We recently completed a major backyard renovation with Seamless Construction, and we couldn't be happier with both the finished product and the experience from start to finish. A huge part of that was working with James. From day one, he was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and patient. He took the time to explain every step of the project, answer our many questions, and make sure we understood exactly what to expect. His planning and communication were exceptional, and he consistently followed through on the dates and times he promised. What impressed us most was how involved he remained throughout the entire project. James was continually on-site checking the quality of the work, making sure everything was done correctly, and proactively addressing anything that came up. Even on his days off, he would call or stop by just to reassure us or explain something we were unsure about. That level of care and availability is incredibly rare. One thing that really demonstrated Seamless Construction's commitment to customer service happened after the project was completed. We noticed that some of the turf edges weren't holding down as securely as they should because the original nails weren't sufficient. As soon as we reached out, James responded immediately. He returned with his foreman, reinforced the edges, and resolved the issue quickly and without hesitation. It's easy for a company to provide good service while a project is underway, but it's the way they respond after they've been paid that truly speaks to their integrity. Seamless Construction absolutely delivered. If you're looking for a contractor who communicates well, pays attention to the details, stands behind their work, and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Seamless Construction--and especially James. We've included photos of our finished project and one of before because we're so happy with how it turned out. Thank you, James and the entire Seamless Construction team, for making what could have been a stressful project such a positive experience! read more

Seamless Construction - General Contractors Near Me - Newport Beach, California

Kitchen remodels are not for the faint of heart, but after meeting with multiple contractors--some revealing they were unlicensed when asked and others unable to fully deliver what we wanted within our budget--we found Seamless. From the very first meeting, James immediately understood our vision, openly discussed potential challenges, and offered thoughtful ideas to elevate the final design. He transformed our outdated kitchen and fireplace and replaced all the flooring on our main level, creating a space that truly works for our large family and is cohesive with design decisions we had made for our home. The final result exceeded our expectations, and just as importantly, the entire experience was top‑notch. The project was completed in just over four weeks--including a full kitchen gut and complex plumbing relocation in a post‑tension slab foundation--when nearly every other contractor told us to expect eight weeks. James stopped by daily to check in, share progress, and walk us through next steps, so we always knew exactly what was happening. We never once felt out of the loop. We are already looking forward to working with James and the Seamless team again on future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel. read more

When we decided to repair and renovate our pool and spa, Seamless Construction was the first advertisement we found in one of those local remodel magazines. They were also the first contractors that responded to my inquiry as well as be the first to come look at our backyard. James managed our project and was very responsive, professional, transparent and came by daily to check on things. His crew were respectful, skilled and meticulous. As a result, they were able to revive our 20 year old pool and it looks amazing. We're impressed with the quality of work and the speed in which it was completed. Thank you for your amazing professionalism. Our backyard looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks James!

Amazing work! I can't say more good things about James and his team! I wanted to do new floors, bathrooms, and kitchen and didn't want to deal with unlicensed workers who do sloppy work. James gave me a very reasonable price and compared to the finished work I am more than satisfied. He finished on time and every thing he promised he delivered! I scheduled him for my backyard renovation next month and cannot wait! I have referred him to my neighbor who is now doing her kitchen with him and she is very happy for my referral. I will continue to refer him every chance I get because it's very hard to come across quality and great price. Thank you Seamless!! read more

Seamless Construction - Basic patio poor with brushed finish. - General Contractors Near Me - Newport Beach, California

These guys did a very large job for us putting in 1400 SQ feet of pavers and demoing the area. The crew worked quickly and professionally. They got the job done early and on budget. The only negative was there were a few things that were a bit rough around edges. This slight lack of polish should not be a major issue as they were quick to remedy anything that needed addressing. Even after the project technically was done they were very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend Seamless to 95% of people. I would only caution people who are looking for an immaculate finished product. If you are looking for a solid job done quickly and respectfully I highly recommend Seamless. read more

We met many contractors until SEAMLESS came through. We needed direction in the process and James recommended to start with a 3D Design; they were able to deliver a design in less than 10 days. We hired them to install pavers, artificial turf and build an outdoor kitchen in our backyard. They listen to their clients' needs and don't try to up-charge or over-sell, unlike many contractors we've met. We are very pleased with the entire process; they were efficient, polite and considerable. They went above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met. I will be calling James and his crew to do our driveway next. read more

James and the Seamless Construction crew were wonderful. I called James due to a prior job completed by him. His work was wonderful the first time, so I wanted to see how it would go with his own business. I needed my pool skimmer and piping replaced, as well as the mastic around the pool redone. James came out and gave a quote immediately, then began work within a few days. The task was completed in 2 days! They worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. The crew also came back to clean up and leave the pool area neat. James communicated well throughout the whole process and made sure I understood exactly what they were going to do. Highly recommended! We met with James from Seamless Construction and he was the second person we met with. Our project was a full backyard remodel including pavers, artificial turf, and an outdoor kitchen. We went with larger pavers and a pet friendly artificial turf. We were very hesistant to go with artificial turf because we always had a problem with gophers. After mentioning that to James, he installed a wire mesh under the turf with no extra charge! The job has been completed for more than 3 months now, and there has been no trace of gophers!! I would highly recommend Seamless Construction because they are honest, reliable, and attentive to their client's needs. Very well done, thank you! read more

George and his team at Seamless Construction exceeded any and all expectations I had for my outdoor landscaping renovation project. Their expertise in structural engineering as well as their experience working with different materials and on a variety of projects made me feel safe choosing them. They listened to my vision and were patient and accommodating when I had new ideas as the project progressed. George was onsite nearly everyday to ensure the project timeline and work was being executed according to plan; he communicated with me each morning to update me on the daily plan and what to expect (which was so helpful considering I work from home). His team was extremely professional, respectful and competent...I truly felt like I could sit back and trust that the project was moving along to plan. The end result of our vision really came to life and is even better than I could have envisioned. The care, attention to detail and precision really shows and I feel like the landscape remodel has such integrity.
