Fantastic place with great choices. We were driving by and the sign caught our eye. Returned later to find a really charming place with numerous choices. It was hard for us to choose but we twisted each other's arm and bought 5 pastries for the road. The election process was unique. Self serve out of protected glass cabinets and coolers. We took a box from the counter and went about selecting items. Started with almond croissant covered with copious amount of nuts, a morning bun filled with Nutella, a croissant chocolate chip cookie, cinnamon swirl roll and finally a maple pecan croissant. Crazy good stuff. Cafe was very upscale. Clean, open and well lighted. First class operation. Highly recommend without any reservations. Great value and unique options. read more

Paris Baguette is okay, but I don't consider it authentic. The facility is pleasant with plenty of "blue and white" seating which gives the restaurant a modern French flair. The pastry offerings are nicely displayed and laid out nicely. The service is pleasant, but slow if you place an order in their app. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be prepared when there were only five Customers (who had already been served!!!) inside. Even if you want your food warmed, it should take just a few minutes. The food is fine, but Paris is known for very buttery pastries. Sadly, got no such flavor. I'll return to Paris Baguette, but hope my future orders are faster and with the famous buttery taste Paris is known for. read more

I wanted to update my review because I feel this location has improved and deserves an updated review based on my experience yesterday . The two ladies working were actually very friendly and helpful....so their customer service seemed to greatly improve. I like that they have coolers for some of the pastries and it was very clean. I am still disappointed with the green tea because it does not taste like any of the other locations BUT they did have the CROOKIE! Yay! Chandler is still my favorite location with amazing staff...but definitely give this location a try if you are in the area... read more

Updating my review because I wanted to give this location another try...service is the same -meaning the workers don't know what they are doing. I tried using the $5 off $20 coupon but the workers said it "isn't working." Sadly I had to call the manager to scan my coupon....which worked! Im not trying to be mean but their customer service is frustrating. The manager was nice but the employees need customer service training. The green tea is YUK. I've been to the Scottsdale and locations and they are YUM! I have to say, I was glad to see they had crookies....they are really good and different. read more

(4.5) I had a really good experience here the other day. I'd recently made an account on their app and received a reward for one free pastry with a purchase. Using the app, I placed my order which was for a salted caramel pretzel latte and salted caramel pretzel croissant. On my way to pick it up, they called me to say they were out of the salted caramel croissant and offered me something else. I decided to choose something when I arrived. It wasn't very busy when I got there around 9am on a weekday. Lots of seating inside and a variety of pastries, cakes and sandwiches. It was also very clean with an area of trays and tongs to pick out what you want. I decided to try one of the "crookies" which was a cross between a croissant and chocolate chip cookie. It was really yummy, I liked the flakiness of the croissant and flavor of the cookie! The latte was also great too, not super sweet. I didn't really get the caramel/pretzel flavor, but still pretty good. Navi was working when I arrived and was very nice and helpful, making sure my latte was made fresh when I arrived. Got so excited because a new Paris Baguette opened up near where I live! Was surprised to see such a spacious and clean layout with plenty of seating compared to their location in Hmart. They offer a selection of specialty cakes and seasonal pastries. I've been indulging in their seasonal pastries and I will be coming back for more. I've been going here often to bring home treats for my family who don't live as close by. I didn't get the name of the cashier who was working at the time but she was amazing! She was very kind, detailed, and offered newly made pastries as some of what I got were crumbled but I didn't mind at all. She also offered brand new boxed cakes but again, I didn't mind. Thank you for such attention to detail and wonderful customer service! I love that they also have savory options and drinks as well. There is something for every taste bud. Unfortunately they don't have many gluten/dairy free options. I ordered: Signature Roll Cake -- 19.99 Cafe Mocha Roll Cake -- 19.99 - Spongy, addicting, and a subtle sweetness this is a family favorite of mine. Korean BBQ Pizzetta -- 5.99 (seasonal) - Savory in all the right places and a hint of sweet, I'd absolutely eat more than one but I needed to control myself. Dubai Chocolate Mochi Donut -- 4.99 (seasonal) - The perfect combination of the mochi chewiness, crunchy kataifi, and sweet chocolate, I love that it's not overly sweet and there's different textures throughout. What a masterpiece. Not a lot of places get the dubai chocolate right but this donut was great. Their individual pastries on average are pricier, but for a place like Paris Baguette it is well worth it. I will definitely be coming back to sit and try some menu items. Thank you! read more

