty booked up). Both technicians are very friendly, gentle and know what they're doing. I would recommend getting gel-nails done since it wouldn't damage your nails as much as getting a full-set or dips. However, I do get them from time to time for special occasions or wanting some trendy shapes for my nails. They do offer gel/shellac on your toe nails as well. Definitely will come back! read more

So disappointed! I don't like to pay $40 for nexgen (dipped) nails and not be satisfied. I think I got a new girl because she didn't know how the dipping system works, she tried putting the white base on top and another lady came and filed my nails after the First Lady filed too much already. This place was horrible! I am shocked it has 5 stars. The woman who did my nails was extremely rough when she clipped my cuticles and made one of them bleed. She also did my friend's nails and cut two of her cuticles until they bled. I asked for her to do a "Mickey" and a bow on 2 of my nails and the pictures will show you what I got. This was with her looking at a picture in a book they give you to choose nail art from...on top of that, she got paint on my fingers around my nails and didn't clean it up. I really don't know how this lady has a license but it wouldn't surprise me if she didn't. Do NOT go here if you want your nails to look clean and professional. I could have done a better job at home and it would've at least been free. read more

This nail salon is one of the best I've been to. When you come in, they treat you like family. It has new owners, and beautifully remodeled on May 15th of 2015. It's family owned, and has an extremely laid back and comfortable feel to it. It's really nice and quiet. The owner, Macy, is a very sweet lady, and is quite determined to make sure that no one rushes you here. They always do a great job and I've never been disappointed. Walk ins are welcome. The prices are great, but you can always treat yourself to something special if you're so inclined. Love this place! read more

I never write bad reviews but this was a very horrible experience. Stay away. The final product was average at best. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. What made this horrible was the customer service. I entered as a walk-in and asked for both a pedicure and a gel manicure. They quickly began my pedicure which was going fine aside from the fact that the man doing the pedicure tickled my foot to get my attention (this was a little odd but no big deal). As my pedicure was coming to an end two other ladies walked in they were white and I am not. The staff was much friendlier with them upon greeting them. They were even asked if they'd like something to drink. I was never asked if I'd like something and I had been there quite a while. The place was not busy. It was only me. When the lady came over to do my nails she was being a little rough but no big deal she then asked do u want a fake nail I said yea but a very short one she said ok. She then began to do the manicure. She skipped the fake nail part and began applying the gel top coat. I then said remember I asked for a fake nail. She then sighed and said oh no you didn't ask for that. I said yes I did but I wasn't going to argue I said fine whatever. She then says if u want a fake nail you will have to wait because they have an appointment. It did not seem like they had an appointment to me they were treated like a walk in upon arrival. I asked her just do them on my natural nail because I was very irritated at this point. I am not one to always go straight to "racism" but this is what it felt like to me. In words it doesn't seem that bad but the feeling I had when I left was horrible. I a person of color received sub par service and a white person received exceptional service. I will never be returning and I hope you will also find a different place. Our money is just as green as anyone else's and there are plenty of places that will treat us equally. read more

this used to be my regular spot but i went in today for simple mani and pedi and left with cotton stuck in my nail polish. the lady was so rough that she made me bleed multiple times and they left old nail from my previous color all over my hands. they never offered me a discount or anything so i ended paying 40 for a mani pedi that i hate. very disappointed and will not be coming back. update: went back to get a refund. i was met with two women yelling at me while i tried to speak calmly and calling the police on me and my father because we had requested a refund. they consistently interrupted me and argued anything and everything i was trying to say. i was so frustrated i wanted to cry. the police showed up and told me that what had happened was called "legal theft" and that it happens a lot in situations like this. in the end only when the police showed up did they offer to re do my nails but at that point i never wanted to step foot near those women or the establishment ever again. i wouldn't recommend posh nails to anyone ever again and i urge you not to waste your hard earned money there. i tried to speak calmly and was only returned by being mocked, antagonized, and even told i was taking a child's dinner away from them. the most horrible customer service i have ever received and if i could give negative stars i would. read more

I love Posh Nails! The shop is clean, they are constantly cleaning things up. They have the best pedi's in town, with a great massage and TLC. I am a diabetic, so foot care is important, but care must be taken not to get little nicks. They are so gentle and careful. Macy, the manager is very kind and thoughtful and did such a beautiful job on my nails. I probably drive past 20 shops to get to Posh and it's worth it every time! read more

Not very happy with this place I went bc it was new I had a manicure done by a young man he did a terrible job. Called them today to tell them the polish was coming off had them done on Friday and today is just Monday. Ask for the manager Lee said she was not there I told her the problem she said there is no guarantee in reg polish but 2 days that's just ridiculous. Won't be going back nor recommending them to anyone. read more
