Our condo looks dazzling! Orange Home Builders delivered impressive results with impeccable craftsmanship! We now have a fully remodeled condo and can't wait to entertain in our brand-new kitchen and dining room. Haim was at the helm as the consistent Project Manager and was able to execute a major project within a short amount of time. The turnaround time was remarkable, and we were able to trust him and his team to do the job with care and precision. They got all the permits that were required. A shout out to German, Gary, Edwin, Victor who worked tirelessly for six weeks! Shawn also did an amazing job with the cabinet renderings within minutes and installation shortly thereafter! Maya, the interior designer, had some great leads on material choices and vendors to check out. We look forward to continuing to work with Orange Home Builders in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make their dream home a reality! read more

4.3/5 stars. After reaching out to numerous contracting companies and comparing quotes and services, we chose Orange Home Builders since the price was reasonable and based on the reviews/online photos. Overall had a positive experience. The best part about Orange Home Builders is the quick communication, constant updates about the project, and the design assistance. My fiance and I were wanting to remodel the guest bathroom for years, but didn't feel comfortable with selecting our own materials. Orange Home Builders has design services with 3D rendering that helps bring your project to life. The final look of the project did match what we were expecting so that's great. The design process was pretty smooth, although I expected a little more expertise in terms of selecting materials from reputable companies. I appreciated getting a clean list of materials that we needed to buy - this helped so much to keep everything organize. However, the backsplash and side splash weren't on the list, so we had to order it later, which delayed the project. Most of the remodeling process was smooth. The workers tried their best to keep it clean and to keep the dust contained. One issue was that they told us in order to prevent the gap in the wall between the vanity and the wall, we would need to remove this section between the wall/door for an additional cost (a piece of wood could not be wedged in the gap), but when they did that, there was still a gap between the vanity and the wall. When we expressed our concerns, they were able to fill the gap but I'm not sure if removing the section between the wall/door was necessary. After the project was done, we inspected everything, and the towel bar and mirror were loose, but they came out to fix everything to satisfaction. Years later we reached out to the team regarding water leaking (there is a gap under the shower frame door so you need to shower a certain way to avoid water spilling out), and they brought out someone to fix it quickly. They comped this repair to demonstrate their dedication to customer service. Overall, this remodeling experience is way better than others due to the design services, accessibility, and quick communication from the team. read more

This was the first project we've ever done on our house, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We found the company on Yelp and the whole process was straightforward and easy to understand from start to finish. Our project manager, Nico, was excellent--he was always clear in his communication and genuinely cared about us throughout every step of the project. The quality of the work is outstanding, and we're especially happy with the finish product. Highly recommend! read more

Haim and his team are a dream come true if you are looking for reliable contractors. We've been meaning to do a kitchen remodel for a while and met with a few folks who either were not very responsive or gave us the runaround. Haim and his team were very responsive right off the bat and came in at fair market value. They were polite, professional, meticulous and extremely organized. All timelines were met, minor issues that arose were clearly communicated and resolved very quickly. We had a tight timeline of a few weeks and Haim had no issues meeting our deadlines. Above all, Haim was incredibly honest to work with. We trusted him and his team based on how transparent he was and he delivered. We are beyond satisfied with the outcome. Special thanks to Maya as well who very calmly and positively helped bring our little vision of a new kitchen to life. We will 100% be returning to them for future work and referring them to friends and family. read more

