The name of cashier on my receipt is "Spare". It's like nobody wants to claim their name for the horrible service. We like Bojangles...but this location is TRASH. The hours are from 7am-7pm, but if you pull up after 5, they don't have anything. Two of my requested sides they didn't have. One piece of the chicken they didn't have any more of. I heard the manager fussing about someone's attitude (I didn't hear anyone else) and she yelled to the front that she wasn't dropping more chicken/food (that was at 10 min to 6). She had on a headset but no one responded at the drive thru, which is why I went inside. A week or so ago I went, and the manager and two employees were cussing and fussing sooooo bad that the young man at the window apologized and added more chicken. We visited on a Monday at 6:30. Paid our $50.01 for our order then, we were asked to pull up and wait for five minutes. It has been almost 20 minutes and still no food. We went inside and were told five more minutes on the green beans. Okaaaaay. My question to her was why would you tell us to wait five minutes when you knew it would be 15. I've been here twice now, once when they first opened, and then a few weeks later. Much better experience the second time around. The place is clean and the food comes out quickly. I'm personally a fan of their breakfast above everything else, it reminds me a lot of my beloved West Virginia favorite, Tudor's Biscuit World, which I miss so much. So I don't even do these reviews but this has to be the worst restaurant in the area. I have been here a few times before writing this so this isn't a one time issue. First time was a few months ago, my order was taken and I was forgotten. Literally took about 25 minutes to get the food I ordered and yes I was sitting in the restaurant. Second time the entire staff looked to be on break. I'm standing in line for about 10 minutes no one even speaks to me or let's anyone know that I was waiting to be helped. Bojangles chicken biscuits and sweet tea are always a treat. I am still a fan of Popeyes Chicken because I love the spice and flavor of their chicken but when I want something not as spicy I head to Bojangles. The new location on Midlothian is just down the street from my house so it is easier to access when I am craving a good chicken sandwich. The staff at this location is new and young but very courteous and energetic. The taste of my food has been fresh and hot after every visit. My only gripe is a few times they have been out of their yummy Honey Dijon Mustard sauce that I love to smother my chicken sandwich in. I am giving them a pass due to this location is still pretty new and is really busy. Hopefully once they get the kinks out my beloved condiment will stay in stock! read more

I'll stick to Popeye's. Horrible service! Decided to go to Bojangles rather than Popeye's because of the long line of cars at the Popeye's drive thru - that was a huge mistake. When we got to the Bojangles' drive thru we could barely understand the person. She sounded annoyed when we had asked her what she was having us add onto our order. Ordered the 20-piece tailgate combo. We were told that it would take 15 mins for the order, to which we were fine with. She had added on the boberry biscuits, which she said came along with it (it didn't). We saw the order on the screen and just left it on because she had completed the transaction, turning off her headset, before we could get a word in. We waited 15 mins at the window, then were told to pull forward. We waited another 10 mins up front. After seeing 4 cars that were behind us leave with their orders, we went inside to find ours sitting on the counter. When inside, no one was at the front counter. We were not helped until we hollered back. Oh, yeah...that was our order. We were so hungry and annoyed about the service we left as soon as we could, not checking everything we had - missed one of our sides. No receipt was given during the time of payment or placed in the bag. If you want sauce, you have to pay extra. Compared to Popeye's their sides were small; only enough for two people not for a family or party. Oddly enough, the boberry biscuits save them from receiving a 1-star review. read more
