The service I requested was to clean up the Astro turf outside my work. It had been maybe 8 years since installation and no one has gotten it cleaned. Christine worked with me via Text to get me set up. Because we're a Retail business my request was a very early morning start and they obliged and came on time. They really did a great job and I am so appreciative of them working with me and the timing I requested. After I gave my address, Christine used google maps to determine how big the Astro turf patches were and gave me a quote. When the service member came for the cleaning they remeasured and readjusted the price. Will definitely be back for service again. Thank you for making this so easy for me! read more

Amazing smell is gone and we had a really bad order with the high heat and also have never had it professionally cleaned . Would definitely recommend. Good price also where as I got some pretty high quotes just to clean my turf (750). Highly recommend them read more

Turfresh is amazing and they get a 5 star review from us. Luis was very professional. He is definitely an asset to the company. He is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's doing. And added plus is that he's kind and caring. We have three dogs and after 10 years our grass had a pretty bad odor. Now our grass looks brand new, and smells great. Thank you Luis we're doing such a amazing job. He worked very hard and it took him three hours. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect before he left. He would definitely be calling him back again. read more

My artificial turf had previously been cleaned (unsuccessfully) by a different company. It still smelled bad after they finished the work. I was so pleased to find TurFresh. Since I had an event scheduled at my house two days after I contacted TurFresh, they were able to fit me into their schedule on very short notice. They did an excellent job of cleaning/deoderizing the area. The technician was prompt, professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again. read more

I'm going to tell you why these guys are absolutely awesome #1. They responded faster than anyone to the inquiry. #2 the specialize in turf/putting greens (steam cleaners don't) #3 an entire team engaged with me (owner, foreman, crew) and did so professionally, courteously, but also empathy - might as well have been talking to my buddies #4 details - they left nothing I didn't want they cleaned it immaculately, the billing and interactions were seamless. Absolutely fantastic job and appreciate all of the above. read more

"Reblooming" didn't "rejuvenate my artificial grass to resemble its original new expeirence", but the company has some excellent staff and the owner tried to make things right. The staff (e.g., scheduler and technician) were both very pleasant and professional, but the website's disclaimer that "the blades may not return entirely to their upright position" should emphasized the "not" and remove the "entirely". The claim that "an artificial grass system can be rejuvenated to a state that closely resembles its original, new appearance" certainly didn't apply to our 4-year old turf (Southwestern Sod Sport). The well-organized company seems to suggest that the "TurfClean" service works for cleaning and improving the scent of from pets, but TurfBloom's claims that "it brings lushness back to your lawn" depends upon the turf. The company. The staff kindly tried to address my concerns and the owner was eventually responsive and tried his best to make things right. read more

PLEASE IGNORE former negative review! TurFresh had a glitch beyond their control; soon as it was corrected their follow-up was prompt, thorough and professional (both the owner and a schedule coordinator called me). I have contracted them to service my lawn in early June! read more

We recently cut down and grinded out the stump of 3 of our trees in the backyard so our turf was a mess!! We have a dog but there was no foul odor we were trying to get rid. Found this company because they specialize in cleaning artificial turf..they don't focus on installation like other companies do. They responded instantly after inquiring about a quote. It was cool, they were able to pull up my property on google and give me a rough estimate based on the google maps! They were able to schedule me within a few days, but we were unavailable and had them come a week later. Leading up to our appointment, I got text and email reminders about our appointment which was great because with the kids going back to school I had quite a bit on my plate. The technician arrived on time which was great! They say to give 1-2 hour window, so I'm glad he showed up on time. He remeasured our property to give us a more accurate quote. After a few hours, the guy was done! Our grass looked AMAZING!! It was so clean!!! But after he left our patio area was a MESS!!! Like, all the things he pulled out of our turf was literally all on our patio and he didn't bother to clean it up. I was very unhappy because the whole reason to hire this company was so we didn't have to do anything. After me and my husband swept what we could, I wrote a review explaining how upset and unsatisfactory it was. Within minutes, Megan contacted me right away! She quickly apologized and made arrangements for someone to come back out the next morning to clean everything up. Which was awesome! The next morning, right at 8:00, Cruz showed up and I showed him what was left after me and husband swept. He apologized again and got right to work to vacuum out everything that was in the seams of our concrete. He also went around to sweep the remaining infill we missed. He did a great job!! At first I was disappointed because of the clean up part, but the way Megan and Cruz finished and handled everything totally changed my outlook. For that I thank them and am very appreciative for them! I would highly recommend this company if you're looking to clean your artificial turf! read more

