EXCELLENT SERVICE provided by Ms.Lynn and staff. I called since I was concerned about the review ratings but we just drove in from a looong trip with our band from AL and we needed food, quickly. After speaking with Ms Lynn, we ordered several pizzas...hoping for the best. Within 30 minutes our food was delivered HOT and delicious! She even sent plates and napkins to help us out. We are extremely thankful for your kindness, Ms Lynn. As well as helping our kids get a warm meal before a much needed sleep. If you're concerned about quality- call them- speak with them and see what they can do. Then come on here and give them a proper review. We ordered a Papa John's NY style pizza. We don't order out often as we live on a fixed income and this is the most expensive pizza on the menu but it is usually worth the money. We found hairs baked in the cheese in several areas. Disgusting. We will not be ordering any further food from Papa Johns. I will post about this on all of my social media sites. DEFINITELY spat in my food after I called them asking where it was. The driver dropped it off stating "it should be still warm".... Which it wasn't. Not a single pizza looked edible or like they even tried. Garlic nots were so cold and had been sitting so long that the garlic was all dried up in a corner. Speaking of garlic. Our garlic dip was already opened and the ranches I ordered never came.... The guy on the phone offered me a job when I asked why it hadn't arrived after an hour and a half. The tone was extremely rude so at that point I lost it. I have 4 people at my house and we still have maybe 5 slices missing. Screw this place. Ordered over an hour ago, and still nothing. My husband called them 30 minutes ago to check on our order, and the man on the phone was extremely rude. I just tried called the establishment, and, once again, the man was ridiculous. Immediately after I hang up with him, he calls my husband and yells at him for me calling to check up on my order. Watching the ad, I couldn't resist buying the Shaq-a-roni pizza. The sizable Shaq pizza will fill an average guy with two of its slices, the crust was beautifully cooked with a few blackened bits around the edges as truly good pizza crust should have, but it could use a bit more sauce and more flavorful pepperoni, I added my own pepperoni. Thank goodness for the garlic sauce, otherwise you may as well get one of those pizzas made with fake ingredients like canned cheese sauce. Maybe Shaq didn't try the Shaq-a-roni pizza before attaching his name to it. read more

What the Hel# did I just get delivered? Are you serious papa John's? I ordered a large 1/2 veggi 1/2 meat lovers and I received a medium with literally 2 slices on one side with a dusting of toppings and 2 slices on the opposite side with a couple of tomato chunks . Very rude store manager. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. I get there and they made cheese. She expected to correct the mistake by giving me the cheese and have me wait for the pep. I told her I couldn't wait for the pep as I had to get back to work. I did however mention how they make a lot of mistakes at this store... because they do. She gets mad and says "Just take the cheese". I tell her I'll still pay for the cheese but that these mistakes happen a lot and they should work on that. She didn't take truthful criticism well and became aggressively sarcastic. I laughed and told her she could keep the pizza and she said "Good" and snatched it off the counter, again very aggressively. The entire time I was chill and had a smile on my face. So it wasn't like I was rude to her. She just couldn't be told her store makes mistakes which it must do a lot because I've had to go four times in three months and three of the visits there were mistakes. I don't normally leave bad reviews nor call corporate hotlines. But as a business I would want to know that an employee, let alone a store manager, was so aggressively rude to the customers. Especially when I was chill and offered to pay for a pizza I didn't order. No need to go into being put on hold several times as if she was busy only to arrive and see nobody rushing and no pizzas in the bullpen ready to be picked up. Terrible terrible service. I ordered pizzas for the family at 6pm on a Tuesday. At 7:20 still no pizzas. I called to cancel and was told I couldn't because the driver left. 15 minutes later the driver said he was lost and admitted my pizzas were over an hour old. The girl at the shop hung up on me TWICE for trying to cancel my order, then when I asked for a manager she hung up again. I called area management and left voice mails but no calls back. This restaurant advertises Contact Free Delivery, and then doesn't bother to read the instructions submitted online, and instead has their drivers send very rude messages to people who won't come out to their cars and take the pizza box from their hands directly. The driver sent to the address with the instructions to leave the pizza on the hood of the car, instead, decided to send a text claiming they didn't have time to put up with that. This is quite possibly the worst Papa Johns in the area, and I will never order from them again. Apollo's is far better. read more

Pizza was ordered online and paid for online, it arrived 30 minutes late after several phone calls to the store , ice cold!

Order a XL pizza from here and picked it out. Checked it outside and found to be given a medium maybe a large but that pushing it. Go back inside and ask and they lied to my face and told me it was an XL. If you look online it says that an XL is 10 slices, this has 8....really 7 cause they can't use a pizza cutter. When I called the Manager she said they probably just didn't cut it right. There's not enough room to make 10 slices. read more

If I could leave no stars or even negative stars I would. Ordered a large cheese pizza and some cheese sticks on a Wednesday night. The delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes, for no discernible reason other than the driver was terrible. Called them after an hour and a half, the phone person said the driver should be there in another 5 minutes. I waited 15 more minutes and then called back, asking to speak to a manager, manager said the driver should be there in another 15 minute and then hung up on me. Driver showed up after the manager hung up on me and demanded cash, the order was placed online with PayPal. My husband took the pizzas and told the driver to figure it out with his boss, while closing the door on him. The pizza was stone cold and looked like it had been sitting somewhere for that 1 hour 45 minutes because the grease from the pizza had soaked through the bottom of the box. I am never ordering from this store again, I'd rather eat a digiorno pizza than the pizza from this papa john's. read more