The orange home builders team led by project manager Haim recently did the exterior renovation on our house consisting of new roofed patio cover, new concrete, tile and fencing in our front and back yards, new turf in our back yard, stucco repair, and outdoor lighting installation. It was a big project that was intimidating to us in its scope, but the OHB team was very methodical, organized, detail oriented, professional, and on top of things (including city permits and inspections) so we didn't have to do much or worry about anything. We experienced some issues with our HOA during the project needing us to change some of our plans, but the team gracefully worked with us and were unfazed. When other minor issues came up, we felt they approached things fairly, always took care of anything not to our liking. Our project manager Haim was easy to text/call and did weekly walk throughs to keep us informed and to get our feedback at every step. Their site manager Gerry and his partner Diego had a painstaking attention to detail, to the level of perfectionism. The end result was better than we could have imagined. Everything is not only beautiful and well constructed (neighbors have even stopped by to tell us how beautiful our house looks) but also super functional for us as a family with small children who spend a lot of time outside. Before we started this project we were wary about hiring the wrong contractor who might do shoddy work, cut corners, or overcharge but now that we have found orange home builders, we're confident that we can and will work with them again for other home renovation projects. read more

What a great experience! Our kitchen was 60+ years old, cabinets falling apart, and cramped. Haim and his team at Orange Home Builders helped us realize our long standing dream of opening up the space and adding an island. We set a budget and they stayed within while accommodating revisions. There was only one unavoidable additional charge as they found a dangerous issue that our vent was only accessing the attic and not going out through the roof (from a previous roof replacement). Additional cost was understandable and they did a great job fixing this issue and still staying on track. We were quoted 4-6 weeks and ended at 6 weeks including a large change order we initiated and asbestos abatement. We will definitely call Haim, David, Rosie and all if we ever have any concerns or have additional needs! Special recognition to William the counter fabricator and his dad who convinced him he could keep the granite wall and backsplash in one piece, it's gorgeous! read more

Everything went well except that the city was slow to do their inspections, which slowed us down a bit. Otherwise. I was truly impressed with the teamwork and attention to detail. I especially liked that I was kept informed both with words and pictures of the progress, and since I don't reside in the area, it was wonderful being kept up to date. We had Orange Home Builders (and Haim our project manager) remodel all three of our bathrooms, and they came out absolutely stunning! Everything turned out even better than we imagined -- we honestly wouldn't change a thing. The team was easy to work with, super professional, and paid attention to every little detail. My wife and I were looking for a contractor to help rebuild our bathroom and bedroom after water damage from a neighboring unit. Orange Home Builders was one group that came very highly recommended from my research, and from the very beginning they were prompt, professional, and attentive. Within a few days of my initial call, they had scheduled a walk-through with one of their project managers after first taking time to understand our situation over the phone. We met with Avishay, who immediately inspired confidence. He was honest about the scope and cost of the work, yet incredibly reassuring and empathetic throughout. Avishay took the time to offer helpful advice and treated us with genuine kindness, which we truly appreciated during a very stressful time. Although we ultimately couldn't proceed with Orange Home Builders due to budget constraints imposed by our insurance, Avishay remained warm and professional--even offering to be a resource if we had questions or needed a second opinion during the rebuild with our selected contractor. I would not hesitate to reach out to Avishay and Orange Home Builders again for future projects, and I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with them if you're considering a remodel. Their integrity, responsiveness, and human touch truly set them apart. read more

We had a great experience working with Haim and Maya from Orange Home Builders. From the beginning, their communication was outstanding--responsive and clear. They attentively listened to our ideas and concerns, and they explained every step of the process in great detail, ensuring we felt confident in our decisions. Unlike other contractors, they were never condescending, and they did not pressure us to make a decision. Their quote for the renovation and addition for our house in Irvine was competitive with other quotes we received, but we felt much more comfortable with the Orange Home Builders team. We have not begun construction yet, but we're confident in their high-quality design and attention to detail. read more

We just completed a full 2.5 bathroom remodel and had such a great experience trusting Orange Home Builders with the job. Haim and his team (Diego and German) were amazing from the first meeting and always showed up on time and were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. They have an in-house designer that made visualizing our changes so simple and they were even quicker finishing the work than the timeline they shared (a pleasant surprise in this day and age). Everything budget/price wise was communicated up front and was the same as the final amount. Our bathrooms have turned out so amazing and my family and I can't be happier.