TurFresh is the best!! They keep our grass clean and smelling fresh! We have three pups and before we found TurFresh our grass smelled terrible. We tried every recommended product on the market. Nothing worked! Since we started with TurFresh the problem is resolved! They are always prompt and on time. If you have artificial turf, I highly recommend TurFresh to keep your grass looking good and smelling fresh! read more

Spent half an hour to try to get a quote for a full cleaning. Their system measured more than double the size that two other competitors measured using Google Maps. When I sent pictures of our actual backyard, their rep even agreed that the measurement from their system makes no sense. They offered to go off of my measurement but charge $1/sf when they arrive depending on what they measure. They also claim that they price match but when I sent them the estimate from another company on Yelp, they claimed that they need a detailed estimate on a letterhead. What a waste of time just to try to get an accurate quote from these guys. And the rep kept arguing with me about "industry standards"! read more

If you are in the market for turf cleaning, this is your company. Eduardo worked tirelessly on this project. I highly recommend this company for turf, cleaning and disinfecting. I had hard water deposits that had built up on my artificial turf from the water fountain we have in the backyard. Eduardo worked really hard to remove these deposits. Our Artificial turf looks better than new. read more

This product does not work. I used it on an area where my dogs urinate and it didn't remove the smell at all. When I returned the product, I was given a refund for less than half of the price. They sent me a return label and charged me a $40 shipping fee. I could have shipped flat rate for $20. Then they charged me a 20% restocking fee! This company is a big rip off and doesn't give a crap about customer service. read more

Nice woman who got me set up with service. Our grass wasn't too bad and no smells so we agreed to the brushing only. The young man who did the work was also very nice and professional. He said he was going to give me the premium service. What? I told him that we agreed to brushing only. He said he'd call the office. So he did the brushing and the smell solution. OK whatever was included with brushing was ok with me. Then I checked the work and a 4x4 gouge of grass was missing next to the pavers. He agreed to fix it and it looks pretty good except the paver was then wonky. Later I found another spot where the dirt is missing under a 4x8 patch of grass and the grass is floppy. The brushed grass does look pretty good but if the brusher digs too deep and ruins it, then is it really a good thing? Anyway, later the woman called and said there would be an up charge for having applied the solution. WHAT? I never agreed to that. She took off that charge thankfully but it just felt like they were trying to get me to pay more every step of the way and it seemed deceitful. BTW, the measurements were correct and I appreciate that. read more

I had TurFresh come out to clean my K-9 grass about 6 months ago. With my pet sitting business, there are many dogs who pass through my very small backyard. It was a mess! Having them clean it as well as they did was fantastic! A few days ago, after having lost the majority of my business due to "shelter in place", I received an email about having my grass done again. I replied to Jon that due to losing almost all of my business, I just couldn't afford to do it at this point. Even though it needed it desperately after all of the dogs that have been in my yard these past 6 months. His response literally took my breath away and caused me to cry. He said, "We will do it for free, just pay it forward." And just a few days later, today, Jesus came out and worked on this lawn for a long time and it's gorgeous! I am still blown away at this whole thing! This is a very good company to deal with. I highly suggest using them. I cannot say enough kind words to express how much this gesture means to me. Thank you again Jon, Jesus and Randy. You guys all ROCK, big time! Xxxooo read more

Alma and Daniel provided my service today. They worked hard and were both very sweet, upbeat, and professional. My yard not only looks great, it smells soo fresh! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the urine smell stays away until my next service in 6 months. I love my little yard and now I can have friends over again without being embarrassed by the odor!! Thanks Alma and Daniel! read more

Hands down the best Turf Cleaning in Vegas! I found Turfresh in a local home magazine and I'm so glad I made the call to have then come out. I have been working with Randy and our tech Jesus for almost a year now and I couldnt be happier. Jesus does an amazing job and goes above and beyond when cleaning our turf. Today Jesus sprayed down the paver driveway to clean it and cleaned the back patio pavers in addition to cleaning my turf. Randy is always very polite and is super easy to deal with. If you need your turf cleaned.... look no further! read more

