Bait and Switch -- Save Your Money Paid for an upgraded service with infill specifically for my kid's birthday party, and my turf still smells like urine and looks worse than before. I paid extra for the "full service package", had them revise the contract to confirm infill was included, and confirmed everything before the appointment. After the technician finished, I asked about the lack of infill. He showed me the work order specifically said no infill. I paid more for a service that doesn't exist. When I asked him about the infill, he told me they no longer use it due to "supply chain issues." That's something the sales rep should have told me before revising the contract and charging more. When I insisted on it since I paid for it, he "checked the truck if he had any" and applied a small amount of infill with a handheld spreader, then leaf blew the yard when done. Most of the infill ended up in my pool and surrounding areas. For reference, I've had three other companies treat the same area. Each used a full 25-pound bag of infill with a push spreader. The infill didn't even make it down into the turf and just stayed on the surface. The product itself is a standard alcohol ethoxylate with enzymes. A quick search will turn up identical formulations at a fraction of the price, nothing special about it. I added a dog fence two days before the party to keep my dog off the treated area. Didn't matter, mostly everyone said something about the urine smell. I had to clean up after the technician left. Will not use again. read more

Contacted Turfresh on 5/3, got an email response (automated?) right away. Then...totally ghosted! Sent two follow-up emails to the one I received, giving further info on what was needed, but nothing. Went to their website and went through their whole format deal again, and still, nada. It's now 5/19 and I've yet to hear from these people at all. Not a way to run a business. The service I requested was to clean up the Astro turf outside my work. It had been maybe 8 years since installation and no one has gotten it cleaned. Christine worked with me via Text to get me set up. Because we're a Retail business my request was a very early morning start and they obliged and came on time. They really did a great job and I am so appreciative of them working with me and the timing I requested. After I gave my address, Christine used google maps to determine how big the Astro turf patches were and gave me a quote. "Reblooming" didn't "rejuvenate my artificial grass to resemble its original new expeirence", but the company has some excellent staff and the owner tried to make things right. The staff (e.g., scheduler and technician) were both very pleasant and professional, but the website's disclaimer that "the blades may not return entirely to their upright position" should emphasized the "not" and remove the "entirely". The claim that "an artificial grass system can be rejuvenated to a state that closely resembles its original, new appearance" certainly didn't apply to our 4-year old turf (Southwestern Sod Sport). The well-organized company seems to suggest that the "TurfClean" service works for cleaning and improving the scent of from pets, but TurfBloom's claims that "it brings lushness back to your lawn" depends upon the turf. We recently cut down and grinded out the stump of 3 of our trees in the backyard so our turf was a mess!! We have a dog but there was no foul odor we were trying to get rid. Found this company because they specialize in cleaning artificial turf..they don't focus on installation like other companies do. They responded instantly after inquiring about a quote. It was cool, they were able to pull up my property on google and give me a rough estimate based on the google maps! They were able to schedule me within a few days, but we were unavailable and had them come a week later. Leading up to our appointment, I got text and email reminders about our appointment which was great because with the kids going back to school I had quite a bit on my plate. The technician arrived on time which was great! They say to give 1-2 hour window, so I'm glad he showed up on time. He remeasured our property to give us a more accurate quote. After a few hours, the guy was done! Our grass looked AMAZING!! It was so clean!!! But after he left our patio area was a MESS!!! Like, all the things he pulled out of our turf was literally all on our patio and he didn't bother to clean it up. I was very unhappy because the whole reason to hire this company was so we didn't have to do anything. After me and my husband swept what we could, I wrote a review explaining how upset and unsatisfactory it was. Within minutes, Megan contacted me right away! She quickly apologized and made arrangements for someone to come back out the next morning to clean everything up. Which was awesome! The next morning, right at 8:00, Cruz showed up and I showed him what was left after me and husband swept. He apologized again and got right to work to vacuum out everything that was in the seams of our concrete. He also went around to sweep the remaining infill we missed. He did a great job!! At first I was disappointed because of the clean up part, but the way Megan and Cruz finished and handled everything totally changed my outlook. Spent half an hour to try to get a quote for a full cleaning. Their system measured more than double the size that two other competitors measured using Google Maps. When I sent pictures of our actual backyard, their rep even agreed that the measurement from their system makes no sense. They offered to go off of my measurement but charge $1/sf when they arrive depending on what they measure. They also claim that they price match but when I sent them the estimate from another company on Yelp, they claimed that they need a detailed estimate on a letterhead. What a waste of time just to try to get an accurate quote from these guys. And the rep kept arguing with me about "industry standards"! read more

