I took a bit of time off from getting my nails done, recently started them back up. I loved how they turned out when I got them done last year. when I went back I got NAIL FUNGUS! I got a new full set and after a week they looked disgusting, I went back in to get another new set/ get an opinion on what happened to them. I wish I remembered the guys name, but he was incredibly rude, called me unhygienic and blamed the fungus on me, he got nail clippers and ripped the acrylic off my nails and tore layers of my natural nails off. it was awfully painful and I was so upset that they didn't even properly remove the acrylic. I then went to another place to get a second opinion which they informed me it was due to poor application, sterilization and education of Paradise Nails that lead to the nail fungus. I will never come back here ever again. they are unprofessional and don't even want to fix their own mistakes just point the finger on their paying customers. read more

This was my first time going to Paradise and I will never be going back. I made an appointment to get gel nails done and when I walked in it was obvious that they had overbooked. Sam did my nails and he was very rude and constantly got up in the middle of the service to do other things. One of the times he got up, he left lotion on both of my arms and it dropped down on the table. When he got back he started rubbing it in and picked up the lotion that fell on the table and rubbed it into my arm. On top of all of that, he didn't put top coat on my thumb and pinky nail and by the time I noticed he had already moved on to someone else and wouldn't fix it. Terrible service and unsanitary stations. Will be reporting to the Cosmetology Board of Utah. read more

There are very few places that do SNS nails or "dip nails" but if you are interested, this is the place! I travel from Salt Lake City (which is about 45mins to an hour away). But that's how worth it I think it is. read more

I wouldn't recommend going to this place, you do not get what you pay for here. They do not sterilize any of their tools so everything is super dirty and not sanitary. I asked for a manicure but got only a color change and they tried to charge me for a full manicure. I got a pedicure as well and for both of them, none of the tools were clean, you could tell they had been used on several clients without being cleaned, nor did they use gloves. read more

I found paradise nails because I was looking for a place that had friendlier service at good prices. Also was not living that my gel nails looked grown out after a couple of days from my old place. I don't usually put negative reviews but my experience here is such a joke. We booked an appointment and when we arrived we immediately felt like we were inconveniencing them with our business. I requested to have my acrylics removed and replaced with gel nails, the nail tech seemed annoyed that he would have to do this additional step, so I caved out of guilt and asked for a fill instead (which he drilled so hard onto my natural nail that my nails are actually sore from the heat and pressure he was applying) No cuticles were cut or even just a simple lotion so my hands weren't dry, and they promised to have a color that they didn't have. My grandmother came in with me and they rushed her and they ignored her request to upgrade her services by giving her a flower, they told her yes and then didn't deliver and advised her that the service was done. Meanwhile my sister requested a French tip, her nails were anything but that, and our other sister was asked to sit at the pedicure bowl feet submerged for at least 20 minutes before anyone helped her. Overall they seemed to only care about how many more people they could take on, even if that meant sacrificing quality. The quote "under promise, over deliver" definitely does not apply h Honestly I've paid a lot less in the past for ALOT more. Look elsewhere If you actually want quality service. read more