Love Paris Baguette. Went to the one in Scottsdale and a location in California. You are just blown away by all the lovely pastries. They have a type of pastry for every person. Whether you want really sweet, salty or in between their pastries are the best. The coffee cronut had a nice creamy coffee inside, with the flaky crust. 10/10 read more

I am so happy this location is open. The pastries are so delicious. Freshly prepared and the best part... everything is healthy, of great quality, and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly. Service with smiles. There are so many desserts to try. Some consistent and some are different each day. There are sandwiches, cakes, coffee, tea's and so much more. My favorites so far are the red velvet slice of cake and the grilled cheese on sourdough. OMG so good!!! read more

Paris Baguette has become one of my favorite spots to grab a treat. I've tried a wide range of their pastries, and I genuinely enjoy most of them, they do a great job with flavor, texture, and presentation. I do have one small critique: the croissant-style pastries tend to be a bit overcooked in my opinion, which takes away from that soft, buttery flakiness I usually look for. Not a dealbreaker, just something I hope they tweak. On the flip side, there are a few items I absolutely recommend: the chocolate chip cookie, the cheesecake, and the danishes are all consistently delicious and worth coming back for. Great Paris Baguette location, convenient for Phoenix folks. Prices are a smidge higher than the Asiana Market location, but that makes sense as it's a standalone location. Very clean and cute, larger than it seems and plenty of area to sit and enjoy your drink or treats. Tons of options and delicious breads, drinks, sandwiches, and sweet treats! I found most of the pastries to be exceptionally greasy or sugary. There is a big variety of things although they are mostly baked goods. There isn't much like this in the area, so that is good. I had a coupon and that seemed to send shockwaves through the counter staff who didn't know what to do. I know it has just recently opened so I will give it another try in a few months to see if things get worked out. read more

I have been here twice since they opened. The first time I got the churro latte and some pastries. The latte was amazing. I didn't care for the sweet potato bread. They didn't have my fav, which is the sweet potato's pastry. The second time, I got my kids a donuts which they loved. I got some kind of tart which gave egg custard vibes and it was good. I also got a Korean milk coffee (I think that's what it's called). I wasn't impressed. I love this place so I'd come back. I think the issue with the drink was more of a personal preference thing than there actually being an issue with it. I was in a rush so I didn't return it or voice any issue. I love coming here to read so I'll be back to order more stuff! Staff was nice and sweet. Store was clean. I'm glad they built one in the area! read more

I love the coffee croissant donuts! That's my go-to at this place. The new store is pretty nice and clean. The staff are a hit or miss. After I paid and took a bite of a pastry covered in peanut butter (I forgot the exact name), I asked if I could get something else because it was too dry for my taste. I also said, I would understand if they said no. The manager (maybe owner), who was not behind the counter, gave a sign that I could get something else. But the manager that was behind the counter did not seem too friendly about it. He grabbed the pastry and tossed it to the trash. Of course, I know the pastry would have to be trashed. It was the way he did it, as if I did it just for the sake of doing it. That was pretty much the only incidence I had. Other than that, they've been very nice! We love the store in Mesa compared to this one. We feel like the pastries aren't as fresh and the drinks we order don't taste as they should. Which is weird because they take for ever to serve us them. I really hope this location can improve soon or I'll just make the commute to the Mesa location . read more

First time here my friend suggested it so we made a plan to meet at 10 AM this morning I didn't know it was self served so it was a little confusing I got a chocolate croissant and I ordered a iced coffee with caramel and sugar-free vanilla the girl the counter said will bring it to you so we sat down and started talking I realized we didn't have our coffee or my friends hot chocolate I look over and there was a cop sitting there and I said oh is that your hot chocolate I guess they called out a name which we never gave them but never heard them because of echoes in there I asked where my coffee was and they brought it over it had some foamy stuff on the top which I don't care for so I asked for a manager and I told him I think your staff have no clue what's going on and they refunded the coffee I probably wouldn't eat there again I'll just continue to go over to the bagel shop that just opened across the street your customer service is terrible Oh sidenote when we were standing at the counter I guess an employee walked in and was mumbling something and the Manager's like I can't hear what you're saying I can't understand you I really don't think that's something you should do in front of customers very unprofessional read more

Absolutely love Dubai chocolate and the Dubai chocolate mochi donut is delicious!! Love the Nutella pastries and I sometimes love that they have special drinks and pastries for limited time because it keeps the excitement for more. The atmosphere and sight of the place when you first walk in is really cute and welcoming. Lovely place for studying, doing work, or catching up with a friend you haven't seen for a long time. The service is amazing and welcoming and the employees have a welcoming spirit and smile on their face. read more
