He was great at explaining the work he was going to do which involved completely redoing the lawn irrigaiton and replacing our garden irrigation with drip irrigation. We also added controllers with timers and after talking with Zach upgraded to the ones with the app. A couple of weeks after the work was done, Zach stopped by to check on how the plants were doing and made adjustments to the watering schedule. He fixed the irrigation line but re-installed the pot backwards with the seam to the front (very ugly). The pot was also installed way out of level. Pics below. I sent him these pictures and asked that he make this right. He refused to come out and suggested I find someone else. I understand that people make mistakes, but when they do not stand behind their work, it is not acceptable. I will not be using Sergio again for any jobs big or small. Brandon came out to look at and take care of my sprinkler and valve issues on short notice. He was…read moremeticulous in his inspection, detailed in his explanations, and fair on pricing. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was communicative. The only point of feedback I'd have is to ensure that you know what you want done, as he will do exactly what he explains and what you discuss with him. If you are like me and far from an expert (or even knowledgeable) about your yard/sprinklers, ask him and he will very patiently diagnose and explain. Otherwise, if you simply point to *specific* issues, he will expertly take care of them to the exclusion of any more digging (no pun intended.) As an example, there was some collection of water around the base of a repaired sprinkler - he had done exactly what we discussed: replaced the sprinkler itself, but he had not worked on anything around it. Not his fault, and when I asked about it, he explained what the other issue(s) might be. Less scrupulous people probably would've taken the opportunity to upsell me. Even after the work was done, and his payment was in hand, I still found him in my front yard, ensuring that his work was done right and polished. How many people would've done that, instead of just driving off after being paid? I'll definitely be calling Brandon the next time I have any sprinkler issues.
