I have never written a review this fast before. I just left this place about an hour ago, then read the reviews on Yelp--turns out, everyone is saying the same thing. I always try my best to write positive and kind reviews, but I have to be honest: this place deserves ZERO stars. My friend loves the Apple Pecan Salad at Wendy's and has been telling me to try it for a while. Since I was in the area, I decided to stop in quickly and get the salad. When I walked in, a gentleman who appeared to be a supervisor was standing at the register. He then called over a guy who had been sitting in the dining area. The guy came up to the register with an attitude, standing there with his head turned to the right the entire time, never looking at customers. At this point, there was one other customer behind me. He didn't speak, didn't acknowledge us--he just seemed really mad. Meanwhile, the other three workers were playing music on their phones, dancing, cursing, and being extremely loud. I stood there for about five to seven minutes, and no one spoke to me. So, I walked out. I got into my car, ready to leave, but then I thought, Man, I really want to try that salad. So, I decided to go through the drive-thru instead. I sat there for over a minute, repeatedly saying "hello" before someone finally responded to take my order. It was the supervisor, and he apologized for the wait. I just don't understand why people act this way at work. This was my first--and last--time coming to this place. The Apple Pecan Salad was good! I'm not a fan of blue cheese, so I picked it out, but overall, the salad was tasty and filling. I will try other Wendy's locations. read more

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant in RVA. We ordered delivery today and the entire order was wrong and ice cold. Missing items, wrong items, terrible service. The best way for this place to shine is to close shop and not subject any more customers to this horrid food. read more

I only eat at this resturaunt once in a great while. Everytime Im reminded why. Poor service poor qaulity. I ordered a sonofabaconator combo plain. And small chilli. After sitting at drive thru speaker for about 2 min waiting on a response. Guy takes my card to pay for meal. Never says a word. Im ok with all this. Get my food go to work. Burgers good. Fries are cold taste like they're about 4 hrs old. I was ok . I have chili. I get ready to eat chili. Whoops they forgot spoon. Just very mediocre service and food. Dont waste your money. read more

Waited at the intercom for about 2 minutes without a word said to me, i ordered and never gave a receipt or asked if i wanted one, they said pull up to the door so they had time to cook the food, i sat there for about 5 minutes and they had the food made, i check the bag and they left out an item so i went back in, the lady at the counter said someone would be right with me and 4 other workers walked to the front to get something without acknowledging anyone in line and i was standing there for about 5 minutes before anyone offered me help. read more

It's been a while since I've felt so inspired to write a negative review, but this location needs some help. Due to weird circumstances, I've been here twice in the last week. Ordered the same thing both times: two sandwiches and a kid's meal. The first time, it took them 45 MINUTES to bring our sandwiches out. 45 MINUTES! And I'm pretty sure they only brought them out when they did because I called them multiple times to remind them that, yep, we were still waiting. The sandwiches weren't even hot. BUT... they did taste good. Like, really good. Big thumbs up to Wendy's for devising the grilled chicken pub burger. So anyway, figuring the first experience was just an off night, I decided to give this location a second chance. Which turned out to be a huge mistake! Because while the sandwiches were ready in a timely manner, this time, the only redeeming part of the previous experience, i.e. the sandwiches, were borderline inedible. The pretzel bread buns are apparently warmed up in the microwave, but these were full-on nuked. The buns were hard and dry. So dry that I almost didn't notice that the chicken was also like jerky, and I nearly choked trying to swallow my first bite. Probably to compensate, they had slathered everything in waaaay too much sauce, which made the whole thing incredibly messy and salty. So all in all, this place just sucks. They're either screwing up the fast part or the food part. I don't want to give them a third chance to screw up both at once. Go to a different Wendy's. Or Chicken Fiesta next door. read more

I went there for breakfast this morning drive-through and I requested a large coffee and when the young man came back to the window I told him I also needed some sugar some artificial sugar and he said we don't have that I said you don't have any Splenda or or any kind of sugar other than real sugar and he said no we don't. So I said you mean to tell me that you don't have you mean to tell me that you don't have any kind of artificial sugar then he left the window and came back with my sugar in a bag. This young man just did not want to complete my order he'd rather leave me hanging and then he would go on to the next customer. These young people need to be taught that you don't leave one customer without them being satisfied to jump to another customer. I didn't get the young MSN's name but he was working the drive thru on Friday morning before 10:00. Also my sandwich had a long piece of blonde hair in the bacon,egg and cheese sandwich. read more

Just like most other Wendy's but the parking lot at this one is way to small for the traffic that comes through this location. There is only one way in and one way out. The food in my opinion is just like any other Wendy's and just like any restaurant there are good workers and some bad workers. There has only been 2 occasions where the service was not so great but I still come here once in a while because it is fast service most of the time. read more

I just picked up an order of three large fries for my husband and I for dinner. This is the second time we've been handed a bag of cold fries that were limp and practically raw. There was no wait, so I don't understand why they couldn't just let me know it would be a minute to make fresh fries (or finish making them). My friend and I came late night to get some food. However, the salad was missing some ingredients, so we called the store. One of the managers, Justin, answered. He told us that he would make a fresh salad with all the correct ingredients and more. We drove back, and he greeted us at the window with a fresh salad with all of the missing ingredients. He even added extra toppings and extra dressing. Additionally, he threw in some cookies and a coke. What great service. Thank you Justin. Worst customer service . Hispanic lady was so rude , with her attitude and everything. You could tell by her face she was mad rolling her eyes and making faces when she was taking an order. I went to this location tonight and got two Dave's single meals, strawberry lemonade, and a sprite. One burger was RAW while the other one was stone cold. The lemonade was fine as were the sides but the sprite was just seltzer water. I let the sprite slide since it is hard to tell when the syrup runs out because it is clear. I've worked in fast food before so I understand that mistakes happen. I went back to the location with my inedible food and all seemed fine, until they gave me ANOTHER seltzer water instead of sprite. When I tried to give it back one of the employees said "what's wrong with it now?" as if I was complaining for no reason. There was not even a hint of sprite it was just pure carbonated water. I switched to a different drink which was fine. The food wasn't even worth all this trouble. 1 is the minimum stars I can rate them so I'm giving them 2 since they tried to make it better by giving us free fries. read more

This Wendys was horrible when I drove past in my good ol' pickup I thought it was abandoned. It looks old and out of date, when I walked in the floor had dirt all over it. When I visted the restroom it smelled like my granny after she sits on the toilet for 20 mins. They also messed up my order, I asked for a Baconator Jr. without tomatoes and ketchup. They put tomatoes and the cheese looked like they took it out of freezer it was not even melted. Overall pretty horrible Wendys. read more
