The service we received was more than terrible. After being sat down, we waited up around 25-30 minutes to even receive menus and water. This was only after we had actively waived down the waiters for some time. I understand that waiters can be busy, but by the time we had received our menus, two parties that had arrived 10 minutes after us had already been served their appetizers. After another 30 minutes of waiting for our order to be taken, I once again waived down a waiter who shut me down immediately. After seeing that another party that arrived 30 minutes after us had received their appetizers as well, we left. I have been a regular costumer with my family for the past 4 years. Almost every week going there or order from there. Last time we went there with our friends order the food and waited 50 over minutes. Not the waiter nor the manager came To check on us. So we asked to see the manager little we know that the manager accused us of lying about of time of order and tried to defend the waiter not the costumers. Our kids got full eating the appetizers and fell to sleep. It was such a disaster and sad situation. Used to love this place when they first renovated it. I haven't ordered food from them for 5 months and I was disappointed with my experience this time. Not only they increased their prices but also they made their portions so much smaller. The koobideh was not well shaped, it had big chunks. They used to give grilled onions with the grilled tomatoes and bellpepper but no onion this time. And the WORST part is that the raw onion they had was MOLDED!!! I threw away the top (worst) layer with mold they I took a picture of the smaller portion of the mold. What happened to this place??? Beat expectations. The service was exceptional. Waiter's name was Manuel, I think. We started off with the bread dipped in Kashk bademjoon (9/10) which rich and creamy. Roasted eggplant balanced with extra virgin olive oil and a creamy sauce. 2nd appetizer was Tahdig (7/10) crispy rice that is topped with a stew. Textured and layered nicely with crispy rice on the bottom, yellow split peas/beef stew topped with more rice (saffron rice? not sure). 1st entree was Beef Koobideh (9/10) can't really complain about this. Seasoning is on point. Might be a little too salty but the flavors are prominent. 2nd entree was Grilled white fish (7/10) was good, but wouldn't order again. I've been getting takeout a few times from here and have never been disappointed with the food! They have a parking lot and some designated parking for to-go orders. The order usually takes around 15-20 minutes to be ready, depending on how busy they are at the time. In addition, the workers are also nice and friendly. I always order their Beef Koobideh (ground beef) and Soltani Kabob (ground beef and fillet mignon)- they come with rice/veggies and also some bread (no charge). Their Beef Koobideh is so delicious. The texture is tender, not dense or dry, and the meat is more flavorful and tastier than some more well-known middle eastern restaurants. Moreover, the Soltani Kabob with the fillet mignon is also pretty good. However, I would say that their beef koobideh has more flavor in it. If I had to choose between the two, I would choose Beef Koobideh because it has more flavorful, and the texture is just exactly how I like it! In addition, I also LOVE their bread here. The bread is on the thicker side, but the texture is a bit fluffy and not dry. Usually, the bread from other places is either way too thin or dense and flavorless, but not the one from this place. I know the price can be a bit pricey, but the amount of food that you get here makes it WORTH IT. I highly recommend Pardis if you want to try some delicious middle eastern cuisines! read more

Went here for lunch on a Thursday. The best part about this place is their bread. Everything else is a no go. Greek salad was not good. Cucumbers were old, like they had been sliced days ago. Greek salad shouldn't come with thousand island as the dressing... Salad shirazi was also not fresh. Definitely not made to order. Onions they bring with the sabzi had been cut days ago and refrigerated. Tadig was also super old. It seems like they make it ahead of time and then try to re heat it? Food was really, tasty and a good value. We were able to get in and out in a hour which is always a key with young kids. We will definitely be back. Took my girlfriend here for our 1-year anniversary on a Thursday night. Restaurant is small but has a lot of personality. The service was great as our server was constantly coming to check on us and making sure everything was good. The food was also very good.
