Food was raw, cold, left out food! When I called this morning the manager on duty told me they would see what they could do to bring the food back! It was from last night!! She was rude. I guess I should start with a positive. The actual service was exceptional from the person who took my order at the drive-through to the person who helped me at the window, very knowledgeable and helpful. The food needs some major improvement, I had to throw it away it really wasn't worth the calories. Additionally, the door was locked so you couldn't go inside the restaurant. read more

Shocked to see this location has such low reviews. I've been going there for years and the food is always great, service friendly and usually accurate. Recently ordered and was shorted 5 chicken tenders. So refreshing when I spoke with the manager, she asked and her crew took accountability right away. They could have easily blamed the Door dash driver, but they said it was their fault and apologized. Great value, can feed my family of 6 with under $50. Rare these days. read more

I stopped in at lunchtime on a Friday in Lent for a fish sandwich combo. There was no one at the register to start and I was finally waited on by an employee who said she was scheduled to leave 30 minutes earlier. After my order was placed, it was another full 10 minutes until I had my food. They claimed it took that long to fry the fish. The fish was OK but the bun was just a small one like the cheapest ones from the grocery store, and it was unusually chewy (?) They were doing a regular drive-up business, but only one customer came inside while I ate my lunch. I guess I won't be going in in the future either. read more

One let me say that its hardees. If I were looking for an amazing dining experience this is not the place I would have come to. So today I find myself hungry and in need of a meal before i arrive home. I had the idea to stop here because I honestly never do. When I pulled up i was asked to hold on at the speaker before my order was taken. About a minute later my order was taken and I pulled up to the window and was told to go park in the lot and my food would be brought to me. In one respect im sure my food was fetched from an actual field or store because I waited for about 10 minutes. At first I was okay with it because who does not like piping hot food. But as i watched about four customers walk in and out with food I began to get cranky. Finally my food came and I can eat but no receipt and thank goodness it was my actual food. Oh why did I stop at this location?? I should've known something was up. There was only one car in the parking lot no one in the lobby and no one in drive thru. If you were passing by you would've thought the restaurant was closed. Anyway so I go through drive thru the female was nice, but I had to be pulled to wait for my order. Why? There were zero customers. So I get home and the macaroni and cheese was dry like it had been sitting all day. Not fresh at all you would've thought having to wait for my order it would've been Fresh. Well I wake up the next day and I am sick as a dog. And the only thing I had to eat was Hardee's food. I had to update my review since I actually gave his place 2 stars last time. Traffic was bad and I made the mistake of deciding to stop here again. Cleanliness - well someone attempted to mop the floor as it was wet and the whole place smelled of bleach. It was still dirty as were walls splattered etc. but they I guess we're making an attempt. Drink machine out of order people complaining. Breakfast I ordered had eggs and they informed me grill was down nothing with eggs available. I just walked out. read more

Worst experience ever!!! Lasonya greeted us with a look of un hospitality ... You would have thought we arrived at 9:55pm. Nope! It was 8:30pm (closes at 10) I have been in this place before and this was an experience from hell! My burger had mushrooms that tasted old and I was questioned because they never heard of "the burger being bad tasting" All you can hear from the employees is that it was time to go home and yelling like this is an auditorium ... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere anywhere else then this place, its the dirtiest food place I've seen in a long time just imagine what it looks like behind the counter. The staff acts like you are bothering them and the food is just gross, cold old not good. Drinks taste like flat soda.. I could go on and on. This place is basically on its last leg. They had multiple people in line for more than 20 minutes, then when we got to the speaker they said that breakfast was over because they were out of biscuits. It wasn't even 11am. The drive thru service in the mornings at this location is ridiculously slow. The last straw occurred last week. There were about 6 cars in front of me and for at least 5 minutes none of the cars moved. At the location near Chesterfield Towne Center where the line may have a minimum of 10 cars in it, the line actually moves and the food comes out at a better quality. I do not plan to visit this location anytime soon. read more

Well, this is a friendly store. About the only thing I've ever bought that I recall are their egg biscuits and cinnamon biscuits. I've bought a significant number of egg biscuits. Lov'em. These stores are the Carl's Jr of the east coast. Same company. The folks at this store start work around 4 AM. One morning I was early, about 10-15 mins before the store was to open and I was invited to go ahead and order. I ordered, and the lady, who had invited me (early) to order, was so friendly. I am a huge fan of their breakfast here!! At this particular location, the cinnamon raisin biscuits for the 8 days I came here in a row was completely overcooked. The customer service here was great. The manager treated me and my coworker exceptionally well. I would recommend this location for breakfast because they are better than the regular competition.