This product does not work. I used it on an area where my dogs urinate and it didn't remove the smell at all. When I returned the product, I was given a refund for less than half of the price. They sent me a return label and charged me a $40 shipping fee. I could have shipped flat rate for $20. Then they charged me a 20% restocking fee! Nice woman who got me set up with service. Our grass wasn't too bad and no smells so we agreed to the brushing only. The young man who did the work was also very nice and professional. He said he was going to give me the premium service. What? I told him that we agreed to brushing only. He said he'd call the office. So he did the brushing and the smell solution. OK whatever was included with brushing was ok with me. Then I checked the work and a 4x4 gouge of grass was missing next to the pavers. He agreed to fix it and it looks pretty good except the paver was then wonky. Later I found another spot where the dirt is missing under a 4x8 patch of grass and the grass is floppy. The brushed grass does look pretty good but if the brusher digs too deep and ruins it, then is it really a good thing? Anyway, later the woman called and said there would be an up charge for having applied the solution. WHAT? I never agreed to that. She took off that charge thankfully but it just felt like they were trying to get me to pay more every step of the way and it seemed deceitful. I had TurFresh come out to clean my K-9 grass about 6 months ago. With my pet sitting business, there are many dogs who pass through my very small backyard. It was a mess! Having them clean it as well as they did was fantastic! A few days ago, after having lost the majority of my business due to "shelter in place", I received an email about having my grass done again. I replied to Jon that due to losing almost all of my business, I just couldn't afford to do it at this point. I'm convinced these folks have magic powers of some kind. We have 300 square feet of artificial turf in our backyard, and have three dogs that do what dogs do. We have Turfesh come quarterly, and every time the turf is like new: all bad smells, weeds, and dry leaves gone. I couldn't believe how much of a difference it made. Turfresh has now done our backyard twice. The freshness stays for just about three months, so I recommend you go with the quarterly contract so you get the discount (they'll let you try the service first for the single- service price and reduce the price afterward if you like the service and go quarterly). Hired this company to clean the turf in our dog area, turf cleaning was exceptional on the first service, but subsequent services were not as good, so the quality wanes over time. The price is high for once-a-month service, in my opinion. I have also never seen a company mandate that your payments MUST be on autopay. This company hounds you for money very aggressively. I understand that services need to be paid for, but I have never experienced a company be so aggressive about it. I have always paid my bills with them and when I was trying to schedule my July service, I was literally told that the accounting department had flagged my account and mandated that I must prepay by 3pm on the day of service to get scheduled. When I inquired about this, I was told that it was an issue for accounting to reconcile payments with services provided if the bill was paid later than the same day. I feel as though this is a bit of stretching the truth as I have experience in accounts receivable and it really is not that hard to apply payments especially since its all electronic. When I was presented with this information today, I told them to cancel my service and account as I was not going to be mandated to prepay for anything before it is performed. In my opinion, very expensive for once-a-month treatment. read more

We have been a customer for several years, always received excellent service. On January 30, 2020, we had our regularly scheduled service call. January 31, i receive an email with the PDF invoice attached. I promptly wrote the check for the full amount, drove to the post office and put it in the mail. Since that date, I have been bombardEd with emails telling me my bill is overdue. Despite repeated attempts at contact via text message, email (read receipt requested) and tonight via phone, I have had ZERO response. In my responses, I included a PDF copy showing the original bill and the check.If you haven't received my check, please let me know so I can put a stop payment. I am not now nor never have been a deadbeat delinquent bill payer so this situation is stressful and disheartening. read more

TurFresh has made being in my backyard fun again!! I was avoiding the area where my dog usually does her business because of the smell. It didn't matter how many times we treated it, we needed help. We called TurFresh and Randy responded and was very personable and easy to talk to. We were able to schedule right away and the guy that came out to clean for us was very nice and explained what he would be doing for us. We underestimated the power of our one dog and had to call them back out a week later for another treatment (part of the warranty) because we could still catch a slight smell and they did that quickly and now a couple weeks out...no smell!! Although the return visit was part of the warranty, I believe they quickly came back out because they really wanted to make sure we were happy 100% and we are. Turfresh was super polite, affordable, and informative! I called around to SEVERAL different artificial turf places to get quotes for maintenance and everything was through the rough expensive! I know things like this cost a pretty penny, but I was appalled by the other companies' quotes. Turfresh quoted me $399 for 500 sq ft and if it was more, it would be $0.75 per square foot after that. We were having a party, so we really needed to get someone out asap, and I felt that this was a totally fair price, especially because other companies were quoting me about $700 for 500 sq ft and $1.75 per sq ft after that. We ended up having over 1200 sq ft of turf (I'm a bad measurer!!) but Randy gave me a deal.
