I made an appointment and they had an opening right when I got there (a lot of other places will schedule appointments but Paradise actually honors the appointment time). I got a full set with chrome and have gotten so many compliments. I like that they have a slideshow rolling on the screens to show all of the cool things they've done. i came to paradise nails today and i absolutely hate my nails. i asked the guys doing them to go shorter a couple of times and he got upset and said they are good how they are then i asked if he could paint a flower on my ring finger and he said yes. i was talking to my little sister not paying attention and looked down and my middle finger has a sticker that was not the color i asked for nor what i asked for in the first place. i got them done for prom that is in a couple of days and now i'm screwed because they don't match my dress and look awful. i am super shy and felt super mean telling him i hated them so i just let it go but my mom is super disappointed i paid for them and so am i about now read more

My sister Nawel wrote a review for me after I was so upset about our service at this nail salon. Paradise wrote back with inaccurate information. I was part of the family of five. I called personally and made the appointment. The person I spoke with said they were busy at 2:30pm and could only take 2 people from my group and then at 3:00pm they would be able to take the rest of my party. This event was suppose to be a nice girls day out to celebrate my sister coming to town and my best friend's ( basically sister) new engagement. Me and my friend came in at 2:30pm, when I noticed it was pretty empty I texted the rest of my family to come in sooner which is why some came at 2:40pm and then the rest at 2:50pm, which is technically early. I asked for my nails to be french with red for Christmas. I have never done dipped nails so when the nail technician was doing my nails I thought when she had been covering them partially that later she would be cleaning them up. I didn't want to make a fuss and repeat what I asked for since I figured it would be ok if the whole nail was painted. When she finished my nails looked so bad I seriously wanted to cry. I didn't ask for my $40 back, I paid and was polite despite the fact that my nails looked really terrible and made my nails look short and stubby. I will attach a picture for proof. Before my grandma came in I spoke with the nail technician to inform them of my grandma's Parkinson's disease and requested that they give her extra special care since there has only been one salon that has done a good job with her. She asked for a flower and was completely fine to pay more for it. We would never expect a service for free. We get our nails done often and know there is always an additional cost but they did not fulfill her wishes. To say that you have to layout everything you want before going in is a little absurd. Normally you make you an appointment for a manicure and then during the service the technician will ask if you want a flower, normally we don't even have to ask. To me it seems like this place could care less for our business. My dipped nails was $40. I brought in five people which is good for business. During our stay they had multiple people come in saying there booked at the same time we were. They told other people that they got their time wrong. To me it seems like they are unorganized and blame their customers. All we wanted was a recognition that they gave poor service and an apology for it. I work in customer service and I take care of complaints all day, this is no way to treat an upset customer. I love my job because I like to turn around a situation for someone else. Business' make mistakes, the holidays get busy and that is ok. All I want is a simple apology no excuses, nothing free, just recognize you made a mistake. I have never posted a negative review but I didn't want this to happen to someone else when there are so many good nail salons out there. I think I will stick with Juicy Nails since they are truly great with my grandmother and have the space and ability to handle big groups. This place was small and unorganized and did not seem very clean. They do not care to give quality work and take care of their customers. Today was the only day I could get my nails done since I had a photo shoot on Wednesday, and tomorrow being 4th of July everything will be closed. I requested an appointment through Yelp at 11pm on a Saturday, and I was surprised that Jimmy got back to me almost immediately. He said he didn't have the books in front of him and would get back to Monday when they open. I ended up getting an 11:30am appointment. Got a gel pedicure with French , acrylic full set with white tips & coffin shape, and eyebrow wax. (They do so many other cool things like chrome, and ombré nails so if you are looking for a shop experienced in designs, shapes, and nail effects this is the best place to go) I was extremely satisfied with my nails and their customer service. They offer everyone water and today they were giving out free toe rings. Super cute! When I got my eyebrows waxed the lady even massaged my face for a few minutes.
