It's a big job to live through, and they made it far easier than I expected. The quality of the work is excellent. The finishes are clean, the details are right, and the whole house feels transformed. The project took about three months, and they stayed on schedule the whole way, which says a lot for a job this size. What stood out most was how committed they were. A window I'd supplied myself arrived broken. That wasn't their problem to solve, but they took it on anyway, tracked down a replacement, and got it out fast so the project wouldn't stall. I paid them back for the window, but they did all the legwork, and that saved me a lot of time and stress. Communication was great from start to finish. I always knew what was happening and what was coming next. The crews also cleaned up after themselves every single day, which matters a lot when you're living in the house during a remodel. I'd recommend them to anyone planning a remodel, big or small.

Coordinator Jay was a gem. She worked to keep everything going on time. The team worked efficiently to get the work done. Now the Bad: I did not know I had to buy everything from windows to doors to sinks to vanities. That is at least 10% of the contract value. Finally the Ugly: I did not know I have to find separate contractors for awnings, solar panels and the driveway. I think that is too much for a person who is not working in the construction business to negotiate all those subcontracts.

This is an overdue review, but i wanted to wait at least 6 months to write out a full review!…read more It was my first time renovating anything. I wanted to redo the inside of my entire house (yes, EVERY inch) and didn't know who to work with. I was given quotes that were 3-4x my budget and had a contractor pull out of the project 2 weeks before my scheduled demolition. I got super discouraged until i found Frame Build & Design. They were able to work with what I had and made my experience very enjoyable. They provided me a rendering of what the inside of my house would theoretically look like, and I can confidently say that it looks pretty darn close to the pictures! I'm so pleased with how all my cabinets & fixtures turned out. I appreciate Idan for answering all my questions and dealing with my complaints. He was patient with me and would send a guy over to fix or add things that I wanted (like outlets on the ceiling for my speakers, patching holes, etc). He went above and beyond to get permits for renovating, be there for city inspections, and keeping me posted on progress. I will say however that if you are planning to hire this team, you will need to be hands on. This means being involved in EVERY decision! I had to pick out all my materials on my own to match the rendering provided in the beginning. FB&D provided some locations I could check out, but it required a lot of research on my end. It felt overwhelming as a first time home owner, but this is pretty normal from what I understand. FB&D had an interior designer on this project and she was a HUGE help in decision making. There's no perfect contractor. Yes there were some communication issues and yes there were some imperfections. Yes it took 2x my timeline. What renovation doesn't? But ultimately the FB&D team were very accommodating with my feedback and gave me my DREAM home. And I can say 7 months into living here, everything is still holding up great and nothing has broken! I highly recommend hiring them for your next project! They did a great job. I ultimately went over budget but that's totally expected (and totally on me)! Thank you Frame Build & Design!

He took care of all the back and forth so that my focus could be on other aspects of the project. I had walls knocked down, a window put in, and new walls built. I added some aesthetic upgrades, which he took care of quickly. Daniel always responded quickly anytime I reached out to him. I was never stressed about the project, and he made sure to stop by regularly to look at the work that was done. He even noticed things that I hadn't and made sure the crew came back to correct them. A huge part of that was working with James. From day one, he was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and patient. He took the time to explain every step of the project, answer our many questions, and make sure we understood exactly what to expect. His planning and communication were exceptional, and he consistently followed through on the dates and times he promised. What impressed us most was how involved he remained throughout the entire project. James was continually on-site checking the quality of the work, making sure everything was done correctly, and proactively addressing anything that came up. Even on his days off, he would call or stop by just to reassure us or explain something we were unsure about. That level of care and availability is incredibly rare. One thing that really demonstrated Seamless Construction's commitment to customer service happened after the project was completed. We noticed that some of the turf edges weren't holding down as securely as they should because the original nails weren't sufficient. As soon as we reached out, James responded immediately. He returned with his foreman, reinforced the edges, and resolved the issue quickly and without hesitation. It's easy for a company to provide good service while a project is underway, but it's the way they respond after they've been paid that truly speaks to their integrity. Seamless Construction absolutely delivered. If you're looking for a contractor who communicates well, pays attention to the details, stands behind their work, and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Seamless Construction--and especially James.
