Great fast service, the food was great and smelled amazing, tasted good. My meal came with three different sauces that complemented my steak, fries, beans and rice. I enjoyed the yucca that was cooked to order and was lightly salted and was great with the sauces. The ambiance played a variety of Latin music and was low enough to have a detailed conversation. Will be coming back to the location again very soon.

What a delicious lunch! This was my first time trying Chicken Fiesta, and I wish we had locations close to where I live! You place your order at the counter and pickup when it is ready. The chicken, rice, and beans had great flavor, but the sauces made it truly special!

The food is excellent. I love the rotisserie chicken falls off the bone. The rice was a bit hard, but I guess this is how it's made. The yuca fries are the bomb with the yellow sauce...oooohhh the best! I also tried the tres leche they changed something it has a spongy texture not appetizing The cashier was super happy like damn... They sure know how to take care of the customer. They had music playing and people cleaning none stop.

I love Chicken fiesta, this place has never disappointed me. I always call and order ahead because I absolutely hate waiting for food when I am hungry lol. I got the half chicken with double rice which is a little over $12. I ended up making two meals of it, they give you so much food (not complaining).

Chicken fiesta always smells so good. I've been door dashing and the food is always ready on time so I figured I'd try eating there. Ordered nachos, an enchilada, some soft tacos and a quesadilla. The nachos were very sad. There are very few chips and they're soggy. Definitely the worse thing ordered. The enchilada was not good. Very little sauce was on it. Wasn't crazy about the beef. The tacos were okay. The quesadilla was the only thing I would call good. The food was ready quickly and it was warm. The employees are nice and they provide silverware, napkins, sour cream and guacamole. I'd try something else from the menu but definitely not the nachos. This was disappointing.

Quick & convenient lunch spot! Grabbed some food here with my boyfriend and it was really busy but the food came out very quick. I got the 1/2 chicken combo and my boyfriend got the chimichanga burrito with steak (DELICIOUS!). I liked his food better but honestly every thing was pretty good. The food was seasoned very well and it was all reasonably priced! Will be back once in town again

Great lunch here as I continue to fill my belly with Peruvian-style charcoal "La Brasa" chicken. Chicken Fiesta does all sorts of burritos and salads, but I stuck with keto and had a delicious quarter chicken with cole slaw that was moist and delicious. As one would hope for lunchtime, they were hoping right along with quick service and getting meals out to people fast. Nothing fancy but it was solid and enjoyable. Alright Chicken Fiesta, I can dig it. Came here for dinner on a Thursday evening with a cousin who consistently orders #4. Upon arrival I immediately had high hopes since it was packed with diners and folks picking up to-go orders. I wouldn't really call it Tex-Mex, but whatever. It reminds me more of El Pollo Loco. I went with carne asada nachos and was happy with the turn out. The portion was just right for me, but I guess America has spoiled us, because I was expecting to have leftovers ha. It wasn't unforgettable, but it was pretty good and I was glad the cheese wasn't a sauce. I probably should have added some guac tho. I did really enjoy their boysenberry juice. Umm yes! Seemed a bit out of place for a Tex-Mex joint, but it was good. If you want fast food that is also fresh, this is a good stop. It can be on the healthier side if you order right. For example, ordering yucca fries over french fries.

Delicious, quick and healthy options! The horchata is really good. Lots of options from chicken, steak and vegetarian options.

Food is always good. Some dishes are big enough to share. Freshness & flavor makes this a good meal for decent price.

I noticed the ice cream/yogurt spot nearby was hopping. There was a person asking for change outside the front door. We were greeted by an enthusiastic host and seated immediately at a booth up front. The server came by within seconds and brought us water and place settings. We decided to get the chips and salsa for an appetizer and a pair of melting chimichangas for entrees. I can't resist some chorizo and steak. My partner got the chimichanga without chorizo and with chicken. The ambiance was colorful with beautifully painted murals on each wall, and the atmosphere was undeniably loud. There were lots of patrons. The place was packed, even at the bar, so your mileage may vary. We received our orders within minutes of each other, so there wasn't much of a wait time. The chips and salsa were homemade, fresh, warm, and delicious (muy rico). Same for the entrees; exactly what I want in a Mexican food restaurant. The chorizo and steak were well-cooked, seasoned, and chopped finely, but not ground. I was in heaven with that chimichanga. We had to take home leftovers. The next night, heated in the oven at 325 for 30 minutes, they were similarly excellent. The night ended without dessert, sadly (too full). However, the server was quick and efficient, and he was always around to fill water and bring anything we needed throughout the meal. Great experience overall. We will definitely return here whenever we have a hankering for some good Mexican food at reasonable prices. I can recommend this place to anyone who appreciates hearty and filling Mexican food.

The ambiance can be described as eclectic and casual. It's great for big groups and relaxed lunches. There's a variety of menu options for food and drink. Our server was nice, but she didn't really answer our questions about the menu or substitutions, which was a little inconvenient. Also, we kept having to ask for utensils and napkins, which made our food get a bit cold. The pineapple habanero margarita tasted like spicy pineapple juice and was pretty expensive. It was pretty, but not worth the money. The food also was really average, but the portion sizes were good for sharing. The huitlacoche tacos were a little bland and soggy, the chicken chipotle tacos had a good sauce but were also soggy and the fajitas did not have enough seasoning. Not a restaurant that I would come back to, but I liked it's proximity to other dessert places nearby.

The calamari were crispy and came out hot and throwing a little something different since this place is a fusion of Mexican/Chinese it came with gyoza dipping sauce. The menu is filled with options that combine two different styles but if you are not feeling adventitious you can get the standard. For the main course I went with the Szechuan Surf & Turf Burrito. Yooooooo.......... I was like who... no what ..... why .... How did someone come up with this. It is like when you visit somewhere and have good food but you know you are visiting and will not have it again until you return. Hopefully the place is still open. So much flavor packed up and rolled by some angel's hands back in that kitchen. No hunting for shrimp as with some places when they tell there is shrimp in the selection. I am so glad we decided to eat there because you can tell this is the type of meal where eating it hot is the only way to do it justice. This place is not the first to have a fusion of foods, but I can say it does a better job than most. Richmond has some great eating spots and is quietly a foodie spot to check out.

Food as decent, but suffering from fusion confusion. I specifically mentioned to the server that I…read morewanted spicy (which should be a given for any Szechuan dish) but results were lackluster at best. I was provided with Sriracha, but if you slather it on, that's all you taste! Wife's bulgogi burrito was better, but all-in-all we weren't thrilled. When you factor in the difficulty of street parking downtown, and the price (2 lunch burritos with tip and tax were @ $45) I don't think we'd make a special effort to return.

First off, my waitress was so nice. she recommended I try the Green Chile Fried Chicken. Wow! If you like your chicken fried, this is different. It is fried using Lay's potato chip! It is so crunchy and delish! I had them put the chile on the side. Only complaint is that the chicken was half the size from the picture on their website. Felt a little cheated here. My guest had the King's Memorial combo. It was huge, but bursting with flavors and it came with a crispy taco on the side. Their complimentary chips are light and great and they have a white sauce and real tomatoes in their dip. Definitely returning to try more things.

Loved the creamy jalapeño sauce, the salsa was refreshing and bright, and the queso was yellow with (likely) rotel mixed in, but definitely delicious. The chips are a little too thin and don't stand up as well against the thick queso and salsa. We really enjoyed the fajitas and the plethora of accompaniments. The beans are a little off but nothing alarming but the tortillas were super soft. They met our expectations for a white mexican establishment. The flautas were good, especially with all the sauces, but i would get something different next time.
