i normally do not have issues with this location.. great customer service, efficiency, all the things one wants in a mcdonalds i guess. but tonight, i did not receive that same standard of service. i ordered food for my family and i, went to pick it up, everything was great, got home, and im missing an item from my order. no big deal, its friday, things happen. i go back sit in the long drive thru line again, because i cannot get inside after certain hours, and nobody picks up that phone. ever. i get to the window finally and the girl brings me my item that was missing but somehow sitting there waiting for me to come get it.... and i ask if it would be possible for my food to be remade because it was cold and i had to wait in the line again for something i should have received... and this poor girl looked so distressed and said "ill ask but shes probably not gonna want to". she goes, asks, and low and behold... she doesnt fucking want to. big whoop. so now my only meal today after being at work all day was ice cold along with everyone elses in my home. i would absolutely love an opportunity to speak with this person and know why they think its alright to treat people that way when the situation was only caused by her mistakes. a job is not about what you wAnT to do. its about what you get paid to fucking do. grow up. edit: come to find out.. what was missing from my order was made wrong! wow thank you!!! almost $30 for food nobody can eat and THE LITERAL COOK DOESNT WANNA COOK???? read more

Drive through was fast. However, deluxe chicken sandwich didn't come with the tomato it should've had. Lettuce was super wilted and not fresh. Husbands burger was to be expected for McDonald's. Will obviously be back because when it's late and you crave McDonald's who cares. read more

Went through drive thru but fries weren't ready so they told us to pull into the waiting area. Then they forgot we were out there. Had to finally go inside. The rest of the food was cold but we just wanted to eat. Got home and my quarter pounder only had cheese, bacon, and bun. That's it. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE BURGER?! I do not eat from McDonald's (my kids and husband do though) so this review is all for facility and service. Dirty and gross! Floors need a good sweeping and mopping! Nice size kids area...not once ever cleaned nor did a staff ever enter it while we were there and it was filthy when we entered. Was doing drive-through order: nuggets, ice cream cone, and large fries. The fries were still being cooked so the window attendant says, "please drive to the spot #2 and we'll bring it out when they're cooked." About 10 minutes later, she walks out and asks what we ordered, asking, "did you have the two large fries?" No ma'am, says I: I ordered one large fries. She disappears into the store to resume her duties. Time dragged on. I was about to do my semi-public interpretative french fries dance -- the one with the embarrassing and awkward moves -- but decided to not mortify my 14-year old very cool daughter who was in the passenger seat. Instead, I walked in to the restaurant and the ONE cook on duty (I swear I could only spot three staff working the entire restaurant!) asks, "may I help you?" I repeated my story, and he said, "oh, I thought there was an order for three large and one small fries. I guess I forgot your order. Sorry!" Then he scooped up some fries, bagged them and handed them over. I decided to NOT be a jerky customer, but simply thanked him politely and left. In hindsight, the folks working there were nice enough, it was just obviously very under-staffed and they were scrambling and making lots of mistakes. I would never ever go to this McDonald's location again. I swore I would never go there about four years ago because it was filthy disgusting every table was dirty and the service was horrible. But I got talked into going there yesterday by an eight-year-old. I still feel sick. The woman who took our order kept scratching her head with very long fingernails and we are pretty sure she has lice. The food was terrible and the place was filthy. Trash everywhere. One of the table tops near the play area I was missing to expose for sharp corners of the metal underneath. I wouldn't go through the drive-through or inside this place. If I could give this McDonald'a less than one star, I would. Every time I come here, there is an issue. For instance, today, I waited in line just to get to the speaker, which was about 10-15 minutes. Then, the speaker is broken so I have to drive around to the window to place my order. Not that big of a deal. When I get to the window (15 more minutes later), they tell me the ice cream machine is broken. I waited 30 minutes in line to be told they can't make my order. The employee at the window offered to get the manager and I waited but the manager never came. I don't think it's too much to ask in the summertime to hang a sign up or somehow notify customers that the ice cream machine is broken before wasting their time in the line. And anyway- I think it's time the American public received an answer on WHY the freakin' ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken at McDonald's!! It's a joke! McDonald's owes all of us an explanation! Honestly I think they should just stop advertising that they sell it, because let's be real, they really don't. It seems to be just this particular store that is total trash. The one down by Target on Midlothian is much better and only a few more minutes down the way. I recommend making the drive if you, like me, have kids at home that you hate to disappoint. read more

I am pretty shocked by the other reviews. My kids and I love this place. The play area is large, enclosed, and clean, and the people are so kind. Whether they are cleaning, taking orders, putting them together, or simply on break - they always have a smile and happy greeting for my kids. That's more than any mom can hope for. read more

Roaches! Roaches! Beware of Roaches...so one morning I decided to go in for a Frappe...after I placed my order I see something in the corner of my eye crawling around on the counter...now in my mind I said this must be a gnat...I look closer it was a baby roach!!!!!!! This roach was crawling around on the counter where they put people's tray with food in it and say you order is ready...yes in that spot!!!! So I point to the roach and alert the cashier that there is roach crawling around...the reaction I got from them lets me know that the roach problem was not a surprise at all to them. She takes a receipt and smash the roach on the counter and wipes it up with a cloth that they wipes and clean other stuff with...while her and another worker laugh!!!! She tell me it probably came from someone clothes...I'm standing there like this was a live baby roach...indicating that there are more roaches...I ask for a refund and tell the manager about the roach and his reaction appeared to be that they are used to the roaches as well. He never said one word he just issued me my refund... of course I will never eat at McDonalds!!! read more

NEVER GO HERE!!!! I get told at the speaker they are out of soda and only serving tea and milkshakes. Ok, stuff happens, we get that. Pull around the corner and the manager is hanging out the window passing a joint back and forth with the car in front of her. as we pull up she starts waving the smoke away and grabs another manager to take our money. when we pull to the next window to get food the cashier is pouring sodas out of 2 liters for customers. I understand the machines may be down and they improvised, it happens. But when I asked why other customers were able to get soda and we were not I was told "we aren't giving sodas to you people".... whichever franchise owner this one belongs to better clean house quick. Next time it may be someone who actually would file a lawsuit, or if corporate got involved I wouldn't be surprised if they took your stores away. absolutely disgusting! read more