Had another quarterly service and very happy. With two chocolate labs there's a lot of everything -- hair, waste, odor which are all gone now. Oswaldo was the tech and he was thorough and my back yard is refreshed and beautiful. Perfect for using my back yard even more lately with distancing, etc. I'm asking for him again for my next service. read more

Wow!! Great company and a job well done by Osweldo! We have two areas of artificial turf that needed a cleaning as they are used for the dogs area in our back yard. Osweldo came and in less than an hour cleaned and refreshed the entire area. Looks better than new. I signed up on the quarterly program and look forward to having a better smelling dog run area in the future. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

TurFresh - Amazing job by TurFresh - Artificial Turf Near Me - Santa Ana, California

I'm convinced these folks have magic powers of some kind. We have 300 square feet of artificial turf in our backyard, and have three dogs that do what dogs do. We have Turfesh come quarterly, and every time the turf is like new: all bad smells, weeds, and dry leaves gone. I couldn't believe how much of a difference it made. Turfresh has now done our backyard twice. The freshness stays for just about three months, so I recommend you go with the quarterly contract so you get the discount (they'll let you try the service first for the single- service price and reduce the price afterward if you like the service and go quarterly). Bottom line, if you have dogs using your turf, get this service. read more

Oswaldo performed a TurfClean today and the lawn hasn't looked this good since the install. Grass is very clean, vibrant color, and no pet odor. He worked really hard in the heat but was very thorough. Polite and professional. I will use this company again in the future. read more

TurFresh is the best! They have been coming to clean our turf for years now and with 2 dogs it gets wear and tear. Each time they come its like we have brand new turf and all the smell is gone. Highly recommend them to come out and keep your grass looking and smelling clean! read more

After getting an estimate for my front and back, the tech was told the $399 was only for the backyard. They would have done for the front for another $400 plus and it was half the size of the back. I will not use them again. read more

We have been a customer for several years, always received excellent service. On January 30, 2020, we had our regularly scheduled service call. January 31, i receive an email with the PDF invoice attached. I promptly wrote the check for the full amount, drove to the post office and put it in the mail. Since that date, I have been bombardEd with emails telling me my bill is overdue. Despite repeated attempts at contact via text message, email (read receipt requested) and tonight via phone, I have had ZERO response. In my responses, I included a PDF copy showing the original bill and the check. If you haven't received my check, please let me know so I can put a stop payment. I am not now nor never have been a deadbeat delinquent bill payer so this situation is stressful and disheartening. read more

TurFresh has made being in my backyard fun again!! I was avoiding the area where my dog usually does her business because of the smell. It didn't matter how many times we treated it, we needed help. We called TurFresh and Randy responded and was very personable and easy to talk to. We were able to schedule right away and the guy that came out to clean for us was very nice and explained what he would be doing for us. We underestimated the power of our one dog and had to call them back out a week later for another treatment (part of the warranty) because we could still catch a slight smell and they did that quickly and now a couple weeks out...no smell!! Although the return visit was part of the warranty, I believe they quickly came back out because they really wanted to make sure we were happy 100% and we are. We are now on a bi-annual schedule with them and highly recommend them!! read more

Hired this company to clean the turf in our dog area, turf cleaning was exceptional on the first service, but subsequent services were not as good, so the quality wanes over time. The price is high for once-a-month service, in my opinion. I have also never seen a company mandate that your payments MUST be on autopay. This company hounds you for money very aggressively. I understand that services need to be paid for, but I have never experienced a company be so aggressive about it. I have always paid my bills with them and when I was trying to schedule my July service, I was literally told that the accounting department had flagged my account and mandated that I must prepay by 3pm on the day of service to get scheduled. When I inquired about this, I was told that it was an issue for accounting to reconcile payments with services provided if the bill was paid later than the same day. I feel as though this is a bit of stretching the truth as I have experience in accounts receivable and it really is not that hard to apply payments especially since its all electronic. When I was presented with this information today, I told them to cancel my service and account as I was not going to be mandated to prepay for anything before it is performed. In my opinion, very expensive for once-a-month treatment. read more
