    I had a really frustrating experience with the service department. I first called and left a message explaining my concerns and never got a call back. I called again another time and actually spoke to someone, explained everything, and was told a service manager would call me. That also never happened. I then made an appointment online and clearly noted that I wanted a call back before coming in because I needed to understand whether this would be covered under warranty. No one contacted me. When I finally showed up for the appointment, I was told it would be $270 just for them to look at the car. When I said I didn't want to move forward unless it was under warranty, the interaction immediately felt cold and unhelpful. The lady that was helping me ,Annie, called over another lady Vivian, and both were not helpful. I was told I could ask the parts department instead. When we went over there, they scoffed and basically just looked the part up online. This whole situation could have been avoided with one simple phone call. The lack of communication and the way this was handled was really disappointing. I expected much better customer service from a dealership.

    Very disappointing service experience. They offered services that I did not request, did not have proper equipment for testing, and kept adding services to perform further diagnostics. I brought my vehicle to the service center on September 8th to fix the rear driver-side door (which would not open) and the brake light. After handing my car to the service center, I spoke with an advisor. Immediately after I explained the symptoms, the advisor told me I needed an alignment service. (At that moment, my car had not even been placed on the lift.) He claimed that the need for alignment was "visible" just by looking at the car. I agreed to the service, and then he said there would be diagnostic fees ($500) for each of the issues (door and brake light). He explained that if the extended warranty covered the repairs, the fees would be waived and refunded. After I returned home, I received a message and a call regarding their tests. They told me there was a battery issue and that the engine oil was low due to an oil leak (even though I had an oil change at another shop about a month ago). The advisor then said that in order to do further testing on the door, they needed to replace the battery, which would cost $430. They also recommended an oil change for $185 and an engine flush for $379, bringing the total (including alignment) to $1,183. I thought the battery replacement cost was too high, so I asked if they had a test battery or other equipment to continue the diagnostics without replacing it. He told me they had no other option and could not perform further diagnostics if the battery was not replaced. He also claimed that the door might not open because there was not enough voltage being supplied. I then brought my car to the independent auto shop I usually go to and asked them to check the issues. The next day, they confirmed that the battery was fine, providing sufficient electricity, and that there were no oil leaks. When I went back to the service center and shared what the auto shop had found, they said the results might differ because they are a dealer service center and must follow their policies. At that point, I lost trust in the service center and asked for a refund since the diagnostics were not fully completed. They refused at first, but I eventually managed to get $250 refunded after pushing the issue. However, that refund transaction has still not been completed. I ended up paying $267 for nothing.
